Pastor Ray shared…

Yesterday I mentioned Psalms 73 with Asaph and how he changed some things around in his thinking when he got into the sanctuary of God. I just want to go over a couple of things that he had said. He was all bent out of shape because of people in the world that were seemingly prospering and they didn’t love God and they didn’t serve God. He said:

(5) They are not in trouble as other men; neither are they smitten and plagued like other men. (6) Therefore pride is about their necks like a chain; violence covers them like a garment [like a long, luxurious robe]. (7) Their eyes stand out with fatness, they have more than heart could wish; and the imaginations of their minds overflow [with follies]. (8) They scoff, and wickedly utter oppression; they speak loftily [from on high, maliciously and blasphemously]. (9) They set their mouths against and speak down from heaven, and their tongues swagger through the earth [invading even heaven with blasphemy and smearing earth with slanders]. (10) Therefore His people return here, and waters of a full cup [offered by the wicked] are [blindly] drained by them. (11) And they say, How does God know? Is there knowledge in the Most High? (12) Behold, these are the ungodly, who always prosper and are at ease in the world; they increase in riches. (13) Surely then in vain have I cleansed my heart and washed my hands in innocency. (14) For all the day long have I been smitten and plagued, and chastened every morning. Psalms 73:5–14 (AMPC)

Asaph was depressed and he was using his natural eyes, and then when he began to look by his spirit his way of seeing changed.

(17) Until I went into the sanctuary of God; then I understood [for I considered] their end. (18) [After all] You do set the [wicked] in slippery places; You cast them down to ruin and destruction. (19) How they become a desolation in a moment! They are utterly consumed with terrors!
(22) So foolish, stupid, and brutish was I, and ignorant; I was like a beast before You. (23) Nevertheless I am continually with You; You do hold my right hand. (24) You will guide me with Your counsel, and afterward receive me to honor and glory. (26) My flesh and my heart may fail, but God is the Rock and firm Strength of my heart and my Portion forever. (28) But it is good for me to draw near to God; I have put my trust in the Lord God and made Him my refuge, that I may tell of all Your works. Psalms 73:17–19; 22–24; 26, 28 (AMPC)

Is that a paradigm shift or what? He began to see things the way they really were instead of how they really were not. So he is only looking in the natural. We can all do that. We can be tempted to do that. But we are not tempted to do that because we know what the Word says. We always overcome. We go over it all the time. Yesterday Ms. Annie sang about it. We overcome by the blood of the Lamb and the word of our testimony. He’s good every second that we spend serving Him is worth it. Isn’t that right? It’s worthwhile, hallelujah.

The following excerpt was taken from The Triumphant Church by Kenneth E. Hagin:

We Are the Church Triumphant!

And whether you are ministering deliverance, praying for the sick, or just taking a stand against the devil in your own life—keep in mind that Satan is a defeated foe. If you are a believer, you are seated with Christ in heavenly places now. Jesus’ victory over the devil is your victory because you are in Him.

Wherein does the authority of darkness lie? In Satan. But we’ve been delivered from the authority of Satan! And we need to remember that he’s been defeated and dethroned!

That’s why I’m not going to fight the devil! I just going to walk on over him and put him in his place because I’m part of the triumphant Church!

(We’re not always fighting against the Devil. The Devil is defeated. There are times when we take our authority, for sure. We use our authority over him. But I like how he said that. He’s not going to just always fight the Devil. He’s going to walk on over and put him in his place because we are part of the triumphant Church. Amen)

After all, just stop and think about it. Can anything exert authority over your body without exerting authority over your head? No, it can’t. Whatever belongs to your Head belongs to your Body.

Well, since Jesus Christ, the Head of the Church triumphed over demons, evil spirits, and Satan himself, we did too, because we’re His Body. His triumph is our triumph! That’s why we should call ourselves the triumphant Church. That’s who we are now—not when we get to Heaven—but right now.

(We notify our brains, we speak to our hearts. We can do that. We are the triumphant Church now. We have overcome by the blood because he did.)

Since we’ve been delivered from the authority of Satan, he has no authority over the Body of Christ in any way, shape, form, or fashion. But we have authority over him in Christ! Jesus made an open show of Satan and put his defeat on display by triumphing over him in the Cross!

Yes, we have to deal with evil forces, but we’ve got authority over them. They’re dethroned powers! We’re a triumphant Church, enjoying the victory that Jesus already provided for us. We don’t need to make war on the devil. All we have to do is stand our ground against him and put him on the run with the Word.

Instead of these dethroned powers ruling over you—you rule over them! In fact, if you’re not looking down when you’re dealing with the devil—you’re not high enough! Come on up and sit in heavenly places in Christ where you belong—as the triumphant Church!

A word of the Lord came forth:

Individual plans; plans together corporately speaking are being rolled out right now, saith the Lord. As you lift up your voices in song, worship, singing in the Spirit, plans, steps, understanding and revelation are unfolding, specific ways to carry these things out in the days that are to come. Yes, many and most of these ways are new. As you lift up your voices individually, you will know. It shall be uncovered and you shall know the correct holy way to go. Conditions are changing, resources are on the way. Days of increase have been entered into. It has to do with the finish that’s in you. So, see yourself shaken out of the old ways and days and walking out into the new, days, plans, ways. For it’s your destiny, saith the Lord. There is a way, many ways. Relax in Me, saith the Lord, and hold your peace. Keep on the march. So from February on into March of this year, changes, changes. Some things will be finished and completed, doors will be closed but over on into the new doors of opportunity shall come forth.

Stability, strength, abundance, authority. Some things will be reinstated and renewed in you so you can take some things off the shelf that you put aside and begin to watch them come forth in and through you for others. They were hidden there. They were placed there for the times and these are the times, saith the Lord. It’s all for the sake of souls to come My way. For the lost to come in, for the numbers to increase. Continually enter on in to the place I’ve have called you unto. A lot of these things are unknown and uncharted territories but as you stay strong in Me and watch over the steps that you take and words you speak, you shall enter in. These are recipes from heaven for the plan and the purpose of My children. So everything will be okay and turn out right. So hold your eyes upward up unto Me and lift your voices in one accord and worship the King of kings and the Lord of Lords.

Ms. Annie led us in worship…

We give You all the praise, honor, and glory
To the King of Kings and Lord of lords
