Prayer Summary for Tuesday, October 10, 2017

Ms. Annie led us in worship “You Will Be Praised”

Prayed…

Father, we just thank You that the Worthy One lives inside of us
We have Your name
The same faith that created the heavens and the earth
The faith of God is the faith that we have
And so, today, we pray from that position
From the position of having the name that is above every name
The faith of God
We belong to You and because we belong to You, we have all authority
In heaven and on earth
And today we declare from the right hand of the Father
We pray seated in the heavenlies
Declaring on earth as it is in heaven
Thank You for that, Father

Ms. Jeani…

Pastor Ray is on vacation through next Monday. So, this morning when I got up, Holy Spirit reminded me that I am with a bunch of world changers. It is just so exciting to be with a bunch of world changers this morning.

Scripture focus…

I am going to remind us of the world changers that we are and from the position that we pray.

So you have not received a spirit that makes you fearful slaves. Instead, you received God’s Spirit when he adopted you as His own children. Now we call him, “Abba, Father.” For His Spirit joins with our spirit to affirm that we are God’s children. Romans 8:15–16 (NLT)

Ms. Jeani…

So the remedy for fear is a Spirit of Adoption. His perfect love casts out all fear. And so even today we belong to Him. We do not have a spirit that makes us in bondage to fear but we have the Spirit of Adoption. We are made in His image.

When Jessie Duplantis was here I loved what he said. He said there are no adults in the kingdom, only children. And he said let God be God. So today we let God be God and we pray from the position of belonging to Him, in His image, in His name. I don’t know, we are kind of the boss because the Boss lives inside of us.

Today we pray out of the affirmation and the assurance that we belong to Him and that we have His name.

[CONTINUE]
God decided in advance to adopt us into his own family by bringing us to himself through Jesus Christ. This is what he wanted to do, and it gave him great pleasure. Ephesians 1:5 (NLT)

Ms. Jeani…

What are some of the benefits and results of this?

[CONTINUE]
In Whom, because of our faith in Him, we dare to have the boldness (courage and confidence) of free access (an unreserved approach to God with freedom and without fear). Ephesians 3:12 (AMPC)

Ms. Jeani…

There is the Spirit of adoption again. Before we go to prayer for our nation we are going to go over Exodus 14 with the Israelites. And not to be too hard on the Israelites because we have all kind of done this, the disciples did this, the Israelites did this but we are not doing this today. We are allowing God’s goodness to crash in on any bondage we’ve ever experienced; on any time we have felt left by God. Today we pray from the position of the Spirit of Adoption.

In Exodus 14 they are just about ready to approach the Red Sea and their God told them “look, I want you to camp here because I am going to harden the enemy’s heart to come after you. So the enemy is going to come after you one more time but when he does, I am going to fight for you and you are never going to see this enemy again” (Jeani’s paraphrase).

Here is the deal. In our approach to praying for our country, He told us we have an enemy. He has already told us this. So, we don’t have to be surprised, not even a tiny bit when we witness the enemy working. We don’t have to freak out or anything. Because He not only told us that, He also told us that we belong to Him, that we have His authority. We have His name already. And so when we pray in Jesus’ name, we are the world changers. We are the ones. It’s not the people at the UN meeting. It’s us.

Continued praying…

Father, I thank You that You stir in us supernaturally
A supernatural ability to receive fully the Spirit of Adoption
As we pray for our country we take our place
And we are the ones that decide what goes on in our country

So even as I read this any thinking that we have had that is not fully submitted to the goodness of God, we repent right now
And we just get in line
And we fully submit to His goodness

Now isn’t this amazing too. After everything that God did for them, He did so many suddenlies for these Israelites. Ok, now they had been in bondage for a long time. And our country has been dealing with a lot of things for a long time. But the suddenlies of God came in yet because there was a hardening of their hearts, they couldn’t receive those things even when God told them the enemy was coming but they were going to win anyway.

Scripture focus…

(1) Then the Lord gave these instructions to Moses: (2) “Order the Israelites to turn back and camp by Pi-hahiroth between Migdol and the sea. Camp there along the shore, across from Baal-zephon. (3) Then Pharaoh will think, ‘The Israelites are confused. They are trapped in the wilderness!’ Exodus 14:1–3 (NLT)

Ms. Jeani…

So He already told them what the enemies thinking, what the enemy is up to. He told them ahead of time.

[CONTINUE]
(4) And once again I will harden Pharaoh’s (we’ll just say the enemies) heart, and he will chase after you. I have planned this in order to display my glory through (the enemy) Pharaoh and his whole army. After this the (enemy) Egyptians will know that I am the LORD!” So the Israelites camped there as they were told. Exodus 14:4 (NLT)

Ms. Jeani…

That’s us! Anyone that is not serving God right now, with what God is doing and with us, cooperating with the goodness of God, those people are about to turn. We are the ones changing our country today.

[CONTINUE]
(7) (So the enemy) He took with him 600 of (his) Egypt’s best chariots, along with the rest of the chariots of Egypt, each with its commander. (8) The Lord hardened the heart of Pharaoh, the king of Egypt, so he chased after the people of Israel, who had left with fists raised in defiance. (9) The Egyptians chased after them with all the forces in Pharaoh’s army—all his horses and chariots, his charioteers, and his troops… Exodus 14:7–8a (NLT)

Ms. Jeani…

So the enemy gave it his best shot. He gave his best. Don’t you love the set up? So the enemy is throwing everything at them, all of his best. And not only his best chariots but the rest of everything he had and all those people who were in authority in the enemies camp, he threw at the people of God. And God knew this the whole time. He had already told His people this was going to happen. This didn’t have to be a surprise.

This does not have to be a surprise for us. Okay.

[CONTINUE]
(10) As (the enemy) Pharaoh approached, the people (got really excited because what God said was going to happen, happened)…

Ms. Jeani…

Is that what it says? No! It’s not what it says. But that’s what we say! It’s says they panicked. No, we stay in our authority because we belong to Him.

And then they did the “What have You done to us.” You know that kind of whining that we all are repenting of. You know as if God made them leave Egypt. I mean hello, they left voluntarily. They had been contending for this.

[CONTINUE]
(13) But Moses told the people, “Don’t be afraid….

Ms. Jeani…

My husband’s Bible says “Do not even allow a fearful thought.” That would indicate that we chose what we allow in our thinking. So he said “Do not even allow a fearful thought.”

[CONTINUE]
…Just stand still and watch the LORD rescue you TODAY. The Egyptians you see today will never be seen again.

Ms. Jeani…

Did He already do it? Then we receive it today. We declare it today. Today is the day of salvation. It’s today!

[CONTINUE]
(14) …The Lord himself will fight for you. Just stay calm.”

Ms. Jeani…

Now imagine if Moses hadn’t said what God said. But isn’t it amazing that it just took one person to agree with God for all of them to get right through. We can be encouraged by that. This is our positioning today when we pray for our country. And when we leave these four walls we keep this position.

[CONTINUE]
(15) Then the LORD said to Moses, “Why are you crying out to me?

Ms. Jeani…

Don’t you love that? Right? That’s what He says to us. Use the name I gave you. Be who you are. You are made in My image. Be confident and have courage and keep moving. So, we help each other do that. Don’t we. Yes, we do.

[CONTINUE]
(17b) My great glory will be displayed…

Ms. Jeani…

So, here is the deal. What if Moses hadn’t held out his rod and done what was in his hand? You know God said do what is in your hand. We all have things in our hand to do. We all have the scriptures. We all have the name. He is saying use it! Right? And we are all here to help each other do that because we all need each other’s help.

Also, in my husband’s Bible it also says “You will never see this enemy again.”

So, when we pray there are enemies that will be completely defeated. And then when we see the enemy working again, we don’t have to be surprised because He already told us and we keep going, keep taking the same position.

It also says in the end of verse 28 “…not a single one survived.” So, none of his best chariots survived, all of his best weapons were destroyed along with other weapons, all of his commanders were destroyed. I don’t know, do you think they knew God was God? I think they knew.

Let’s believe that for our country today. Today!

[CONTINUE]
(31) When the people of Israel saw the mighty power that the Lord had unleashed against the Egyptians, they were filled with awe before him. They put their faith in the Lord and in his servant Moses.

Ms. Jeani…

Can I just say, let’s get to a place where, yes, we let God overwhelm us with His goodness. But we are so expecting Him to move that we are not surprised by it like we have been. Right? That we know that what we have to say is from the throne room. And so when it happens on earth, we say “Yes, actually that’s what we declared by the Holy Spirit. Yes, what’s the next thing?” We keep taking ground. We keep taking territory.

What happens in our country is what happens in this Chapel. One more time we are going to read these scriptures. Romans 8:15, this is for all of us.

[CONTINUE]
So (we) have not received a spirit that makes you fearful slaves. Instead, (we have) received God’s Spirit when he adopted (us) as his own children. Now we call him, “Abba, Father.” For His Spirit joins with our spirit to affirm that we are God’s children. Romans 8:15–16 (NLT)

In Whom, because of our faith in Him, we dare to have the boldness (courage and confidence) of free access (an unreserved approach to God with freedom and without fear). Ephesians 3:12 (AMPC)

Ms. Jeani…

And God decided in advance to adopt us. Did you know that in the culture back in the biblical days the person adopted was considered at higher esteem than the children that were born naturally because they were chosen? That’s us.

[CONTINUE]
God decided in advance to adopt us into his own family by bringing us to himself through Jesus Christ. This is what he wanted to do, and it gave him great pleasure. Ephesians 1:5 (NLT)

Ms. Annie led us singing “Abba I belong to You”

Continued praying…

Father, I thank You that we only see what You are doing
And from the Spirit of seeing, we put pressure on the way it looks like in our country
And we thank You on earth as it is in heaven
We are Your children, let the body of Christ rise up
Rise up and do what you see Your Father doing
Say what you hear your Father say
The body of Christ in education rise up!
Strength and resolve
The goodness of God overtaking our education system in America
In media, in the arts – the goodness of God
Overtaking movies, sitcoms
Father, we call in resources for those people
The body of Christ that is in the arts today – movies!
The most powerful thing is the love of God
The Spirit of Adoption – the remedy for fear
His perfect love casting out all fear causing the body of Christ to engage
She engages in her country, in her sphere of influence
Rise up, go out, go out, go out
Disciplining education, disciplining government, disciplining Hollywood
The love, the love, the love of God
It draws them in, and it draws the body of Christ out
She rises up, she gets up, and she goes out

Fear not little flock for I have given you the kingdom
And it’s here on earth
Everywhere you go, you bring the kingdom
Oh, I am greater is you, greater is Me than he that is in the world
Everywhere You go the kingdom, My kingdom
The goodness of God takes authority, takes over
We stake our claim in America right now

The following is a prayer for our nation by Pastor Lynne Hammond:

Father, in the name of Jesus, and according to your Word, we pray for those in authority in our nation. We lift up President Donald Trump, his family, his staff and cabinet members. Let Your Word cling to them and let them not depart from your plan. Strengthen them with mighty power by your Spirit to stand against wickedness, lies and deception. Guide President Trump’s decisions; let Your light shine upon his path and show him the path of reversal for every evil way. Continually surround him with godly men and women who impart wise counsel to him. Cause the way of the wicked to be set to confusion and come to nothing. Deliver us from the traps and snares the enemy has laid for us, and let the wicked be caught in their own devises and be brought to shame.

We take authority over the plots and plans of the enemy against this nation. Let prideful and lying lips be silenced in Jesus’ name. Slanderers will not be established in America. We pray for our Congress, our Supreme Court, our Military leaders and our intelligence agencies. Let the wisdom that is from above reign in this nation and be constantly speaking to our leaders. We exercise the authority you have given us to tread down all the power of the enemy. We cast down and demolish imaginations and arguments that exalt themselves against the knowledge of God, and we bring into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ. We bind spirits of strife and division, civil wars and tumults, spirits of hostility, lawlessness and blasphemy, and fires from hell that have burned in our cities.

We speak grace and peace over America. We pray and believe for the voice of truth, salvation, revival and restoration to be proclaimed and heard across our land. Grant unto your servants everywhere that with all boldness we may speak your Word. We pray for a mighty outpouring of your Spirit with signs, wonders and miracles. We expect the wisdom of this world that is earthly, sensual and devilish to depart and vanish until Your, mighty work in America becomes a beacon of hope for all people everywhere. We expect the voice of rejoicing to be heard in our nation for your goodness, mercy and prosperity, in Jesus’ name, Amen.

Continued praying…

Unity like never before
In the body of Christ
Strengthening each other, encouraging each other
Completely engaged and growing
Revival in our Church and revival in America
In the Spirit of Liberty the kingdom is released in America today
Proclaimed and heard across our land for the just and the unjust
Every sinner becoming a saint in America
Living heaven’s dream in America!
All of America being saved
We thank You for that, Father!
And we declare today “We do not back down!”
Because we have won
God has made us win and that is the Church’s position
We rejoice!
The rocks do not need to cry out in America
Because we rejoice! In America!
Thank You, Father

Ms. Annie led us singing “You Will Be Praised”
