That Your glory would cover the whole earth

The following excerpt was taken from In the Day of Thy Power by Arthur Wallis:

Prayer is a comprehensive word, and we may rightly think of it in terms of communion, worship, thanksgiving, praise, confession, and so forth. But here we are concerned with that aspect of prayer that Scripture calls petition, supplication, or intercession. The great prayer promises are mostly related to this aspect and how definite they are: “It shall be done for them” (Matt. 18:19); “Ye shall have” (Mark 11:24); “it shall be given you” (Luke 11:9); “that will I do” (John 14:14); “it shall be done unto you” (John 15:7); “He will give it you” (John 16:23); “Ye shall receive” (John 16:24). James says, “Ye have not because ye ask not. You ask, and receive not, because ye ask amiss” (Jas. 4:2, 3). These and many similar passages confirm that it is both the desire and intention of God that His children should not only ask, but obtain what they ask; and if they are not obtaining, the purpose of God is their asking has not been fulfilled. May this fact be as indelibly printed on every heart, as it is on the pages of His word—God desires us to prevail in prayer. “Let us therefore draw near with boldness unto the throne of grace, that we may receive…” (Heb. 4:16).

Continued Praying…

Jesus, we have already won because You have already won
You are our way-maker!
Calling some things today to calm down—“be still and be removed”
We continually press on to the finish line
Speaking the peace of God over the body
Coming out into a higher way with prosperity and strength
Speaking liberty and freedom in victory
Calling all those things to come into line and be revealed
Thank You, Father, for the Spirit of seeing and knowing and overcoming today
Tributaries are coming together and flowing together
“There is a main river” saith the Lord “but there are many tributaries.”
Moving in and with the waters of the Holy Spirit
Many parts to the river—we will learn to flow
Thank You, Father, for the slow peaceful waters that bring us rest
For the bubbling brooks that brings us joy—strengthening us for the battles ahead
For the rapids where we work
The falls where we fall into Your arms—strength arises here!
We wait on You Father—flowing with the Holy Spirit to these necessary places
“It is imperative to come and be with me” saith the Lord
With Me Your burden becomes light and my Power rests on You
Not in your own strength—it can’t be that way anymore
Thank You, Father, that You are so willing to freely give to us this access to Your very self
Staying more and more in the river of the Holy Ghost as we see the day approaching
We sabotage hindrances—moving them out of the way
Shutting that door and throwing away the key in Jesus’ name
Rivers, Rivers, Rivers all flowing together!

A Word of the Lord came forth…

At times, you feel like your little tributary is nothing. Just remember it doesn’t come and start with you, but it comes from a well deep within—for the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but they are mighty through God to the pulling down of strongholds. For your tributary is an in-flow from heaven; it’s an out-flow of a greater river—a confluence never separated. A great influence, mighty through God to the pulling down of strongholds (bubbling tongues). Ha, ha, ha… Bubbling under water. Ha, ha, ha… You can’t drown in the river of life. Ha, ha, ha… Learn to breathe under water. Ha, ha, ha… Those bubbling brooks that feed the river, they bubble up on the inside of us. Ha, ha, ha! And when they bubble, each bubble brings strength. One bubble, two bubbles, three bubbles, four bubbles, five bubbles, one joy, two joy, three joy. Ha, ha, ha!… And think it not strange when you bubble, saith the Lord, because it is My commandment to bubble. Ha, ha, ha… Because the joy of the Lord is your strength.

Strength to do what? Strength to do everything in the power of the Spirit, says the Lord. For My burden is easy and My yoke is light, saith the Lord, and if it is anything else, you haven’t been bubbling! Ha, ha, ha!… So bubble, says the Lord. Go ahead and bubble and don’t trouble. When you trouble, you’re tempted to fall in the rubble, and then you can’t give the devil double trouble. Ha, ha, ha!… So bubble in the river. There are lots of bubbles in the river. Sometimes they are at the bottom of waterfalls, and sometimes they are over the rocks as the river flows across. Don’t be afraid to bubble. Bubble is good, says the Lord. Ha, ha, ha… In fact, Bubble is anointed, says the Lord. Ha, ha, ha, ha… And it’s medicine when you bubble. The joy of the Lord is a medicine, and your merry heart needs to bubble more in these days, says the Lord. More and more and more as you see the day approach because you see the darkness is getting darker, but you need to bubble more. Ha, ha, ha… With joy shall you draw forth water from the well—wells of salvation that bubble up!

You must learn to see differently in these days. You must learn to think differently in these days. You must learn to bubble more in these days. Because I have commanded the light to shine brighter than the darkness so don’t be under but bubble up, bubble up, bubble up, says the Lord.

Stay with it, stay in the flow that God has put you in and don’t try and jump on over into another but stay in that which you have been called unto, for then you shall not miss what you’ve been called to. And when the bubbles come up, you will receive everything that is within them, everything that is for you, and you’ll overcome all the way through. Timing is in it.
