Jerre and Mary led in worship…

Pastor Ray shared…

We’re singing, believing, and stepping into the river. As we sang about the river, I saw that there is a river of prayer. And the prayer river will go anywhere and everywhere! The river of prayer goes where the needs are, where questions have come up. The river of prayer brings answers and solutions to where they are needed. The river goes there… by faith.

I kept hearing the Lord saying, “I need My people to get in the river and stay there, for it’s their connection to Me. But it’s also My connection to them.” It goes in both directions. Steps, plans, destinations… everything is in the river.

I want to send this river of prayer to South Carolina where the church was attacked and nine people were killed, including the pastor. That should not have happened. It’s repulsive and sickening. It’s the Devil. We send a supply of Your Spirit to these families and that church. We lift up the families and loved ones and the city of Charleston and plead the blood of the Lamb over them. Every one of them be covered and we pray the supernatural peace of the Holy Ghost upon them. We say to you, “Don’t quit. Don’t give up. Stay strong, for the battle is not yours, but it’s His.”

Prayer for the church…

The peace of God—comfort the people
We cover the body of Christ with Your blood
Father, we declare if it’s just one or more than one, those that are on the loose, be caught
We hold the blood of the Lamb in that area
Uncover him, let it be revealed right now in Jesus’ name
We plead the blood of Jesus over every church in our nation in the name of Jesus
We loose the angels over every single church
The blood of the martyrs speaks
Father, we’re asking You to turn that into revival
There will be a rising up there of righteous indignation
No more! No more!
Out of the ashes comes revival
A strong spirit out of the ashes
Capturing that city for God, a great arising there in Jesus’ name
The whole community rises up and says “Stop!” and stands upon Your Word and prays
I pray for a spirit of prayer upon Your people
We declare it to be turned around
What the enemy meant for evil, God, by the power of the blood and the Holy Spirit to be turned around

I have it upon me to pray about the two prisoners that escaped in New York. I don’t know their names but they are all over the news and no one seems to know where they’ve gone. No natural revelations have come forth. In the natural, they disappeared. But by the Spirit, they’ll be uncovered in the name of Jesus.

Prayed…

We pray for every police officer, the FBI, and all that are searching
We empower them by the Spirit
We plead the blood of the Lamb and we pray for supernatural Holy Ghost men and women that are searching that they’ll begin to see and hear things that are not natural but are led by the Spirit
These two shall be uncovered for where they are
No other crimes will be brought upon the people
They shall be caught
Every hidden thing be exposed, uncovered
Mysteries, be revealed
We go beyond that, for the mysteries that those investigative arms are searching out even now in this nation for those mysteries to be exposed
Those that would attempt to bring harm to this nation and the people we call for exposure
We call for wisdom for those in authority
We call for the supernatural arm of the Holy Spirit to assist them
We sling the blood on those hidden plots and conspiracies
We loose angels—“Angels, Go! Work on our behalf of the heirs of salvation…”
Alertness across the communities in the nation
We pray for every position of authority
We plead the blood of the Lamb over them
That it will go well with us
So the Gospel can be preached, the Word declared and souls come in like a flood
We come against the plots of the enemy in Jesus’ name

I like in 2nd Chronicles 20 the story of King Jehoshaphat; he had an absolutely terrifying report that a great army was coming against him, larger than his army. It says he set himself as his vital need to seek the Lord. He proclaimed a fast in all of Judah. And Judah gathered together to ask help from the Lord. Out of all the cities, they came to seek the Lord, yearning of Him with all their desire. And Jehoshaphat stood in the assembly of Judah and Jerusalem in the house of the Lord before the court and said, “Lord God of our fathers, are You not God in heaven? And do You not rule over all the kingdoms of the nations? In Your hand is power and might so that none is able to withstand You.” I love that he began to declare the Word. “Did not You O our God drive out the inhabitants of this land before Your people Israel and give it forever to the descendants of Abraham, Your friend?” O God! Sometimes that’s a good prayer, isn’t it? O God! “Will You not exercise judgment upon them? For we have no might to stand against this great company that is coming against us. We do not know what to do but our eyes are upon You.” Don’t you love it? Lifting our eyes up… That’s what we’re doing today. We’re lifting our eyes up to where all help, revelation, peace, strength, healing… everything that’s needed comes from. There was a man of God that stood up and began to prophesy. He said in verse 15, “Hearken all Judah, you inhabitants of Jerusalem and you King Jehoshaphat, the Lord says this to you: Be not afraid or dismayed at this great multitude for the battle is not yours, but God’s.” Hallelujah!

This is what we believe for the United States. The people will be drawn to the house of God and to prayer. That’s part of the turnaround, part of the awakening, part of revival—the people are turning to the Lord, lifting up their voices to God in heaven.

Jehoshaphat didn’t know what to do but his eyes were on the Father. Then some man stood up and said to be not afraid or dismayed. It’s not your battle anyway. The Bible says when he had consulted with the people, he appointed singers to sing to the Lord and to praise Him in their holy priestly garments as they went out before the armies saying, “Give thanks to the Lord, for His mercy and loving kindness endures forever.” And when they began to sing and to praise, the Lord sent ambushments against the armies of Ammon, Moab, and Mt. Seir who had come against Judah and they were self-slaughtered. Verse 24 says when Judah came to the watchtower of the wilderness, they looked at the multitude and behold there were dead bodies fallen to the earth and none had escaped. Whoa! That is so encouraging that we serve such a big God with solutions for everything. We believe that the Church will get up out of hunger and thirst. The next step beyond that is catastrophe. We’ve seen it and experienced it in our own nation on 9/11. Did the Church begin to wake up? Yes. Were the churches filled up? Yes. But did it stay that way? No. People went back to their old ways. We don’t want to go back to our old ways, but stay stirred up, wakened up, standing up alert.

Prayed…

Father, we ask You for sustaining power for the Church
Sustaining power for Your people that they keep on keeping on
Not coming to the church when they are in fear, but coming to the church born out of a fire in their very beings
And You sustain that fire in them in Jesus’ name

Joy and peace… that should be the description for people of prayer. They’re joyful and peaceful, otherwise, what kind of light can we be for the lost. Jerre is always telling us to “notify your face.” [Jerre says… “It’s your billboard.”] How can we do that in the midst of all kinds of hell breaking loose? We serve a God and His Spirit is within us. In us, we have rivers and we must let the rivers flow. Let the prayers flow and send that supply and then as we do that… we get so built up and lifted up, not because of us but because of Him.
