Pastor Heather led in prayer…
We go with you now into heavenly rounds… new rounds of your glory are waiting for us. Even now.
Stepping in, stepping up… Walking on water now. Over the waves. The wave walking with you.
We welcome, Holy Spirit. We step into that realm with you now out of the natural and into your supernatural realms… your realms of glory and peace and presence.
I keep seeing Him saying, “Just step out of the boat and come walk with Me on the waves. Don’t look at the waves. Keep your eyes on Me.”
So what’s your boat today? What’s making you feel safe and comfortable? Step out of that place today and walk on the water. He has you. Oh, you’ll see the waves all around you, but you keep your eyes on Jesus. So we step in now… We step in and we step up to new realms of your glory and your presence.
We’re not satisfied with what we had yesterday. But we pull heaven down. Now we pull your presence down. We say we need more.
Empty us of self-ambition and fill us to overflowing with your presence, your plan, your way…
Not our way, but your way, Father.
So we shake off complacency and lethargy and apathy. And we say we will go to the mountaintop. Oh, what a view. Yes, it’s a climb, but, “Oh, what a view.”
When we’re seated with you, when we see how our troubles are just momentary, but you are eternal… you are all powerful… you have a plan, you have a purpose.
Oh, so we keep our eyes on you. We know that you are God and we trust you in every situation.
We’re seated with you in heavenly places…
If we could see what you see, Father… we wouldn’t be wrapped up in our own lives, in our own little world but we see what you see. We think how you think. We feel how you feel that your ways would be our ways.
Because they’re so much higher than our ways, Lord. And you’re calling us higher, higher, higher.
“Oh, the plans. The plans. The plans. The plans. The plans that He has.”
But who will go? Lord, give us your heart… Your eyes.
We would say “I will go. I will go. I lay down my own will and take up your will, Father.”
Oh, thank you, you’re sending harvesters.
The harvest is so ready. It’s so ready. Where are the harvesters?
Help us, Jesus. Help us to step into that place.
So there is a rising up now, a rising up in the body of Christ.
We declare we were called to the kingdom for such a time as this.
Oh, there’s much to do in His kingdom. Be about the Father’s business.
Don’t be distracted by the world. Don’t be in fear by the world. But rise up in My power.
I hear the Lord say, “In My power, in My peace, in My strength, because that’s the only way you can walk today is in My strength. Not your own strength, not your own plan, but in My strength,” says the Lord.
So help us, Jesus. Help us, Holy Spirit. Help us, Father! Equip us. Show us if there’s error in our ways so we can walk in your ways.
Sensitive, sensitive, sensitive. Tuning our ears to your voice. Not the world, not others. So many loud voices. But we tune our hearts to the still small voice… the Holy Spirit moving, speaking. So we go where you tell us to go. We do what you tell us to do. We say what you tell us to say.
Yielding, yielding, yielding, yielding, yielding. There’s a yielding that has to happen. A deeper yielding.
There’s some golden idols in our hearts that need to be cast down now. So show us, Holy Spirit. Show us how do we yield deeper, deeper, deeper, laying down our lives like a living sacrifice.
Because you are so worthy of our hearts, worthy of our lives, worthy of our worship…
Nothing else will fill us. Nothing else will fill that space, but your presence.
So we say, Holy Spirit, have your way in our lives… A laying down.
What’s in your hands now? What do you need to lay down at the altar today?
I just see the Holy Spirit is doing some house cleaning today in our hearts.
So we give you free reign to get in there and knock about and take things out that don’t need to be there because our hearts are yours.
So thank you, Holy Spirit, you show us things that are in there that don’t need to be in there… things that we put on the throne of our hearts where you should be sitting.
Only you… whether that be family, whether that be cares, concerns, whether that be money, whether that be healing, all the things that we long for, the things we crave for companionship, love… only you can fill that, so we clean off that throne today and we say, “Jesus, come sit in your rightful spot in our home, our hearts. Make our heart your home, and you are the master of this home. You are the master of this heart. Nothing else.
Help us, Holy Spirit, strengthen us, equip us.
So we welcome you and we honor you.
Exhortation…
So allow Him to speak to your heart now to show you things. Things maybe you’ve put before Him, maybe not even intentionally, just over time. Cares that have gotten big, selfish ambition that took that place of the worship and surrender. Distractions, complacency. Let Him show you what it is He wants to do, where He wants to move, things to remove, things He wants to impart to you, things He wants to speak to your heart today.
