In His presence there is fullness of joy. No wonder the Devil battles the Church from stepping into more of His presence and from making it a priority in our lives. We need joy internally that brings strength.
This morning while driving, I heard this: “Stand strong!” When I heard it, I was reminded of Pastor Lynne’s mini book “Dare to Be Free” where she tells how she was delivered from depression. She said she would get her Bible and literally stand on the Word, stand on her Bible. Stand strong! Then I heard “Standing strong.”
Prayer: Thank You, Father, for the power of Your Holy Spirit. We welcome Your Spirit today. We open up our hearts for more of Your presence. We repent for not pressing in the way we should to yielding to Your presence, making ourselves available for it. Entering in and standing strong in You and Your presence. Touched by Your Spirit, refilled and fueled by Your presence. We receive the joy that comes from Your presence. That’s the way we see the Church today, Father. We see the Church not just sitting around in the status quo but by faith we declare the Church is rising up, standing up, more and more as we enter into Your beautiful presence. We need and want Your presence. We’re hungry for more of Your presence.

The Lord has given me some prophetic words. He said about the presence of the Lord, the secret place with Him, “In this place is where you receive the oil for your lamp.” Then He said, “A machine with gears needs oil. When you oil a gear, it runs smoothly.” We receive the oil of the Holy Spirit in the presence of the Lord, in the secret place with Him. We need the oil of the Spirit. His presence isn’t simply a beautiful place to be, it’s an imperative place to be. You don’t want to be left with your lamp without oil. We receive that oil from the presence of the Lord. The Lord has spoken to me the same thing, only He said, “Walk strong.” So I’ve been endeavoring to walk strong. He knows just what we need. The oil is so we can walk smoothly and run smoothly.

In one of our prayer groups yesterday, I had it on my heart to lay hands on someone in the group. He had been in an accident a few months ago. He’s doing fine but he’s not all the way back. The group laid hands on him, on his head. That’s where it’s been slower in coming back all the way. We did what the Bible says to do. Lay hands on the sick and they shall recover. Then at the end of our prayer time, I opened up my eyes and looked at him. I was moved with compassion and without thinking I put my arm around his head and I didn’t have to say any words. It was the Word coming forth in compassion, controlled by the love of God coming through me. I do this with Sandy. Instead of saying a lot I’ll just do this [lay hand on her forehead] and I’ll pray inside for her. There are many different forms and kinds of prayer. I was so surprised. I didn’t know whether to laugh or cry, so I kind of did both. When the presence manifests, many times it’ll just make you want to weep because it’s so holy. Then it also makes you want to laugh because of the joy.

♪ I’m a lover of Your presence… We’re lovers of Your presence… I was made for love… I was made for loving You… Lord Jesus… Thank You, Lord, for all that You’ve done to give us the access, O Lord… You tore the veil in two so that we could come by the blood of the Lamb freely into You… ♪
I see this in my spirit. When we come into the presence of the Lord, we have on us… I don’t know how to explain it… it looks like sludge on us. But it represents the world and its cares. When we come into the presence of the Lord, I see it disintegrating and melting off of us. The things of the world seem to just melt off of us. The Lord says no flesh can glory in the presence of the Lord, and I see that when we come into His presence, we shoot upward into the light and the darkness melts away.

Yesterday I got a “knowing.” It was a 911 kind of situation about all of the unrest and division and the things happening in America. The enemy has a plan. One of the things is to take out at least one position of authority in this nation and cause chaos. I wasn’t thinking about it or watching the news about people going out on the freeways and blocking traffic which is illegal. In those situations, it is a miracle that no one has been killed. Have you ever tried to pray a prayer asking the Lord to do something that He’s already done. Then you realize, “Oh, I’m supposed to do something about it. I have the authority.”
I found something in Brother Hagin’s book on authority. He said “You see, the Devil realizes he cannot hold in bondage a believer who knows his authority in Christ Jesus.” So we have to have a revelation of it and to use it. “Such a believer is aware that he is seated with Christ in heavenly places and that the Devil is a defeated foe and he’s under our feet. Furthermore, this believer is convinced that no work of the enemy can prevail against him in carrying out the will of God on the earth.” Then he said, “If believers take advantage of the spiritual armor provided for them the enemy cannot defeat them.” I don’t believe that anything that’s of the enemy should be able to defeat those of us who are members of the body of Christ. Right? I thought I would go through Ephesians and put our armor on. This from the Amplified. Ephesians 6:10,
“In conclusion, be strong in the Lord [be empowered through your union with Him]; draw your strength from Him [that strength which His boundless might provides]. 11 Put on God’s whole armor [the armor of a heavy-armed soldier which God supplies], that you may be able successfully to stand up against [all] the strategies and the deceits of the devil. 12 For we are not wrestling with flesh and blood [contending only with physical opponents], but against the despotisms, against the powers, against [the master spirits who are] the world rulers of this present darkness, against the spirit forces of wickedness in the heavenly (supernatural) sphere.”
We’re not going back to the 60s. We declare that. I’m reminded what brother Hagin said. We wouldn’t have gone through all the junk we went through in the 60s if the Church had risen up and done its part in prayer.
13 “Therefore put on God’s complete armor, that you may be able to resist and stand your ground on the evil day [of danger], and, having done all [the crisis demands], to stand [firmly in your place]. 14 Stand therefore [hold your ground], having tightened the belt of truth around your loins and having put on the breastplate of integrity and of moral rectitude and right standing with God, 15 And having shod your feet in preparation [to face the enemy with the firm-footed stability, the promptness, and the readiness produced by the good news] of the Gospel of peace. 16 Lift up over all the [covering] shield of [c]saving faith, upon which you can quench all the flaming missiles of the wicked [one]. 17 And take the helmet of salvation and the sword that the Spirit wields, which is the Word of God. 18 Pray at all times (on every occasion, in every season) in the Spirit, with all [manner of] prayer and entreaty. To that end keep alert and watch with strong purpose and perseverance, interceding in behalf of all the saints (God’s consecrated people).”
This is the time and the season to pray! Whose responsibility is it? The Church. Are we members of the Church? Yes. Do we have the authority? Yes. Do we have that responsibility? Yes. Do we have the power of the Holy Spirit within us? Yes. Are we filled with the Holy Spirit? Yes. We are being and being filled with the Holy Spirit. There is more than enough power and authority in us through the name that’s above all other names to push back, put a stop to, cause the enemy to desist in his plans to come against the United States of America. We are one nation under God, indivisible. We will not be divided.

We take authority over division right now in Jesus’ name
We will not have 50% of the nation here and 50% of the nation over there, divided
We declare today we’re coming together under God in Jesus’ name
We are getting into unity under God
Father, all authority is in You but You’ve given it to us through Your Son
We are filled with Your authority
I plead the blood over each of us
We will not go back to anarchy
We’re moving ahead and call things that are not as though they were
This nation is united under God
We plead the blood of Jesus over our nation—one nation under God
We take authority over attacks of disunity and attacks against the people of God in this nation
We declare the Church is rising up and is on the increase
Authority from heaven is operating through the Church on this earth
We push back the enemy, his plans and purposes
We declare over the United States revival, for an awakening
We call for the positions of authority in the Church to rise up
We pray for these positions of authority, lifting them up according to Your Word
If there are to be demonstrations in this nation, they’ll be demonstrations of Your great glory!
Supernatural signs and wonders… miracles
Happenings that will draw them in
Every lie shall be revealed in Jesus’ name
We call for change
The truth shall be revealed
Stop! No! You cannot operate in that manner… In Jesus’ name, you’re defeated! Stop in your maneuvers.
That that was planned, we declare confusion in the matter, confusion in that arena
We pray for our police in every city and cover them with the blood of Jesus
Every member in every city, small town, village in Minnesota and every state in the United States
You foul spirit of strife and anti-love, in Jesus name get out!
There will be unity and love in Jesus’ name
I pray, Father, for the innocents… the blood over them…
The voices of unity and love to come forth as a platform
Wisdom, the spirit of wisdom, come forth
Bring us together, Father… You make us one
Revival, Father, revival of Your love and peace
All around, revival all around
That right and truth would prevail
We speak to darkness in the name of Jesus, we command you to come down
Laborers going forth changing and rearranging
Father, let Your Church be a shining, holy example of Your love
Let Your Church arise showing forth who You really are
Let those voices of authority come forth… those healing voices
We speak to the spirit of fear in the name of Jesus, the blood of the Lamb is against you
Be removed!
Wrong attitudes, come down in Jesus’ name
Lying spirits, get out
We exalt You, Father, as the prince of peace all over our land
