Prayer Summary for February 24

Annie shared…

I was just sharing with Pastor Ray about on Monday at the very end, I don’t always hear everything he is saying very clearly because I am over here but he came up and he was sharing about how the Spirit of Seeing and Knowing is going to increase. And Brother Hagin has said that the Spirit of Seeing and Knowing is going to increase and while you were sharing that and maybe we even prayed a little after that about that, this song just came in a download. This whole song came and it seemed kind of strange to me. It was from Luke 18 about the blind man who was sitting outside of Jericho and Jesus passed by. And he was calling out. They told him to be quiet but the more they told him to be quiet the more he shouted, “Jesus, Son of David, have mercy on me!” So finally Jesus stopped and said “Call him to come here.” So even though he was blind, he somehow made his way from where he was sitting to where Jesus was.

Jesus said, “What do you want Me to do for you?” Well, being a beggar he could have said, “Well, you know, I’d like a new cane or I’d like to go to brail school.” But he said, “Lord, that I may receive my sight.” Jesus said, “Your faith has made you whole.” Then yesterday Pastor Ray was reading about the blind man in John. But he was born blind. Anyway so, I don’t know if I can do this but I could try…

That’s beautiful because there is that Spirit of seeing and also knowing. Sometimes we know it and we begin to see it, and other times, we see it in our Spirit and sense it and then just flat out know it will come to pass.

I remember a couple Wednesdays ago, the Holy Spirit after prayer said real clearly in my spirit that if we will just say what we see, so to speak… if we are praying and we sense it, it just comes up in us that still small voice and we say it then He said “The more you say what you see, I’ll show you more so that you can say more.” Until we yield and bow before Him, until we yield more to Him, maybe we could say it’s harder to hear.

I love that Annie. It’s a prayer that our spiritual eyes would begin to see what He is showing us. That is the Spirit of Seeing. Just understanding more clearly what He has said but what He is saying right now. Thank You, Father, so much. Always showing, always revealing, and opening doors that need to be walked through, pathways that should be walked out, steps that should be placed one after the other, step by step by step, watching over how we pray and removing every limitation whatever that might be.

I keep hearing that song “Let the Weak Say I am Strong.” Let’s sing that because that’s a perfect description of how in the natural maybe it looked one way, looked like it would be that way but on the other hand looking in another way or another side of the hill or the mountain or the plan of God, looking over there, it’s not the way it looked.

They are all true but the third one where it says let the blind say “I can see” and that’s what you, Miss Annie, had… the song that you had and how the two different blind men came up in the last two days… Huh.. there is just a sense that everyone here this morning, that we are actually seeing more than we know that we are. We see more than what we thought we were seeing. We are not as blind as we thought we were… okay we are not blind. We can see in the natural but in the realm of the Spirit as we pray and join ourselves together in this corporate way there is more seeing than what we thought we were seeing and it’s connected to the knowing, you know seeing and knowing and it will help each one of individually to move in the plan God has called you to move into.

It’s personal, it’s individual in the middle of members of the body, we are all members but there is an individuality to it and I just sense that seeing is operating if you will just maybe… if we see ourselves in that water, the mercy flow, the waters of heaven, stay in a place of fullness, joining ourselves up in there is a greater anointing. We have been talking about that some, a greater anointing in a corporate place.

I felt like this, to be sure that we are in our corporate setting where we are not just looking to one another but looking to heaven, we are looking heavenward and our hearts are not… we are yielded to him and not so concerned about what others think or hear but we are speaking straight to heaven. We pray in other tongues and we believe to speak straight to God. And sometimes when we think about it we will adjust our ways and how we speak.

“Madam and Sir, you’re seeing more than what you thought you were seeing. So watch over what you see. There will be words in there that you should say and speak them out. Always yield to what the Spirit says to say.”
