Prayer Summary for Wednesday, January 11, 2017

Scripture focus…

I feel like a lot of times we limit ourselves because we only think when we give and it will be given unto us, that’s just finances. But that’s not true. And I like how the Message reads in beginning in verse 37.

“Don’t pick on people, jump on their failures, criticize their faults—unless, of course, you want the same treatment. Don’t condemn those who are down; that hardness can boomerang. Be easy on people; you’ll find life a lot easier. Give away your life; you’ll find life given back, but not merely given back—given back with bonus and blessing. Giving, not getting, is the way. Generosity begets generosity.” Luke 6:38 (MESSAGE)

Sometimes we tend to be limited by only thinking one way.

I read in Andrew Wommack’s book “Don’t Limit God” that one time he was ministering in India the Gospel in a home kind of setting. He was holding a Bible study when a Brahman bull walked into the door. Everyone pressed against the wall and let this big bull do whatever he wanted all because Hindus believe the animal could be someone’s reincarnated grandmother.

You know they need food and that’s a problem. And right in front of them in this room was a meal, you know. But they’re limited by their belief system. The Hindu people won’t eat beef but they will eat some lower forms of meat such as dogs or goats because they believe these animals represent the reincarnation of lower life forms.

The Hindu people have resources that could end their hunger but their religious belief system limits them. They also believe they are born into a cast system and if they do anything to try and get out of it and improve their wellbeing, they might be reincarnated as an ant or something worse. Their belief system has impoverished their nation and has limited them.

Remember yesterday I had said how Brother Keith Moore was riding in a plane with Pastor Mac when he was flying the Hagins. He was admiring the plane and the fact that Pastor Mac was flying the Hagins to their meetings. And Pastor Mac turned to him and said “You can have whatever you can believe God for.” It’s up to you. And then now going ahead several years through the ministry, the two churches that Keith is over, they have a plane that is able to go international. Okay, he went from zero plane but he said that word to him was a word that just stuck with him. If I only just believe.

Here Andrew says many Americans attempt to go into different cultures and simply just throw money at their problems thinking they will solve everything. Yet money is not the problem in India or anywhere else. The belief system or the culture is the problem. People need the Gospel as well as a set of principles and a moral code that will cause them to change their belief system. Once these things are put in place, nations will begin to prosper.

A culture’s belief system will limit its people and keep them in poverty. Likewise many people in America think the government owes them welfare, needs to increase their pay or benefits and should give them more guaranteed health benefits. That’s not our problem. Our problem is right between our ears.

The way we think and the way we believe. Proverbs 23:7 tells us that as a man thinks in his heart so is he. Our lives go the way of our thoughts, Romans 12:2.

If we want to change, we shouldn’t pray that somebody will just give us more money nor should we take money from somebody who has it and give it to those who don’t. That’s not our answer. Our answer is to start taking these limits off of our wrong thinking. Because the way we think in our hearts will direct the course of our lives. We need to change ourselves, our thinking, our mindset if we want to take the limits off of God. So who is responsible for that? Point at yourself. We are responsible for it and there are things that we need to do and things that we have to do.

I like to just have a Selah and just pause for a minute. Maybe let’s think about it while Ms. Annie plays a little bit. Let’s just think on these things. The way we think is the way it will be. How we speak, what we say, that is what will unfold for us if we believe. If we receive what the Word says to us or about us, what we can be, what we can have, what we can do if we just think about it, if we watch our words, if we line our words up with the Holy written Word, if we line up our words by the words spoken by the Spirit through a man or woman here on this earth by the Holy Spirit. Hallelujah. If we just don’t disagree with the Word and say we can’t do that, we don’t know how to do that, we don’t know when to do that. If we watch what we say, if we yield to the Holy Spirit and say what He is telling us to say, if we speak by the Spirit and pray in another tongues and believe by faith we are praying out and preparing ways that would not have been prepared if we hadn’t prayed.

If we just think on how effective and how prayer, the words that we say by the Spirit, not out of our mind but out of our heart… For we know that the heartfelt prayer of a righteous man or woman it has a great effect and it can be and it will be suddenlies that will begin to take place as we declare things that are not as though they were. As we see things full, see victories, see abundance, see that we can do all things in Christ through Him. As we continually watch over t and declare that precious blood as a covering around us.

Continuing to pray…

Putting on our full armor
That helmet, that sword, that breastplate
Our feet shod with the preparation of peace
The full armor of God
Nothing is impossible for we serve an all-possible God
The great IAM the creator of the universe, the King of kings and Lord of lords
Thank You, Father, we worship You
We think on You, yielding ourselves to You, to Your words
To the fullness of Your Spirit
We purpose to empty ourselves of things that are not necessary
Opening up ourselves and making room for You and what You said about us
As we hear it over and over we know that it becomes more real inside each one of us
So we turn our hearts, turn out eyes, look up, lift up Your name, Lord
The name that is above every other name
We know there will be a time, a place where every knee will bow before You
Jesus, Master, Savior, Jesus
We declare You Lord
Lord over our nation
Lord over our personal lives
We declare You Lord – Thank You, Father

Ms. Annie led us worshiping “What a Wonderful Name”

Pastor Ray shared…

Whatever wall, whatever situation where the enemy is trying to hold the church back or down, that cannot remain because of the authority that is in that precious holy name.

So in that name we clear something out, open some things up
In the name of Jesus Christ – name above all other names
Every hindrance, every deception, every wrong plan, every blockage, every chain, hidden things, inaccuracies, lies
We hold the name of Jesus and declare it against these things
Declaring it over our nation
Holding the blood over and against division
Division that would try and stop our nation in its tracks
No, we are indivisible in the name of Jesus
Move out of the way!
Every shackle, every hindrance – be removed in Jesus’ name
Calling and declaring “Jesus is Lord there!”
From the north to the south; from the east to the west
Declaring freedom and restoration in Jesus’ name – rest
Advancements, momentum, great new ways
Going forth, answer every call, and taking every right step
Just those right plans
Assignments, doors, pathways, purposes
Open them up
Even more clarity, much more understanding
Concerning the assignments
For the members of the body
All of the new, trusting in and stepping forth in Jesus’ name
For the whole body, every member of the body
Eyes to see – opening up those eyes
Yes, the blood, that’s covered with the blood
Whole companies joined together
Connections between leaders, churches, and ministries
It’s a different time
Connections in Jesus’ name
More and more
Places and parts and positions and hearts
Lines of communications, words that connect with one another
Cooperate together
It’s a trusting heart in Jesus’ name
Yes those ways, we plead the blood over those right ways
They bring whole parts of the body together
Restoring those things in disarray in one way or another
It’s part of the Master’s plan
New connections, new assignments or ways to connect together
In the Spirit it shall come forth
Thank You, Father, for these ways
We will, we will, we will
Thomas, wherever you are we lift you up
Covering you with the precious holy blood
A supply of the Spirit goes your way
Strength comes your way in Jesus’ name
It’s a miracle, it’s suddenly
Lining, lining, lining
Like a rope or something, a connection
To send forth a supply over that life line
To receive
Make the most of it, watching over every detail about it
Restore, whole, healthy
It’s like coming out of a coma; it’s an awakening to the fullness of the plan
Boundaries to be removed – wide open ways for the body to go through
Every right way for increase today
Go forward, increase in Jesus’ name
We call that forth, we are speaking to it
For the alignment, every detail to work right
There is so much, so much more

Ms. Jeani sang by the Spirit…

Can you see the way, it’s Me, it’s Me
Can you see the way, it’s Me I’ve made the way,
I’ve made the way, I AM the way; I AM, I AM, I AM
You can count on Me; I AM solid, I AM Solid
I have every answer, the ways been made, it’s been made, it’s been made
The ways’ been made, the way’s been made
Just walk in it, Just walk, just walk, just walk
Ooooooooohhhhh!

I am doing a new thing right now, right now, right now
I pushed all those things out of the way
Just walk in My ways, I took care of all those things
I took care of all those things; just walk in those way
It’s going to work out, it’s already worked out
My Yoke is so easy and My burden is so light
This is the best day you’ve ever had!
Because You see that I AM the way, it’s Me, it’s Me
and I love You

Continued praying…

Father, we see that
That that way has already been made
That plan has already been set forth
The changes that are needed have already be set forth
So with joy which brings about great strength we, the Church, will continue in this God prepared way
Hallelujah Thank You for it, Lord
All the way through to the very end
Thank You today for it, Father
We are grateful and thankful for all these right ways and steps
In Jesus’ name Hallelujah
Thank You for coming today
