Prayer Summary for May 11

Pastor Ray shared…

A while ago I was sitting in my office and it felt like “I got nothing, like I am nothing and I don’t know anything.” I was kind of going down that road, okay. So, then I told Ms. Annie and then she sent me an email saying “You are nothing.” What? (ha, ha, ha) She told me that first and then she sent me an email saying “You are nothing.”

Then she gave me some scriptures about who we are. We are nothing. And so today I was reading in Romans 9. There is a lot in there about the Jews. They actually got to a place where all they were doing was works and they forgot about the Lord. I mean it was about the Lord, but they were more over into the works and what they did. The people were actually talking against God.

Scripture focus…
(20-33) Who in the world do you think you are to second-guess God? Do you for one moment suppose any of us knows enough to call God into question? Clay doesn’t talk back to the fingers that mold it, saying, “Why did you shape me like this?” Isn’t it obvious that a potter has a perfect right to shape one lump of clay into a vase for holding flowers and another into a pot for cooking beans? If God needs one style of pottery especially designed to show his angry displeasure and another style carefully crafted to show his glorious goodness, isn’t that all right? Either or both happens to Jews, but it also happens to the other people. Hosea put it well:

I’ll call nobodies and make them somebodies; I’ll call the unloved and make them beloved. In the place where they yelled out, “You’re nobody!” they’re calling you “God’s living children.”
Isaiah maintained this same emphasis:

If each grain of sand on the seashore were numbered and the sum labeled “chosen of God,” they’d be numbers still, not names; salvation comes by personal selection. God doesn’t count us; He calls us by name. Arithmetic is not His focus.

Isaiah had looked ahead and spoken the truth:
If our powerful God had not provided us a legacy of living children, we would have ended up like ghost towns, like Sodom and Gomorrah.

How can we sum this up? All those people who didn’t seem interested in what God was doing actually embraced what God was doing as he straightened out their lives. And Israel, who seemed so interested in reading and talking about what God was doing, missed it. How could they miss it? Because instead of trusting God, they took over. They were absorbed in what they themselves were doing. They were so absorbed in their “God projects” that they didn’t notice God right in front of them, like a huge rock in the middle of the road. And so they stumbled into him and went sprawling. Isaiah (again!) gives us the metaphor for pulling this together:

Careful! I’ve put a huge stone on the road to Mount Zion a stone you can’t get around.

But the stone is me! If you’re looking for me, you’ll find me on the way, not in the way. Romans 9:20–33 (The Message)

Pastor Ray shared…

He is not in the way, He’s on the way. Hallelujah. Are you a nobody? Well yes and no. We are nobodies without Him. We are nothing as Ms. Annie has said. (ha, ha, ha) That’s so uplifting, isn’t it? (ha, ha, ha).

Annie shared…

The reason I actually sent that email was because I kind of freaked myself out. You know when you are in here and you get in the Spirit, you do things you would never do and say things you would never say. So, I had just mentioned to Pastor Ray something about I will be praying for you when you are in France. He said “how can I go to France. I feel like I am a big nobody” and what came right out of my innermost being is “well, of course, you are!” And then when I left and got out of my car, I was like “What did I just say to my Pastor?”

But then when I thought about it, I thought “you know it really is a big comfort to know that because the more we look at ourselves the more inadequate we will always feel.”

Pastor Ray shared…

The more we look at other people too and what they do… if we just keep doing that we will start thinking, you know what, I can’t measure up to that. But we don’t have too. We are in Him and He is in us. He has made us more than conquerors through Christ. We get the picture. We are somebody. Hallelujah

In the spirit, we will do things or we will say things, we know things in the Spirit that we will not know if we do not get in to the spirit. But the precious Holy Father God made a way every time for us to get into, to enter, and go through that door that is open, the way has been prepared and get into the place called in the spirit.

Annie led us singing…

You are the love of all my life
You are the Living Spring
You are the Joy that finds my heart
The giver of all good things
What am I without You
What am I without You

You are the day that rules my night
You are the hope in me
And all that I am comes from You
All I could ever be

What am I without You
What am I without You
What am I but a piece of earth
Breathing holy breath, holy breath
What am I but a wayward child
Given up to certain death

You are the Everlasting One
You are the Risen King
That You would come and fill my soul
This is beyond our dreams

What am I without You
What am I without You
And what are we within You
And what are we within You

Annie led us singing “Jesus, Holy and Anointed One ”

Prayed…

Everything about You, we glorify and magnify
Thank You, Father, for the anointing and power You have given us
It is not us but You—You have done it all!
Victory is in Your precious name—individually and corporately
You are our great Shepherd, Way-maker
All things are possible by and through Your living Word
Better days and better ways
All available in and through You
Jesus be glorified
Speaking mysteries and praying out plans
In the name above all other names!
It’s not too late—help from heaven has surely been sent
Calling things that are not and praying out mysteries
Lifting up the keys—certain ways of going through doors that have already been opened

Some things, some words have already been spoken but some they are being prepared to be spoken. They need to be shut down by the name and through the name of Jesus and by the blood. In other words, some things have already been spoken against the Church or against each one of us individually but other plans from the enemy. There are plans. There have been plans. There has been ways that the enemy has tried or attempted to get us out of or get us away from speaking the things that we need to speak. Not just in our English or natural tongue but in the Spirit. So we say no to that. No, by the blood, no, through the name of Jesus that is above every other name.

We are moving, we are on the plan, we are in the plan, we are on the road but many times going out into the future where we have never obviously been before, lest we been there in the Spirit, we’ve not been in the future in the natural. So when we pray, if something comes up that looks like it’s the enemy’s way, what do we do? We put a stop to it. We call the blood of Jesus against it. We call and speak the name of Jesus against it.

Prayer continued…

Call the blood of Jesus against those plots, expose it as being evil
Severing it from our lives and the lives of the body
Even when we know out front that there are positions that we stand in, we will not be moved
We are absolutely somebody—sons and daughters of the King
So we will not be moved or taken out of the way
Holding fast to our position according to His Word
Speaking in tongues concerning future plans, praying the out in Jesus’ name
There is an adjustment in the Spirit—using the blood of Jesus all the way
Breaking out of old patterns into the new way
There is no limit there, no boundaries to hold us back
Praying over the eyes to see the steps, plans, the ways—opening up the eyes!
Many new steps
Alignment through the blood and through the name

I see a situation that would have worldwide effects and watching over the participants. There was some pandemonium, some absolute fear. Every representative talking at the same time and no one had the answer and no one knew the way or had a plan. But in Jesus’ name today praying out in the future over this situation, I believe most all of it can be avoided, most all of it can be calmed down and dealt with. No, that is not God! That’s the Devil. That’s the enemy’s plan. No, no.

Annie, sing about the blood over this situation. There is such power in the blood so we lift this and so we sing over this.

Annie led us singing. “There is Power in the Blood of Jesus”

There are evil, catastrophic plans and we break them in the name of Jesus. I see chains that have been locked up and placed there years ago but today we have been given the authority in the name of Jesus. We break those evil ways. We go around the circle so to speak. Not in this room but in the situation we are lifting up. It’s been building up and building up but it must be broken down in Jesus’ name.

There are positions of authority that have no business doing what they are doing. They have no right to be saying what they are saying. And today we have the authority, we have been given it 2,000 years ago… Many times, we as the Church have not done maybe what we should have done but today this came up. Leaders, positions of authority in a room somewhere with a plan going nowhere, because we have the authority, we have the blood and the name that is above every other name. I just see it to go around.

We break the hold of the words from the Devil that have been trying to control you
I pray confusion right in there
That shall not work—you have no right in Jesus’ name

Lifting up and singing out the name of Jesus…

Pastor Paul shared…

A revelation that just came to me out of that verse, Romans 9:26.

26 And it shall come to pass, that in the place where it was said unto them, Ye are not my people; there shall they be called the children of the living God.

The Lord was revealing to me about privileges that are associated with the kind of call, the call of the child of God. Without being a child of God there are no privileges and there are no coverings. But as a child of God there are privileges of being a child of God. There are privileges of the Kingdom. It’s one thing to know who you are. It’s another thing to participate in who you are.

And many of us know who we are but we don’t have the inheritance manifested about who we are or we are probably not aware of it that there are privileges and there are coverings and things that need to be uncovered because of who we are. So, like when you were asking us to pray about those things people have said things about us. Now we can’t get here or we’re not going to do this or we are not going to function in a sort of way or we can’t obtain this because we are now children of God that plan of the enemy has been uncovered and we can abort the plan of the enemy by the words of our mouth.

Now we have to go to the Lord and say “Lord, enforce the privileges of being called a child of God.” Enforce them in the earth. They are privileges. Enforce them in the earth, in my family, in my business, my lifestyle, in my conduct and so on and so forth.

As he was praying about aborting the plan of the enemy and that is uncovering what the enemy has done. Now the words he has spoken people still have it in their head. The world still has it in their head. Now how do you undo that? By having the privileges manifesting in your life and enforcing what God wants us to do in the earth.

Continued praying…

We are privileged
