Pastor Ray…
This week, we are going over some prophecies about some things that were declared over this area, Minneapolis, St. Paul and, of course, for our nation too. If you have any, if you want to bring something, we are going to put a stack together next week and you can all have a copy. What we do with those is take them before the Lord and declare “Lord, You said this through Your servant.” He wants us to remind Him of it. When we are doing that, we are reminding ourselves of it. I have done that over the years. I have had a prophecy in my Bible for years and when I would feel like… Let’s put it like this, when I would get over into my feelings about things, then I would just go through that prophecy again and see what the Lord said.
I want to share with you a prophecy by Brother Jerry Savelle and he gave it here at Living Word in 1989 and it’s about breakthroughs.
Here is the definition of breakthrough: A sudden, dramatic, important discovery or development. A major breakthrough in DNA research, an advance, development, a step forward, success, improvement, discovery, innovation, revolution, progress, and headway.
Who doesn’t want that? Breakthroughs… and Jerry Savelle said the word “breakthroughs” so many times in this prophecy.
Prayed…
First of all, Father, thank You for the manifest presence of Your Spirit here in the chapel
Thank You that we have a chapel
That we are able to gather together and give ourselves over to You
Get out of our minds so to speak and get more into our spirit
Thank You, Holy Spirit, that You are in us
And then too there is the manifested presence around us in this corporate setting
Thank You for words this morning that You would have us to say and declare
We never, never take it casually coming before You
Covered in the blood, made righteous by the blood
All of our mistakes are over, done, and finished
And that each day is a new day
Taking more revelation that it is a new day!
The old days, yesterday, they are done with and finished
And we are moving over into the new
Hallelujah, thank You, Lord
We minister unto You, love You, magnify Your precious holy name
We give You glory for all the things that You have already done for us
And the things we are walking into this year, 2018
The Year of Holy Ghost and Fire
We believe that – all of the gifts being manifested in Jesus’ name

The following prophecy was given by Jerry Savelle on May 14, 1989 at Living Word Christian Center:
Breakthroughs are on the horizon. Breakthroughs,” saith the Lord of Grace.
“For in the field of technology there have been breakthroughs—in the field of medicine there have been breakthroughs, in the computer age there have been breakthroughs and now it’s time for a breakthrough in the Spirit.
“It is time for you to go further than you have ever been before. It is time for you to experience My glory as you have never experienced before, for I have said that you go from faith to faith and from glory to glory. And it is time for a new dimension,” saith the Lord, “a breakthrough.”
“If breakthroughs can be experienced in the natural realm, why not in the Spirit? And this is the hour for breakthroughs. For I am going to enable you to experience a breakthrough in the Spirit realm where subduing kingdoms is concerned. You will begin to understand spiritual warfare as you have not known it in days past.
“Some have seen but a glimpse, but in the days to come, you will know it as a General. You will know it as a technician, and you will know it as those who are experts in their field, for I am raising up a people that shall be experts in spiritual warfare. I am raising up people that shall be technicians in spiritual warfare, and they will not only know, but they will share and they will show and they will demonstrate and it shall be widespread and many kingdoms shall fall,” saith the Lord.
“For this is the day and the hour for breakthroughs. And your city is headed for a breakthrough. For I have heard the cry of those who are stirred in their hearts. I have heard the cry of those whose bones, whose spirit, whose soul are a fire and a flame. For it is time for the breakthrough. It is time.
“It is time that those who once knew Me who are now backslidden. It is time for them to return unto Me,” saith the Lord, “and soon you will begin to see many that left the faith shall return. And yea, there will be hundreds and even thousands,” saith the Lord, “who once were on the front lines, who have lost their zeal and lost their desire, they shall regain it and they shall return to Father’s house and they shall be returned to the front lines and engage in warfare.

They are coming back into Your body
Where You have called them to be in Jesus’ name
We send out a supply of the Holy Spirit
Ministering Spirits, Go!
Calling them from the north, east, south, and west
Laborers to cross their paths in 2018

“For this is an hour,” saith God, “that there is a note of seriousness that I am causing to come upon the hearts of My people. Yes, it shall be fun and yes, yes it shall be glorious, but oh, the task that is ahead,” saith God, “will determine, will cause a determination, will demand a determination to walk in the Spirit and not in the flesh,” saith the Lord.
“For I have declared in My Word that this is the time that Satan would dispatch an army of seducing, deceiving spirits and if possible, he would deceive even the elect. But stand firm in My Word,” saith the Lord, “and do not allow that which I have revealed to you in day’s past slip, but hold it dear unto you. Embrace it. Confess it. Believe it, with the same energy that you did when you first heard it.”

The things that You have ministered to us individually
We hold fast and confess and believe them
The way we did when we first believed them
We are always forever on an ascendancy in Him
Moving up and forward into unusual manifestation
Never seen before
A fresh desire for more revelation of our Father

“For this is the hour,” saith the Lord, “that you owe it to yourself to be so established that you cannot be deceived, so deeply rooted in Me and in My Word that you cannot be shaken. And come what may, you are on the Word to stay. For this is the hour of breakthroughs. This is the hour when those who have been diligent and those who have been faithful and those who have said, ‘My God, I will not allow myself to slide, but I will stand on our Word forever more,’ breakthroughs are headed for those people,” saith the Lord.
“MIGHTY breakthroughs in every realm of their life, yea, spiritually, financially. Yes, they will experience breakthroughs,” saith the Lord, “and I am no respecter of persons. I am willing to give you, yes, even you, that begin tonight. I will cause things to be accelerated and I will give you a breakthrough. So it is time,” saith the Lord, “to set your face as flint and say, ‘I shall not be moved, I am on the Word to stay, I will not let go of that which I have learned and those things which I have been taught, I will apply and I will endeavor to learn more,'” saith the Lord.

What He said was in this hour when those who have been diligent, faithful and said “my God, I will not allow myself to slide” – breakthroughs are headed for those people! I love how it’s over and over and over – breakthroughs!

“And as you do, you are headed for a breakthrough. For this is the hour of breakthroughs,” saith the Lord. “So rejoice in Me and know that you shall be refreshed and you shall be revived and all that you have lost shall be recovered and yea, I will even raise you up,” saith the Lord, “in these days to invade the enemy’s camp and take back everything that he has stolen. For this is the day of breakthroughs.

By faith we take it back. There is no limit to this. We take it and expect it back. Enemy, devil, you are defeated and we are taking it back. Thank You, Jesus!

“This is the day of breakthroughs. Yea, many of you who have been faithful in your giving and publishing the Gospel, breakthroughs,” saith the Lord “in your finances are on the horizon. Some of you will be entrusted with more funds than you have ever dreamed of,” saith God, “for I can trust you. The breakthrough is coming. This is the day of the breakthrough. And yea, there will be churches, entire congregations who will experience breakthroughs,” saith the Lord.
Word of the Lord came forth:
Living Word Christian Center – Breakthroughs! Breakthroughs!
Increase! More than ever before!
Abundance! In every area, Hallelujah!
Thank You, Father!
For some even now are just waking up as if they were in a coma
But they are coming up and they are coming out and they are breaking through
And they are seeing what was stolen from them and they are taking hold of it
And taking it back! In faith, by faith
Declaring “This is the way it is and this is the way it shall be!”
“These are the days of my breakthrough!”

“There will be breakthroughs in the city,” saith God. “There will be, in days to come, those who have opposed you the greatest. Many of them will be converted and become your strongest supporters. For breakthroughs are coming,” saith the Lord. “And those who have fought you the hardest, many of them will realize soon that you cannot be shaken…

Oh, we are strong in the Lord and in the power of His might
We overcome by the blood
Because You overcame through the blood You shed on the Cross at Calvary
We overcome in 2018 in Jesus’ name
We will not be SHAKEN!

Many of them will realize soon that you cannot be shaken and that they are fighting a lost cause and they will drop their carnal weapons and pick up spiritual weapons and join you” saith the Lord.

Souls coming on in from high place, medium place and low places
Souls coming in every degree of wealth and influence in the city
In the schools, in the colleges, in the capitol
They are turning around and coming in!

And there will be those who have said it can’t be—it will never come and they will be made to look as fools,” saith the Lord. “For this is the day of breakthroughs. Say not in your heart, ‘It can never happen here.’ For this is where my Spirit is near. For the Lord of the Harvest has come your way and you will begin to see more souls come each and every day. For the breakthrough is yours,” saith the Lord of Grace.
“So get ready. You have just begun to run the race. And the race before you, you shall run fast and you shall run strong and you will not give up. You will run the daylong. For this is the hour when you will see My power and the hour that you will see My grace. So know in your heart that I am the Lord that has spoken to you. So get ready, I said it. It will come to pass. THIS IS THE DAY OF THE BREAKTHROUGH!”

I came to work yesterday to shovel snow and I forgot my boots. So as I was going home to get them, I saw a car stuck in the snow on the side street. So I jumped out to help him shovel out and all of a sudden the Spirit comes on me and I thought I should lead him to the Lord. I talk to him and bingo, just like that, I prayed with him to receive Jesus. I said “God loves you and have a great day!” And I was gone. It was a God setup. God sets me up all the time. In McDonalds or wherever I go. If you are looking for it, God sets you up. Hallelujah.

Breakthroughs in the realm of souls
Many people who will be coming to the cities in a couple weeks
Believing they will see a difference
Those that are coming from Philadelphia
The anointing is here for them to leave changed from when they came
The following is a prayer for our nation by Pastor Lynne Hammond:
Father, in the name of Jesus, and according to your Word, we pray for those in authority in our nation. We lift up President Donald Trump, his family, his staff and cabinet members. Let Your Word cling to them and let them not depart from your plan. Strengthen them with mighty power by your Spirit to stand against wickedness, lies and deception. Guide President Trump’s decisions; let Your light shine upon his path and show him the path of reversal for every evil way. Continually surround him with godly men and women who impart wise counsel to him. Cause the way of the wicked to be set to confusion and come to nothing. Deliver us from the traps and snares the enemy has laid for us, and let the wicked be caught in their own devises and be brought to shame.

I pray for breakthrough in media
That’s not just one station that is reporting some things that are true
But things that have been reported that are lies, that there would be a breakthrough
A sudden change, a sudden paradigm shift
And these that have lied will turn and begin to report the truth
Absolutely what is going on, the changes that have taken place already
One year into the presidency, all of the things that have taken place already
Thank You, Father ,that the Embassy is moving to Jerusalem
Oh, it’s miraculous, beautiful, glorious, it’s right!
Nothing can stop it! It is a breakthrough!
Many other presidents have spoken about it, said it should be so
But they have not been faithful to carry it out
This nation shall be even more greatly blessed because of our stand with Israel
Those that bless Israel shall be blessed!

I read this morning something Roni Levi had said. He listened to the speech from our vice president and he said it was like the most beautiful, wonderful, refreshing thing to hear from our leaders as opposed to what they have heard from eight years back through John Kerry, Secretary of State. I am not meaning to bring someone else up but I am just saying finally now we know we are standing together with Israel like we haven’t stood with them for years.

We are standing side by side in supporting that nation
Calling Jerusalem the Capital! Thank You, Lord
For the influence that our Vice President Pence has in the Whitehouse in Jesus’ name
That as a man of God, he is able to speak Your Words of truth into our President
Into those that are around him – thank You, Father!
New increases, boundaries that are moved out, walls that are coming down
Division leaving in Jesus’ name
This nation in one accord, one nation under God indivisible we shall be in Jesus’ name
Moving more into the position and changes that have been declared
Moving more into the position we have been called to be in
More into the changes that have been declared will come forth
Permanent change, a complete change, permanent turnaround in Jesus’ name
Hidden things be revealed, uncovered for what they were to do
We stop the flow of finances that are coming against our nation in Jesus’ name
Holding the blood right there and declare “There finances are drying up!” in Jesus’ name
Even now in these days now, hidden things, more things coming to light
Things that no one really knew about – coming to light!
There still are those that must be are rooted out in Jesus’ name
There are still those in places they should not be!
So we declare “Some are moving out and moving away! And the right ones are coming in in Jesus’ name!”
We loose our ministering spirits to go get them
Moving more and more in the plan and the purpose that God has for this nation

We give You honor and glory and praise
Worthy, worthy, worthy are You
You are worthy of all the glory and praise

I am hearing this in my spirit: we have been called to be dispensers of the waters of the living waters, of those rivers to come forth. And as that call comes forth, those waters begin to swirl, they begin to stir, and they shall come forth and they shall bring about great changes wherever we go and those waters do flow. And on our own individual bodies, they shall bring change. Those living waters that come up and come out, they change us personally. But they go forth further than just us and bring about change wherever we go, living waters flowing up and flowing out of our bellies. Hallelujah!
We let them go! We let them flow!
For the body of Christ, for the whole body, every man, every woman, ever child
That calls on the name that is above every other name – Jesus!

Things that are trying to come against our nation
Declaring “Prideful lips be shut down, be silenced, be still, get down, get out, leave, stop it in Jesus’ name
Desist in Your maneuvers, stop in your plans!
Every kind of slander, you are not coming to America
In fact, you are leaving America in the name of Jesus!

We take authority over the plots and plans of the enemy against this nation. Let prideful and lying lips be silenced in Jesus’ name. Slanderers will not be established in America. We pray for our Congress, our Supreme Court, our military leaders and our intelligence agencies. Let the wisdom that is from above reign in this nation and be constantly speaking to our leaders. We exercise the authority you have given us to tread down all the power of the enemy. We cast down and demolish imaginations and arguments that exalt themselves against the knowledge of God, and we bring into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ. We bind spirits of strife and division, civil wars and tumults, spirits of hostility, lawlessness and blasphemy, and fires from hell that have burned in our cities.

We lift up Senator Paul Gazelka
Calling for the right ways, calling for the right plans, standing up for what You said it should be like
We pray that the anointing will come through and flow through into the realms and the places in the capitol in Jesus’ name
Minnesota, You are continually moving in God’s way in the name of Jesus

We speak grace and peace that passes all understanding over America

We pray and believe for the voice of truth, salvation, revival, and restoration to be proclaimed and heard across our land.

Father, thank You that as You spoke over our nation many times
Many, many, many times things have been declared by those men, women that heard from You
Over our nation, for those that came to our shores and put that Cross in the soil
For freedom to honor You, freedom to respect You, freedom to love You, freedom of religion
Thank You, Father, that revivals are breaking out now in different regions of our country
Those revivals, those sparks, those little explosions of revival will begin to move more into an awakening
And the great last awakening it shall come to pass and we shall be out of here!
But before we go many, many, many, more are coming in to the light and out of the dark
Thank You, Father, for those that have been laboring
Thank You for the ministry of Your Holy Spirit
We are not alone, it’s not just us against them
But it is Your power, Your anointing, Your authority, Your presence in our lives
Oh thank You for it Lord, thank You, Father, thank You
So everything that must take place today, Wednesday, we believe it will come to pass
It will come to pass, it’s coming to pass in Jesus’ name
We’ll be where we need to be directed by You
Our ears are open, we hear what You are saying, we know what You are saying,
We purpose in our hearts to do what You tell us to do
Individually and how You speak to us together as we assemble together in meetings like this
We thank You so much for it
Giving You all of the glory and honor
Praise You for everything that You have done for us
