Prayer Summary for Wednesday, July 13, 2016

Ms. Sharon led us singing “Come Lord Jesus Come”

Pastor Ray shared…

Not just individually but corporately together the body of Christ is walking out the prayers that were prayed yesterday or the prayers that were not prayed yesterday. For the preparations must be made through the prayers that have been prayed for the days and the weeks and the months that are to come. But God is calling us as a body, not just this body but the entire body of Christ, to push out into areas and territories and realms where we have never been before to prepare to go through the doors that are open right now and prepare for the tomorrows that are coming. For the time and the times they are moving quickly. Days turn into weeks and weeks into months and suddenly years. A year goes by and another year goes by, time…  So for the body today we’ve been called into even a greater place of declaration or prayers, we could say, preparing the times to come. Lifting, praying, declaring, believing, receiving by faith the operation of the power of the precious Holy Spirit on this earth and there is a lifting and there is greater. More doors follow the doors that are open today. Greater doors of opportunity, they are already on the way, doors that will take us into those realms, those regions, those territories that we have been called to walk out as we walk with the power of the Holy Spirit. Hallelujah.

Prayed…

Thank You, Father, for lifting up the Church
For Your words and Your Word
The power of Your Spirit actively rearranging and changing
Thank You, Holy Spirit, for Your presence in us and manifested presence on us and moving through us today
For utterance, words that we necessarily do not even know
But they are words that You always bring about and do show—thank You for it, Lord

The following except was taken from the Revival Study Bible based on John 14:27:

Peace I leave with you; My [own] peace I now give and bequeath to you. Not as the world gives do I give to you. Do not let your hearts be troubled, neither let them be afraid. [Stop allowing yourselves to be agitated and disturbed; and do not permit yourselves to be fearful and intimidated and cowardly and unsettled.] John 14:27 (AMPC)

The world is looking for true peace. When revival comes they find what they have been looking for. Only true Christians have peace in this world. Why? Because it is one of the things Jesus left to us before He died. Jesus Christ purchased true peace when He shed His precious blood on Calvary. Mankind first exchanged the peace of God for the deception of Satan in the Garden of Eden. The struggle with sin had begun escalating at an unprecedented rate but Jesus came to destroy the works of the Devil. God gave the gift of His only Son to end the conflict with hell once and for all.

Jesus signed the peace treaty with His own blood (Colossians 1:20). And having made peace through the blood of His Cross it is finished. He is our peace. You must first make peace with God before you can have the peace of God. The Bible says there is no peace for the wicked (Isaiah 48:22). The treaty has been signed. It is time for your surrender. True peace comes only after unconditional surrender. Kneel at the feet of Jesus. Quit fighting your own war. Pull in the troops. Raise up your hands, drop your guns. God has won.

You keep the peace of God by maintaining faith in Him. God is going to keep His part of the treaty. You must maintain your relationship with God and not slip out of fellowship with Him. Our Lord’s peace was great enough to allow Him to endure the theory of the cross as He bore in Himself the sins of the entire world. His peace in you will be great enough to overcome anything you may face. The disciples were about to be used mightily to spread revival throughout the world when they heard this promise and it carried them through beatings, stonings, and even martyrdom.

(God’s peace, the peace that passes all understanding, the kind of peace that only can come from heaven, heavenly peace.)

Ms. Sharon, would you sing God Bless America? All the while you were singing that I was watching over America for that peace to change situations that were going one way and move it back over to the God kind of peace way. Thank you for joining the tent meeting this morning. (ha, ha, ha) Hallelujah, there is joy in the house of God and that puts a praise in the mouths of the believers! To shout GLORY! To shout GLORY! Hallelujah!

I read that George Whitfield was friends with Benjamin Franklin of all people and Benjamin Franklin would come to his meetings in the eastern part of the United States and he would be speaking to 30,000 people. And so Benjamin Franklin measured out how far and he figured out that George Whitfield’s voice could speak to 30,000 people with no amplification. I had a picture in my spirit of this whole church standing up on top of the building and laughing; laughing over Brooklyn Park, laughing over toward Maple Grove, laughing over New Hope and Crystal, OVER THE CITIES! And declaring STRENGTH TO THE CITIES! Oh my and it would be a great “Ha! Ha! Ha!” on the Devil’s plans and the peace of God and the glory of God and revival and an awakening would begin to come forth. Hallelujah!

Just by faith we do. We see that. That our voices, our prayers go waaayyyy further than just these cities but they do cover and make a difference in the cities we live in. Hallelujah.

Pastor Paul shared…

There is something that has just been in my heart. It’s from Luke 4:18 concerning America.

(18) The Spirit of the Lord is upon America, because he hath anointed America to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent America to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised (19) To preach the acceptable year of the Lord.

Amen. We agree.
