Prayer Summary Report for Friday, December 12, 2014

Worship…

I thank You, Father, that when we seek You that You promise that we’ll find You. Lord, I thank You for the “divine exchange.” When we find You, Lord, there is a divine exchange where we are changed into Your image. So we seek You, Father. Open our eyes, our ears, our hearts to hear from the throne of heaven today, Lord. And, Father, I know that as we pray, Your will is that we will be divinely changed. So I pray that our love would abound still more and more in all knowledge and in all discernment and that we would approve those things that are excellent, that we would be sincere and without offense till the day of Christ, being filled with all the fruits of righteousness, Lord, which are by Jesus Christ… To the glory and to the praise of God. Hallelujah, in Jesus’ name.

I believe that there is a transfer in the presence of God. There are things that happen in us that we can’t make happen without the touch from heaven, the power of the Holy Spirit. It’s His presence. Over the years, there’s been different times things have happened during these corporate times of prayer for me personally where people sort of look at you differently. There is a revelation of Him when we spend time with Him in His presence, when we expect more, when we ask for more. Do we receive it? Yes! He’s faithful always. Then, too, this morning, I was thinking about just getting in the Presence and staying in my heart and not allowing my brain, or my mind, to rule. Just to stay in my heart. In Proverbs 23:15 it says,

“My son, if thine heart be wise, my heart shall rejoice, even mine. 16 Yea, my reins shall rejoice, when thy lips speak right things. 17 Let not thine heart envy sinners: but be thou in the fear of the Lord all the day long. 18 For surely there is an end; and thine expectation shall not be cut off.”

I love it! Thank You, Lord! Verse 26 says, “My son, give me thine heart, and let thine eyes observe my ways.” So in His ways and His will, His plan, the Holy Spirit tells us how He directs us when we come before Him and pray… Prayer is our connection to Him, and we are to believe to declare the things that need to be declared. Remember, James 5:16 “The earnest heartfelt continued prayer of a righteous man makes tremendous power available, dynamic in its working.” One of the best ways that we continually access that power is by staying in our hearts. Wednesday evening, Pastor Steve and Jerre asked me to come into the Wednesday service, and we did a prayer meeting and we were confessing some things over our bodies, over our minds, and laying hands on our heads for health and wholeness. Then at one point, we were going to declare over our finances and over the finances of this body corporately. But right before, it just seemed like there needed to be a change in our expectation, if I could put it like that. And what came up in my heart was the word “impossibilities.” But then I asked Miss Jerre to sing “Possibilities.” You know, like “all things are possible.” The word that came up in my heart was “impossibilities” but the word that we began to sing about was “possibilities.” We moved from what we were thinking about over to our hearts. So that when we could declare financial situations, resources, that kind of prosperity, we moved into the realm of the spirit, or more into our hearts, so it would be that heart-felt expectation, declaration, belief.

Sometimes we can think, “Thank God, we don’t get in a spiritual rut, and we don’t just get on a status quo kind of praying.” But really… do we? Sometimes if we’ve been doing it for a while, that has to be a continual thing that we watch over to stay fresh and new in Him—to keep adjusting out of our minds and into our hearts. We should watch over our prayers and never get in a rut. Thank God that we have the Holy Spirit that so many others do not have. People all over the earth pray. Every kind of denomination, every kind of belief system prays. But many don’t get the answers to their prayers because they’re not faith-filled prayers or they’re not praying to the right Father. We have the Holy Spirit in us, and He helps us in what Miss Jerre started to sing about: “In His presence comes, we yearn it and yield to it and expect it and we’re changed.” The Word says every day is a new day. Every prayer meeting is a new prayer meeting. If not, then we’re just getting into religion.

Prayed…

You take us higher, Lord
Take us more into these places You’ve predestined us to go
The steps that you’ve given each one of us to walk out
Even in these days, the words that You’ve given us to speak out to go higher and further or deeper into You
More of Your presence
We call on Your name, Lord
Sometimes we wait a little bit and we watch but we expect that we’ll know the way to go, that we’ll know the words to speak, that we’ll have the answers, that our feet will not be so connected to the natural steps but they will connect to the spiritual way, to the spiritual steps, plans, to the Spirit’s direction. And hold fast to it.
(laughter)
On the Internet, sometimes we forget the password to get in… Well sometimes we forget the password to go further and that password is J-E-S-U-S! In the name that is above every other name! That’s the password for greater. That’s the password for more!
In the name of Jesus, today!
More and more and more, empowered through the name that is above every other name
It brings things together, it restores, it connects things that were disconnected
It plugs them into where they needed to be plugged in again
Father, in Jesus’ name
Some have left and gone another way; some have moved out and moved away, but this is the hour in the name of Jesus for them to get back in and ride once again, empowered by the Spirit and do what they’ve been called to do in the name of Jesus. That’s called restoration!
Come on back again!
Do you know someone? Do you know a name that you might lift up? Call them back
It’s time to take a step, just a little step, take a turn
Laborers, go forth today right to those sources, those names in Jesus’ name
Walking in love, a word in season, a surprise for today
We lift up getting things lined up for them to get connected again
Come on, now, in Jesus name, we break holds that have held them back, or out, or away, blinded their eyes, hardened their hearts
We break that in Jesus’ name
We plead the blood of Jesus over these people to be free to turn around and enter back in
We lift up the steps and alignments
Your presence, Lord, we pray Your presence around them—a divine connection
