Morning Chapel Prayer Today
Prayer leader Cindy…
Good morning, everyone. This is the day the Lord has made. We will rejoice and be glad for it. He’s doing new things and His presence is here. And the joy the Lord is our strength.
Thank you, Father… God of our salvation.
God that fills us and that we would overflow with His good pleasure and His Words and His good works.
His goodness is having place today in and through us because we’ve firmly and earnestly expect.
Our hope is set on all the things that He has already gone ahead and arranged for today—great and glorious.
Awesome and wonderful are your plans.
And our hearts knows them all well.
Our hearts rest in hope. Our hearts rest knowing you.
The one thing we have desired is that we might know you and know you more, your character and your presence.
And we don’t always know the details, Father, of how this day is going to exactly unfold, but we know you and we trust you, and you are continually showing up in unexpected ways.
So we delight ourselves in you. And you give us desires that fuel our steps.
Glorious Father, heavenly from above wisdom that comes down, every good and perfect thing.
We thank you, Father, for the good and perfect things.
The things that show and reveal your goodness even more and more.
We reflect you, Lord, as waters reflect sun, the glorious and wonderful things of God. Hallelujah.
You are awesome in this place, mighty God.
Let us never forget, you are a miracle-working God.
Let us never neglect to lean into your greatness in the miracle-working power, the healing and the restoration, the children’s bread, it belongs to us.
So, Father, we are coming to your table today to partake of the healing that comes through your Word.
You are well-timed in time. Word fitted perfectly for us to partake of, to eat.
Your body was broken. Your blood was shed. And by your stripes, we are healed.
Because we prosper in our soul and as our soul prospers, everything else prospers.
Thank you, Father, that we identify with you.
We identify with your suffering.
We identify with your death.
We identify with your resurrection.
We were crucified with you!
Nevertheless, we live, not us, but you. Your life is living through us.
The healing power of God, the waters that flow through the right side.
And everything they touch brings life… your death declared that ever live to make intercession for us.
We enter into that intercession today.
Holy Spirit, our intercessor, is taking up and hold together with against all the things that Jesus has already paid in full. Rubber stamp it. It is finished in Jesus’ name.
We receive healing today.
We receive soul excellence today.
We receive our identity in you, Lord.
You are the God that saved us, and you are the God that is saving us and continues until that great day.
Prayer leader Kay…
This morning, I woke up with hope, hope, hope, hope. The God of hope! And this scripture came to mind. It’s one of Paul’s prayers. Romans 15:13. “Now may the God, the inspiration and fountain of hope fill you to overflowing with uncontainable joy, perfect peace as you trust in Him. And may the power of the Holy Spirit continually surround your life with His super abundance until you radiate with hope.”
Confidence. Expectation of good. What are our minds on? Do we have hope? Hope. Hope. Hope.
“Now may the God, the inspiration and fountain of hope.” We are humans and so we could hope for things that maybe are not of God. But He is the fountain and the inspiration of hope. And as we focus on Him, we begin to see things His ways. And we begin to dream and there is always in God’s world, a simple solution to difficult problems. Always. But He is the one. He’s the fountain… the inspiration of hope.
Holy Spirit is our guide…
And Paul prayed that you would be filled till you’re overflowing with uncontainable joy and perfect peace as you trust in Him. And may the power of the Holy Spirit… Okay. The Holy Spirit is our guide. He is the one on the earth with us now. And He lives in us and He takes the inspiration from the Father that we are to hope for. Everybody has different things that God is filling us. We’re a pipeline for the Holy Spirit to create imaginations and dreams and visions of whatever it is. And when we see things the way He sees them, we begin to hope for that. We begin to hope for that to come to pass.
And the Holy Spirit says here with His super abundance, until you radiate with hope and the power of the Holy Spirit… The Holy Spirit is powerful. Powerful. He was with the Father and the Son at the creation. And when the Holy Spirit speaks, things happen.
God wants us to “speak and things happen”
God wants us to speak and things happen. And when the Holy Spirit infills us with what God wants to happen, we begin to see a new picture, a new vision, a new thought, a new plan. And we begin to hope for it. And we begin to see this more real than what we see in the natural. You need to see it by God’s hope. His inspiration and His hope. And that hope begins to fill you until you can look at just whatever. It doesn’t matter. You could look at whatever the mess is, but you see it the way God sees it. And that is the power of the Holy Spirit.
So let us hope. Let us hope. Let us hope.
Each of you tap into the Holy Spirit and let Him fill you, that the God of inspiration and hope would fill you with what He wants to fill you with and create a hope in you that is bigger and broader and wider and deeper than what you see in the natural. We are people of a different dimension. We live in the supernatural. And we let the God of the supernatural fill us with His visions, His inspiration, and His hope.
Prayer leader Cindy interjected…
I just want to interject.
I felt like some people were like, “But I’ve hoped and hoped and hoped.” Hope deferred makes the heart sick. But I saw this. I saw like if they’ve got a horse and you got to stick with a carrot. And that horse will continue to go forward but never reaches that carrot. But God is not like that. So I want to see if there is a time where you’re going after that carrot. It’s going to be short and it’s not going to take long. But your moving is necessary towards that thing that God is dangling in front of you, the thing that you see. You can be strong to hope for it because God is not a man that He should lie and He’s not going to cut off your expectation. As a matter of fact, He prepares it. And your expectation shall not be cut off.
Prayer leader Kay…
That’s a word from the Lord. Keep speaking it out. I want you to hear it as a word from the Lord for some of you.
Prayer leader Cindy…
Yeah. The expectation. And I was meditating on Hebrews 11:1, where it says, “Faith is a substance of things hoped for and the evidence of things not seen.” But the Lord gave me a little bit of a tweak on that and He said, “Faith is the substance of things I hope for. That’s My expectation and My expectation that I’ve appointed you. I have put within you certain things that I expect to come out and I expect them to grow up and become greater. And I expect them to bear much fruit. I expect you to be My fruit bearer here on earth.”
So when you have faith, both of them come from the Lord. It’s the faith that the Son of God, it’s the faith that breathes in you the Word in season. Because the word here… this is all good. But He lights up something for you and you hear, “Oh, that’s for me.” And then that is the desire that He gives you. And then He says, “This is what I expect. I expect great and mighty things that you don’t know right now, but your heart knows and your head will catch up. But stay with Me. Stay the course and just delight in Me. And those desires are giving birth to the promise.
Prayer leader Kay…
She doesn’t know this because we didn’t talk, but what I had next was, “As you live in union with Me, as your source, fruitfulness will stream from within you.” And I had been reading and listened on the way about the fruit we abide in the vine and the branch. And that’s where the fruit comes from. And it’s like I see it like… My dad had a lot of fruit trees and so like an apple, it starts teeny tiny. Teeny tiny and like little tiny. And as the sap, as the fruit begins to pour into that bud becomes actual fruit that you can see. And it begins to grow. And it begins to grow.
Now if you pick it early, when it’s about this big, it’s very sour. And it will not fill you. It will give you a belly ache, actually. Because I’ve done that. So you just let it ripen. And that’s hard for people to let that hope, let that thing that God has been birthing within them, let it ripen until its time. And if you have had disappointment… We’ve all had disappointments. I could talk for an hour on disappointments, but you know what? We are in a world and God says, “Okay…” Do you know how many apples on an apple tree don’t come to fruition? Just let another one come up. Just don’t be stopped. Don’t be stopped. Just keep moving forward and let Him build another fruit. You cannot stop if one thing goes wrong. We are in a world that’s got lots of crazy things going on and we can’t control people. So let’s just begin again. A new hope. A new inspiration from God. And let it begin to blossom and bloom.
Hope. Hope, hope.
