Yesterday evening when I came home, I had the local news on and the big headline was “The Trump Slump.” I said “What is that? What are you talking about?” So they were talking about the Mall of America and how concerned they were that the attendance and people coming from other nations would be so reduced because of the “Trump Slump.” And the Mall of America is like prospering. Businesses are prospering. The Stock Market is going up. And the reports that you hear, if it is reported correctly, is that businesses are stirred up because a lot of the things that were holding them back or down have been x-ed out.
You know about people that are just watching the local new and that’s where they get their news and then they start thinking “We are in a slump” when we are not in a slump. I call it the Trump Bump (ha, ha, ha). This is not a political meeting but that just kind of re-fired me up. You know we have to pray for our President. We do that daily. We should be doing that daily where we pray for our President, Vice-president, pastors and that kind of thing.
Before Pastor Mac and Lynne went to Mark Hankins this week for a leadership conference, someone had sent Pastor Lynne the thirteen tactics of Saul Alinski, Rules for Radicals. He was the original community organizer in Chicago. We won’t go any further. We have them here but I thought I don’t know, I am not even going to read them. It’s an opposite viewpoint from anything that we believe in or stand for. But it has worked. You can google it if you want, Rules for Radicals by Saul Alinski. He dedicated his book to Satan. And in an interview, he said when they asked him about God and what he believes, he said he was looking forward to going to hell so that he could do some organizing… And he was supposedly a very smart guy, okay. I believe it was at about age 12 his parents were raising him very seriously as a Jew but at age 12 he departed from it. He looked at it like he was set free.
So I talked about it with Ms. Annie and she put together this prayer. It is longer than I want to go through this morning. Once she gets going it like Shweee! It’s good. But when we were talking about it, instead of using his rules and turning them around and trying to use them from our side, that we just… We serve God Almighty and His Word is higher than any rules for radicals. Amen. So I love that and that is what Ms. Annie was talking to me about. So, she put this together. It’s a pray petition. It’s similar to last week when we went over the prayer petition for our country. Remember that?

Father, thank You so much for Your Word, Your will
Your plan, Your purpose, our destiny which You have placed within us
Thank You so much for all of the things that You have prepared
For the ways that You have made clear for us to walk out Your plan through us
We get it, we know it’s not us, it’s You
We reverence and magnify and honor You this morning
Thank You, Father, for the presence of Your Holy Spirit here in this chapel
And for the anointing that You placed within each one of us
To go forth, speak words You give us by Your Spirit
And see things straightened up, straightened out, turned around
Whatever needs to happen
Thank You for Your presence in our life in Jesus’ name

Pastor Lynne I believe it was back in the late 80s, early 90s and we were praying in the back of the old sanctuary. I think there were four or five of us then. So if you added it all up and all the prayer groups and the prayers that have been prayed just here in this ministry, its thousands and thousands and thousands of hours of prayers. And the effect that those prayers have had is just staggering. I question whether we would even be here in this building without the prayers that were prayed before we ever had this building in our vision, you know before it ever became available. But every day is a new day in Him. It takes faith to believe that we are not just going over the same old things and hashing out the same things and spinning our wheels. It takes faith in Him by the power of the Holy Spirit to pray out the new. Especially when we don’t know what the new is, isn’t that right?
I just thought of that this morning. If you just let your mind go you could go, “Well I have nothing, I don’t know what else to pray.” But He does. So we are not trusting in our own brains and thoughts and what we think, what we know, what we have seen. But we are trusting in Him. He leads us. Didn’t He say He would? Amen.
Like I said I am going to pray portions of this petition and then Ms. Annie will start playing and we will see where else we go this morning.

That’s why I didn’t really want to go over those points. They’re Devil kinds of points or tactics. So we make no friendship with angry men. We don’t even want to learn their ways. I mean we want to know what’s going on. We want to be aware but we do not envy the violent, and we choose none of their ways.

For the way of the wicked is as deep darkness, and they do not know at what they stumble. But the path of the just is as the shining light, that grows brighter and brighter; and by Your Word our path is well-lit, plain and straight before us. We will set nothing wicked before our eyes. We hate the work of those who fall away from Your ways and Your Word, and it shall not cling to us. A perverse heart will depart from us, and we refuse to know or be acquainted with wickedness. We choose to behave wisely in a perfect way, in Your perfect way, O God. When will You come to us?
Now, Lord, look on the threats of those who oppose Your ways, and grant unto us, Your servants, boldness; that with all boldness we may speak Your Word; that we may declare Your Word boldly, as we ought to do. For Your Word runs swiftly through the earth, and Your Word is not chained. It will not return to You void, but it will prosper in the thing to which it is sent. Shall not the righteous God avenge His own elect who cry out to Him day and night? Yes, He shall avenge them speedily! And when the Son of Man returns, we desire that He would find faith in us, His people! Yes, Lord, may You find faith in us!
With the merciful you will show Yourself merciful and with the pure You will show Yourself pure, but with the devious You will show Yourself shrewd, O God the Lord. You will save the humble people, but You will bring down the haughty looks. They intended evil against You, Lord, but they have devised a plot which they are not able to perform. Therefore You will make them tum their back. They will gnash with their teeth and be grieved, and they will melt away. Because they do not regard Your work, O Lord, nor the operation of Your hands, You will destroy their plans and not build them up. You, Lord, bring the counsel of the ungodly to nothing, and You make the plans of the peoples of no effect. But Your counsel, O Lord, stands forever, and the plans of Your heart stand for all generations. We, Your people, are blessed; for our God is the Lord, and we are the people You have chosen for Your inheritance, by the holy, precious blood of Your Son, Jesus, the Anointed One.
Lord, plead our cause with those who strive against You. Fight against those who fight against You, Lord God. Let them be brought to shame and dishonor, let them be turned back and brought to confusion who plot hurt against Your ways and Your Truth. For without cause, they have hidden a net in a pit against Your plans. Let destruction come suddenly upon their plans, and let them be caught in the very net they have hidden against You, Lord. Into that very destruction they had planned, into that let them fall.
We do not fret because of evildoers, Lord, and we are not envious of the workers of iniquity. But we trust in You, Lord, and do good. We dwell in the land, and we feed on Your faithfulness. The wicked may have drawn their bows to slay those of upright conduct, but their swords shall enter their own hearts, and their bows shall be broken. For the arms of the wicked shall be broken, but You, Lord, uphold the righteous. The transgressors against God shall be destroyed forever, and the future of the wicked shall be cut off. But our salvation comes from You, Lord, and You are our strength in the time of trouble.
You will help Your people and deliver them from the wicked. You will save Your people because Your people trust in You. For it was not by our own abilities or righteousness that we inherited Your promised blessings, nor did our own arm save us. But it was Your right hand, Your arm, and the light of Your countenance, because You favored us, loved us, redeemed us, and desired to take a people to Yourself. You are our King, O God! Command victories for Your people! It is through You and Your name that we will push down Your enemies. In You, our God, we boast all the day long, and we praise Your name forever! You make the wars to cease and You break the bow. You cut the spear and bum the chariots with fire. You will be exalted in all the earth!

Father, thank You that Your ways are way higher than our ways
For Your Son on the cross for the blood that was shed

We thank You for what the blood did, is and continually does for us

We give You thanksgiving for it all
You are all and all and all – You are everything to us
In You, we can do it all
You are our strength – internal joy bringing forth strength
Your Holy Spirit to continually fill us over and over again

Holy Spirit, we know without a doubt
That You are blowing all across the earth
There is wind, rain, and fire
Through the infilling of You in our lives
Thank You for the oil, thank You for the ministry that You have done for us
We know You are moving
We’re hungry; we’re thirsty for more and more and more of You
More of Your presence, more of Your power
And even greater anointing within the Church
I had a picture and I can’t get away from. It’s a picture of the lost. It seemed like an old fashioned crusade or something like that. We saw a little snap shot on this Sunday at the second service where people just got up and came to the front. There was a drawing of the lost to the King of kings. I keep seeing that replaying in my spirit. Upcoming in this nation, that is the way it will be.
More and more of the lost coming to God this year than ever before
The national day of prayer will not just be one way
But it will also bring in many, many lost to the King
We lift it, we pray over it
We prepare for it, pray over it
Lining some things up, rearranging some plans
Opening up some opportunities
Doors, doors, doors of expansion, doors of greater, doors of more
Supernatural drawings by Your Spirit across the land
There is a way, there are ways
Together we will flow, together we will move, together we will go
Its increase, increase – there is an anointing for it
New ways and the finances will be ready when the time is ready for this to be carried out
It won’t be just one event but it will be many
For the door has been opened
There is a way now where there wasn’t there before
New day, new opportunities, greater understanding, new wisdom, new discernment
Ooohhh my! Every limit get out of the way
Hindrances be removed today in Jesus’ name
We declare the blood out front – preparing the way for the lost to come in
Contending for it, believing for it
The how to – ideas, great plans to be carried out
Those way, those plans, those destinies
We turn some things today; we speak over some ways today
Begin to turn, begin to change, begin to be rearranged
Open, open, open
The blood is over it, we plead the blood over every detail, condition
There is a move of the Spirit for bringing great numbers of the lost in
To enter the light and exit the darkness
Mr. and Mrs. and children too – whole families coming to You!
Just the right elements, conditions, atmospheres
Every need met, every door open that needs to be opened
Every plan revealed that needs to be revealed
It’s the Church rising up with expectation
Holding fast to the fulfillment of the race; to the call that is upon us as children of God All Mighty
To reign and rule now in these days now
Let the oppressed made free – loosed in Jesus’ name
The anointing breaks those yokes
A breakage, a renewing, a reviving! A restoring!
All of it, all of Your ways, All of Your plans, all of Your purposes
Beyond what we could even as or think – Up above, beyond the fullness there of
Channels of change! And alignment too
Thank You that there is a place where we can be seated
In heavenly places high above – we take our place
Our position of authority here on this earth
A voice to speak and feet to walk
Voice of clarity, a voice of strength, a voice of power
Dunamis, dynamite Holy Ghost power!
We overcome by the blood of the Lamb
And we continually testify about it
Today is a new day, there is new bread
The joy that is within us causes us to overcome
It brings strength!
