Prayer Summary for Tuesday, September 19, 2017

Ms. Annie led us in singing “The Beautiful Name of Jesus”

What a wonderful, beautiful, awesome, powerful name – Jesus
Thank You for the name that is above every other name
That name that every knee will bow before
Thank You for what You did for us
What took place on the Cross at Calvary back then
When You said “It is finished”
That we could use the blood that You shed
And use Your name that You have given us
To declare things to straighten out today
Declare some other things to stop in their way
To turn things, to shake some things, to rearrange some things
To open doors that needed to be open
Because of the name of Jesus
We respect Your name, there is power in Your name
All authority is in Your name – Jesus
We magnify Your name, lift it
Jesus

Ms. Annie led us in singing His name…

Continued praying…

Jesus, Your presence makes us whole
Jesus, Jesus, Jesus
Over every situation – no other name
Jesus

While we are singing the name, I saw a door and kind of an older fashion door knob. The more we sang the name, the more that door knob turned. And it turned it enough to begin to open and bring the change and the changes that need to come. Just as we sing the name and magnify the name.

He is the king of all kings
The beginning and the end – Jesus
Thank You, Father, for change
Change through the name of Jesus
Hallelujah

Pastor Ray…

I want to make mention of a name, Christopher. He is a young man. We had a request from his grandmother. He is in his twenties and absolutely raised in the church but he has stepped over into some other ways. He is beyond smart, exceedingly smart. He has a call on his life but he has exited and kind of gone some different directions. His grandmother has done things for him most people would never do and she has backed him up financially. She asked me if we would agree for him to be changed, moved back over right in the center of God’s will and plan and that he would take these steps now.

Continued praying…

Father, in Jesus’ name we lift up Christopher
Plead the blood over his life, Your plan for his life
Over the direction You have called him to walk out in Jesus’ name
We cover the steps before him
We get ourselves in agreement with his grandmother
He will begin just like that door knob, begin to change in the name of Jesus
And the door begin to open
We declare today “The doors of opportunity for him are open and he shall begin to walk through!”
We declare it, we pray it, we apply the blood of Jesus over it
He shall enter there and go through!

Every evil work of the enemy, we put a stop to it in Jesus’ name
We put the blood over him for protection and direction
And say and agree according to Matthew 18:19 that he shall go in the right way
So that the call of God from heaven shall be fulfilled and he shall walk out in the fullness of the call that You put within him
He shall not go too far to the right or too far unto the left
His eyes shall be opened to the ways You have called him to go
And his ears will begin to hear what You have been speaking to him
And he will begin to take those steps in Jesus’ name
And enter into that perfect will that You pre-planned for him to walk out in Jesus’ name
And his grandmother will be blessed too
Hallelujah! Glory to God
Thank You for it, Father

Pastor Ray…

Yesterday if you were in here, Pastor Paul prayed for young people to begin to rise up and do what God has called them to do. That prayer that we prayed yesterday, we bring it here to today and believe that the young ones, that energy, that direction, that can-do spirit would begin to prosper like never before! Hallelujah. Thank You, Father, for the days and weeks that are to come.

Scripture focus…

I am going to read some scripture along the lines of expectation. You know how it is if your expectation is down, just isn’t working correctly according to manufactures specifications by the Holy Ghost. Other things can enter in, even depression can come near your tent. But no, we believe to walk with great expectation based on Your precious holy Word, what You said we could be, would be, and should be.

For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end. Jereiah 29:11 (KJV)

The hope of the righteous shall be gladness: but the expectation of the wicked shall perish. Proverbs 10:28

For surely there is an end; and thine expectation shall not be cut off. Proverbs 23:18 (KJV)

Pastor Ray…

We believe that. Our expectation will continue to function the way You have created it to function. We are up and we are not down. We are full of joy and that joy brings about a supernatural strengthening in us to continually put one foot in front of the other and walk out the plan and the will that God has for us individually but then also to grab hold of our sisters and brothers, corporately together in one accord as the body of Christ, to go forward in victory.

Continued…

My soul, wait thou only upon God; for my expectation is from him. Psalm 62:5 (KJV)

And he gave heed unto them, expecting to receive something of them. Act 3:5 (KJV)

According to my earnest expectation and my hope, that in nothing I shall be ashamed, but that with all boldness, as always, so now also Christ shall be magnified in my body, whether it be by life, or by death. Phil 1:20 (KJV)

So shall the knowledge of wisdom be unto thy soul: when thou hast found it, then there shall be a reward, and thy expectation shall not be cut off. Proverbs 24:14 (KJV)

Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. Phil 4:6 (KJV)

Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Matthew 11:28 (KJV)

Pastor Ray…

Rest in Him. Thank You, Lord. It makes me want to take a deep breath, relax, and rest in Him.

Continued…

He hath shewed thee, O man, what is good; and what doth the LORD require of thee, but to do justly, and to love mercy, and to walk humbly with thy God? Micah 6:8 (KJV)

And God is able to make all grace abound toward you; that ye, always having all sufficiency in all things, may abound to every good work. II Cor 9:8 (KJV)

Call unto me, and I will answer thee, and show thee great and mighty things, which thou knowest not. Jer. 33:3 (KJV)

Pastor Ray…

Sometimes we don’t get it until we need it. All the time if we will walk in faith and continually believe and expect, when we get to the place where we need something from heaven, it shall be there in time at the right time. Thank You, Father, for the direction of Your Spirit.

Continued…

Thou shalt also decree a thing, and it shall be established unto thee: and the light shall shine upon thy ways. Job 22:28

For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith. Mark 11:23

Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us, Ephesians 3:20 (KJV)

But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus. Phil 4:19 (KJV)

Pastor Ray…

Do we believe His Word? Yes, we believe it. Our expectation is based on what He said in His Word. When we lift up prayers over our nation, when we call things that are not as though they were, when we declare we are the head and not the tail, these things are true and they shall come to pass. The vision that God has put within you, individually, it shall come to pass when you believe; you’ll receive. And when you expect in faith, declare that it is so, it shall be so. Hallelujah. Thank You, Father.

Ms. Annie led us singing the name Jesus…

Continued praying…

There is power just in that name
While we are lifting it in our hearts, we magnify it today
We have faith in it
Sometimes it’s the best prayer that we could pray
Just that name Jesus – there is such power in and through that precious name
Things that need to change or turn or stop, begin – we declare that name
Be lifted, be magnified, be glorified this morning
Thank You, Lord, thank You, Father

Ms. Annie led us singing “Whisper Your Name Jesus”

Scripture focus…

(11) Give us help from trouble: for vain is the help of man. (12) Through God we shall do valiantly: for he it is that shall tread down our enemies. Psalm 60:11-1

Our God hides us from the secret plots of the wicked and from the rebellion of the workers of iniquity. He will shoot at them with the arrow of His Word and they shall suddenly be wounded by His truth. He will make them stumble over their own tongue. All men shall fear and declare the work of our God. For they shall wisely consider His doing. It is good for us to draw near to God. We have put our trust in the Lord God that we may declare all His works to this generation. Lord, remember how the enemy has reproached you and how a foolish people have blasphemed Your name.

Pastor Ray…

I just heard this comment last few days. Someone commented that now he knew that there was no God because president Trump’s property was not blow away by the hurricane. Is that sad? This reminded me of that. How foolish people have blasphemed Your name.

Ms. Jeani commented…

What he said was “Not even a blade of grass was harmed.” Which I love… So, the media is astonished at the protection of our President.

Ms. Annie commented…

That whole statement blasphemes God because it implies He plays favorites. First of all, it implies that He is behind the hurricane and that He is behind destruction. Therefore, He can choose who will be protected and who will not. No, we choose. We choose Him by our faith. We choose to stand in His protection. It’s not Him who’s creating havoc in the earth. So, that is a blaspheme statement no matter who it is about.

I just heard so much of that kind of stuff lately. And it’s been bothering me a lot. People talk about God as if He’s the author of destruction. No, He created everything perfect including the earth and He saw that it was good. It had no hurricanes when He originally designed it.

Ms. Jeani shared…

I looked up the meaning of Christopher’s name and it means Christ bearer. So, we call in his name sake and we tell him to line up with the meaning of His name. He is the bearer of God.

Ms. Annie shared…

Do you know about Christopher Yuan? He and his mother wrote a book together and she stood on his name. He went out into what we will call an alternative lifestyle that nearly destroyed him. The book is called “Out of a Far Country.” That’s what it is called because she prayed him out of the pigpen and back into the Kingdom of God. But she stood on that name Christopher which means Christ bearer. And now he is a Christ bearer and he is proclaiming that the grace of God is not deficient even for how far gone he was. Hallelujah! Glory to God!

Scripture focus…

(19) forget not the congregation of thy poor for ever. (20) Have respect unto the covenant: for the dark places of the earth are full of the habitations of cruelty. (22) Arise, O God, plead thine own cause: (righteousness, justice, mercy, truth and love. You are good and Your mercy endureth forever.) Psalm 74:19-20, 22

Let the groaning of the prisoners come before you, Lord; and preserve those appointed to die! Return sevenfold the reproach of those who reproach you. And we will show forth your praise to all generations! Psalm 79:11–13

Do not keep silent, O God. Do not hold Your peace and do not be still. For Your enemy is making uproar for those who hate you. Who have exalted themselves. They have taken crafty council against your people. And consulted together against those who live under Your covering blood. Let them be confounded and dismayed, let them be put to shame and perish, that they may seek Your name O Lord and that they may know that You, whose name alone is the Lord, are the Most High over all the earth. Psalm 83:1-3, 17-18

Continued praying…

Forever, O Lord, Your Word is settled in the heavens
We think on that name
Thank You for the name above every name
Christopher has a good name
But Jesus is the highest name
Thank You, Jesus
