Prayer Summary for Tuesday, December 1, 2020

Ms. Annie led us in singing Isaiah 53

1) Who hath believed our report? and to whom is the arm of the LORD revealed?
2) For he shall grow up before him as a tender plant, and as a root out of a dry ground: he hath no form nor comeliness; and when we shall see him, there is no beauty that we should desire him.
3) He is despised and rejected of men; a man of sorrows, and acquainted with grief: and we hid as it were our faces from him; he was despised, and we esteemed him not.
4) Surely he hath borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows: yet we did esteem him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted.
5) But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.
6) All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned everyone to his own way; and the LORD hath laid on him the iniquity of us all.
Isaiah 53:2–6 (KJV)

Pastor Ray…

We could be absolutely healed in our bodies, but if we did not have the peace of God then we are not completely healed. He was wounded for that too.

Yesterday, I was talking to some friends of ours about the peace of God. The Bible says it passes all understanding. At some point there are things that we just don’t understand. But thank God for the Holy Spirit that we can lift up our voices, pray in the Holy Spirit, by faith get in the presence, require it as a necessity for us.

I felt that was a key to us absolutely doing what He’s called us individually to do, to stay on course and not get into status quo, because we can’t stay there, we’d just slide back. And one of the big ways the enemy comes against us, is to get us looking at those things in the natural that get us out of that peace that passes all understanding.

And then what happens? It’ll affect your physical body. What He did for us on the Cross was complete total healing of everything. We have to walk in the peace that passes all understanding in these days, especially now. So many things are happening and are about to happen. If we stay in that peace, it will help us to stay above all of the junk, all of the words, questions, whatever it might be.

Paul really got on the Church at Galatia. They had slid back, not just from the peace of God, but trying to please God through the Law, in which they had been set free. Paul was disgusted with all of the agitators, the people that were trying to move the Church backwards, back under the law. So, then he talked to them for a while.

Scripture focus…

The Holy Spirit, Our Victory
16) As you yield freely and fully to the dynamic life and power of the Holy Spirit, you will abandon the cravings of your self – life.
17) For your self – life craves the things that offend the Holy Spirit and hinder him from living free within you! And the Holy Spirit’s intense cravings hinder your old self – life from dominating you! So then, the two incompatible and conflicting forces within you are your self – life of the flesh and the new creation life of the Spirit.
Galatians 5:16–17 (TPT)

Pastor Ray…

Let’s just welcome Him, more of the Holy Spirit right now, this morning. I know we’ve done this over and over and over. But when we do it, we begin to yield, sense His presence, so we’ll be more dominated by that new creation life of the Spirit. And when we are, those old things got to go, leave.

Ms. Annie led us singing Holy Spirit You Are Welcome in This Place

Pastor Ray…

Holy Spirit, completely take over, fill us to overflowing so wherever we go, we got a glow, we’re bright, and overflowing. Holy Spirit, thank You for moving through us, words that You’ve given us to speak, places that You’ve planned for us to go, things that You’ve called us to do, separately or individually. Thank You for it. Thank You for focus, vision, separation from the old ways and the old days. Thank You that You’ve made us to be righteous soldiers in Your army in these days, calling the things that are not as though they were. Thank You for a Spirit of Seeing and Spirit of Knowing in Jesus’ name. Thank You for it.

Scripture focus…

18) But when you are brought into the full freedom of the Spirit of grace, you will no longer be living under the domination of the law, but soaring above it! Galatians 5:18 (MSG)

It’s easy to slip back into… Well, if I do this or I do that? But He already did it. We have to stay in the realm of the Spirit. Live in that realm.

(22–23) But the fruit produced by the Holy Spirit within you is divine love in all its varied expressions:
joy that overflows,

If we don’t have a joy that overflows, we are missing some things about the power and presence of God – the gifts that have been given to us by the Holy Spirit – joy that overflows every day. So, we keep our eyes fixed on Him, knowing that we have the peace that passes all understanding, and that peace causes us to subdue.

peace that subdues,
patience that endures,
kindness in action,
a life full of virtue,
faith that prevails,
gentleness of heart, and
strength of spirit.

Never set the law above these qualities, for they are meant to be limitless.

24) Keep in mind that we who belong to Jesus, the Anointed One, have already experienced crucifixion. For everything connected with our self – life was put to death on the cross and crucified with Messiah.
25) We must live in the Holy Spirit and follow after him.
26) So, may we never be arrogant, or look down on another, for each of us is an original. We must forsake all jealousy that diminishes the value of others.
Galatians 5:22–26 (TPT)

(16–18) My counsel is this: Live freely, animated and motivated by God’s Spirit. Then you won’t feed the compulsions of selfishness. For there is a root of sinful self-interest in us that is at odds with a free spirit, just as the free spirit is incompatible with selfishness…Galatians 5:16–18a (MSG)

(22–23) But what happens when we live God’s way? He brings gifts into our lives, much the same way that fruit appears in an orchard-things like affection for others, exuberance about life, serenity. We develop a willingness to stick with things, a sense of compassion in the heart, and a conviction that a basic holiness permeates things and people. We find ourselves involved in loyal commitments, not needing to force our way in life, able to marshal and direct our energies wisely.
(23–24) Legalism is helpless in bringing this about; it only gets in the way. Among those who belong to Christ, everything connected with getting our own way and mindlessly responding to what everyone else calls necessities is killed off for good-crucified.
(25–26) Since this is the kind of life we have chosen, the life of the Spirit, let us make sure that we do not just hold it as an idea in our heads or a sentiment in our hearts, but work out its implications in every detail of our lives. That means we will not compare ourselves with each other as if one of us were better and another worse. We have far more interesting things to do with our lives. Each of us is an original.
Galatians 5:22–26 (MSG)

16) But I say, walk and live [habitually] in the [Holy] Spirit [responsive to and controlled and guided by the Spirit]; then you will certainly not gratify the cravings and desires of the flesh (of human nature without God).
22) But the fruit of the [Holy] Spirit [the work which His presence within accomplishes] is love, joy (gladness), peace, patience (an even temper, forbearance), kindness, goodness (benevolence), faithfulness,
23) Gentleness (meekness, humility), self-control (self-restraint, continence). Against such things there is no law [that can bring a charge].
25) If we live by the [Holy] Spirit, let us also walk by the Spirit. [If by the Holy Spirit we have our life in God, let us go forward walking in line, our conduct controlled by the Spirit.]
Galatians 5:16, 22–25 (AMPC)

Pastor Ray…

We are walking, moving, on an increase. We’re ever moving from one degree of glory to another degree in Him. Holy Spirit, wow… What You continually do in us, bringing about changes… Thank You, Holy Spirit of the Living God, fall fresh today. We do hunger for You. We thirst for You. Hallelujah.

Ms. Annie led us singing It’s Is Your Presence in My Life That Satisfies

Pastor Ray…

I keep seeing these three words, “Expect a Miracle.”

I remember putting that in front of the church years and years ago. When people would come in, that’s what they would see, “Expect a Miracle.” And that’s what we need to see right now.

Individually, there are things that must happen, need to happen, and by the power of the Holy Spirit will happen when we expect it to happen.

This morning we expect to see miracles, miraculous, supernatural changes, help, direction, healing, revelations, greater wisdom. We expect a miracle. Thank You for miracles, Lord. Thank You for the outpouring of Your precious Holy Spirit, here in this nation, the United States of America.

We expect a miracle for the United States.

We expect for the Church to stand up and proclaim, “We’re believing and we’re expecting miracles, signs from heaven, wonderful changes, doors opening! Ha! Ha! Ha! Hallelujah! Thank You, Lord. (tongues)

Hallelujah! Like we said before, it is not over! It’s not over until it’s over. And it’s not over! We expect signs, wonderful happenings, doors to open up, revelation to come, hallelujah, boldness and courage for those that know what to do, to do it now in the name of Jesus.

We call on You. We speak strength over you. Hallelujah! We protect you with the blood of the Lamb. We plead the blood of Jesus over the Untied States!

United States of America and we say it again – Jesus is Lord of the United States! Hallelujah. Hallelujah. (Ha, ha, ha). Thank You.

In my heart, I keep hearing this. Last Thursday we said thank you. It was thanksgiving. The Church said thank you. People said, thank You, Lord, for what You’ve done. But what I am hearing this morning He is saying, “Thank you for what you have done, My Church, My body. You may have thought you missed it, but I didn’t know it. I didn’t know you missed it. I’ve covered you with the blood. And the blood of My Son has made you to be righteous! You can’t get away from it. The fruit that I have placed within you that you read about this morning. You are a tree! You are bearing much fruit and I am saying thank you for your faithfulness! Thank you for your words that you’ve continued to speak through prayer, through songs – oh, even the way you’ve walked has made others want to be more like you. Thank you. Thank you, Church. Thank you, My body. Thank you. I’ve given you My love and I’ll keep giving it to you. I love you. I love you. I love you. I love you.

Hallelujah, Lord! Thank You! Ha! Ha! Hallelujah! Thank You, Father. Thank You for the covering of the blood. We are washed. We are continually cleansed through that precious blood.

Scripture focus…

4) Dwell in Me, and I will dwell in you. [Live in Me, and I will live in you.] Just as no branch can bear fruit of itself without abiding in (being vitally united to) the vine, neither can you bear fruit unless you abide in Me.
5) I am the Vine; you are the branches. Whoever lives in Me and I in him bears much (abundant) fruit. However, apart from Me [cut off from vital union with Me] you can do nothing.
7) If you live in Me [abide vitally united to Me] and My words remain in you and continue to live in your hearts, ask whatever you will, and it shall be done for you.

Thank You, Lord. Thank You, Father. Thank You. Thank You. Thank You.

8) When you bear (produce) much fruit, My Father is honored and glorified, and you show and prove yourselves to be true followers of Mine.
12) This is My commandment: that you love one another [just] as I have loved you.
15) I do not call you servants (slaves) any longer, for the servant does not know what his master is doing (working out). But I have called you My friends, because I have made known to you everything that I have heard from My Father. [I have revealed to you everything that I have learned from Him.]
16) You have not chosen Me, but I have chosen you and I have appointed you [I have planted you], that you might go and bear fruit and keep on bearing, and that your fruit may be lasting [that it may remain, abide], so that whatever you ask the Father in My Name [as presenting all that I Am], He may give it to you.
17) This is what I command you: that you love one another.
John 15:4–5, 7–8, 12, 15–17 (AMPC)

Pastor Ray…

Hallelujah. Thank You, Lord. I just feel today that the Lord is reminding us of how much… You know purpose, our desire is to, we are praying out ahead, preparing ways, we’re thankful, we have a thankful heart, we’re praying for others. Today, I sense He is wanting us to know how absolutely blessed we are because He loved us first. He was first, He loved us first and we love Him.

We can’t lose. If it doesn’t look like it’s working out, it is working out. You know how we’ve said it, sung it, declared it, “Every day is getting better!” Well what about in the natural. On Tuesday it looked like it was getting better and then Wednesday it didn’t look like it. Are we moved? Totally moved by what we see in the natural? No! Well sometimes we are. But no, we should never be moved by that. But it is a continual press of faith, a fight of faith to keep on believing and declaring in the face of every obstacle. So, we can say it, we’re moving ahead. We’re not going to quit. We’ve got that sign in our hearts, “If we don’t quit, we win.” And we are winners! We’re winning because everything that’s been given unto us, causes us to win! Hallelujah.

Just for a few minutes, let’s pray in other tongues. Somethings need to be lifted up, prayed out right now. We know who we are in Him and He knows what things need to be lifted right now. (tongues)

Be restored, be made new, be made whole. Keep the vision before you. Lean over, lean in, and call it forth and it shall come to pass. Shalom! Nothing broken—restored and made whole! Oh, it was broken but it’s been restored! Ha! Ha! Ha! Ha!

Restored, even seven times greater! We’ll lean more into You, Lord. We’ve been separated from our old ways, new days, better days, assignments – we lift them up. We plead the blood over the assignments that have already been given out. We’ll take hold of ours individually and corporately as the body of Christ – rise up and take what’s yours, hold on by faith!

Hallelujah! Hallelujah! Freedom, freedom, oh, no, no, not locked down any longer but free in Jesus’ name. No, it will not be a dark winter! It shall not be a DARK WINTER! For the light of My Kingdom has come forth and the glory, My Glory shall cover the earth! Hallelujah! Light and bright – children of the Light! Victory in Jesus! Ha! Ha! Ha! Hallelujah! For the glory of the Lord has come!

Thank You for Your glorious presence in our life, Lord. We see Your glory all around. By faith we do.

Ms. Annie led us in singing We See Your Glory All Around

Pastor Ray…

Let’s say this, I am filled with Your glory! There is another story and it’s the story of Your glory! Hallelujah! Things are not going down; they are going up! We’re not going back but we’re moving ahead filled with Your glory, Lord! Thank You for it! So, we can say, “Today is a glorious day!”
We’ve overcome through the blood because You overcame through that precious blood. Thank You for the blood today working on our behalf. There is power in that blood and things are looking up in Jesus’ name. Amen.
