Prayer Summary for Thursday, June 30, 2016

Jerre led in worship…

Pastor Ray prayed and shared…

Thank God that as member of the body of Christ it’s Your will, Father, that we be healed all the way through. We each have a destiny and we’re only on this earth for like a flash and then we’ll be out. Time is moving extremely quickly. Days seem like hours. Sometimes like a minute! Thank You, Lord, that it’s Your will that we go all the way through to our final destination, healed and whole. And that Jesus took the keys of death and hell. He has the keys. He’ll not use those keys for us until we fulfilled the destiny that He’s put within us. Thank You for the destinies that are placed within each of your children, an absolute blueprint for us to walk out on this earth. Thank You for the strength, for the spirit of seeing and knowing… seeing the things You’re showing us, hearing the things You’re telling us, being directed and led by Your precious Holy Spirit. That’s why we welcome Your presence, Holy Spirit. Every time we come here to life up our praises, we need Your presence in our lives. Today we open our hearts and yield to Your precious Holy Spirit. We pray for more and yield for more of You in our lives. Sometimes through the things that we have to deal with in this earth it seems like Your presence seeps out a little and that’s why You said in Your Word that we should “be being” continually filled with Your presence. Thank You precious, Holy Spirit, for Your presence in our lives.

I dug out this old prophecy. I don’t remember when it was from, but it’s a short one from brother Hagin. He’s talking about the Church.

Some would say, “Our church is a singing church.”
Others would say, “Our church is a Word church.”
Some have said, “Our church is a power church.”
But yea, saith the Lord, I’m seeking for a praying church.
I’m seeking for those that will wait upon Me.
For you can never sing like you ought to sing until you’ve waited upon me, saith the Lord of hosts.
For you can never praise like you should praise…
For you can never really walk in faith to the extent that you should walk in faith, until you’ve waited… until prayer is as much a part of your being as breathing is of your physical man.
You can never really enjoy the fullness of the Word and the power will never be in full manifestation until you become known as a praying church.

I want to share two things: one is from Pastor Mac and one is from Pastor Lynne.

Pastor Mac: So continue to press, continue to press. Don’t fall into a lethargic place, comfortable with status quo. Don’t allow that to happen because change is at hand. Breakthroughs and windfalls, breakthroughs and windfalls at hand. Sudden change. Suddenly things will change.

Pastor Lynne: “So it is in My plan that you edify and build yourself. That you pray out mysteries. Continue on in. Don’t stop now where you are. Don’t stop and think this is all there is and be satisfied in this place. For this is not a place to be satisfied. There is much work left to be done and the whole world is waiting. It is waiting for that work. So press in, pull out your best. Access the greatest,” saith the Lord.

Prayer…

Father, we lift up Pastor Lynne and the plan You have for her in the services coming up this weekend. We pray things would be unlocked, that the utterance would be there. In Jesus’ name, we pray over her for utterance. Divine, supernatural utterance from heaven. That things would be revealed and that she would say things she didn’t even know she said. But that the move of Your Spirit would flow through these services and that the hearts of the people would be wide open, yielding to You. Receiving by faith and pulling from heaven through her to receive what You have for them. Thank You for it, Lord.

We yield to Your presence
Thank You, Father, for Your goodness
We lift up the body of Christ today
We take authority over the works of the enemy that tries to come up against this church
We declare Mac and Lynne shall fulfill the purpose and plan You have for them
We cover them and hold up their arms and declare, “Go all the way!”
Open, open, open ways and steps, victorious in every way
Whatever they put their hands to prospers
It takes the body to call forth things from heaven
Thank You for the blood of Jesus
We plead the blood over this church—from front to back, side to side, over every part of land and the finances and the call and the vision given from heaven

Pastor Ray shared a scripture…

In Ephesians 2:19-22 it says that we’re no longer just wandering exiles.

16-18 “Christ brought us together through his death on the cross. The Cross got us to embrace, and that was the end of the hostility. Christ came and preached peace to you outsiders and peace to us insiders. He treated us as equals, and so made us equals. Through him we both share the same Spirit and have equal access to the Father.”

19-22 “That’s plain enough, isn’t it? You’re no longer wandering exiles. This kingdom of faith is now your home country. You’re no longer strangers or outsiders. You belong here, with as much right to the name Christian as anyone. God is building a home. He’s using us all—irrespective of how we got here—in what he is building. He used the apostles and prophets for the foundation. Now he’s using you, fitting you in brick by brick, stone by stone, with Christ Jesus as the cornerstone that holds all the parts together. We see it taking shape day after day—a holy temple built by God, all of us built into it, a temple in which God is quite at home.”

I believe the life and strength, everything the Church needs comes through the prayer place. This church was and is founded on prayer. But we’ve not arrived. We’re still on the road. We’re moving. But there’s much more that needs to be done. We watch over the things happening on the earth, works of the enemy and such, there are doors opened for the church in a place of prayer to get some things worked out. We’re called to work, but it’s good work, in prayer.

Jerre shared…

I have a song. As you were speaking, I was musing in the Holy Ghost and thinking what the presence of God really does. His presence is our life force. Everything we need to say and do and pray and think comes from that life source. He’s telling me things while Ray is speaking about what He gives us through His presence when we yield ourselves to Him. The words He speaks to us are encapsulated with His power to change us. We can’t do anything, say anything apart from His presence because He is our all in all. Anything good that we say, or that we do comes from Him. We need to glorify Him for that. So in these end times when the darkness gets darker, we need to go to our secret place. He will make the light get lighter! In every way! We so need that in this day and hour. We need His life force. That life force is like a fountain that comes out of us. We wouldn’t have a fountain without the giver of the fountain. His Word and His Spirit, I like to say the Word is like the wood put on the fire and the fire being the fire of the Holy Ghost. They agree. They work together. We can’t have one without the other.

So one day this song came to me. It was a call for the presence, for me to come back into the presence of God. We walk in the spirit but sometimes we get so busy that we have a little shift and we start doing it in our own strength. It’s the flesh. He’s always faithful to rein us in and say, “come this way.” Here’s the song.

♪ I hear Your spirit calling me saying I want to be with you … and so my heart lifts heavenward seeking You in spirit and in truth… I close the door behind me and time just fades away… I step into our secret place and listen as you say… I love you, my child… I gave all I have just for you… Come away and be My bride… I just want to be with you… So we close the door behind us… And let time just fade away… We step into our secret place… And listen to what You say… ♪
