Prayer Summary for September 15

Prayed…

We worship and magnify You today, Lord
Thank You for the blood that was shed on the cross for us
Bringing to our remembrance those stripes that were put on Your back
Receiving impartation and strength from You this morning
We will continually stand strong and contend all the way through to the end
You are our help, strength, and direction
We are so thankful for You, Lord, and we bless Your holy name!

Scripture Focus…

(14) “So, my very dear friends, when you see people reducing God to something they can use or control, get out of their company as fast as you can. (15-18) I assume I’m addressing believers now who are mature. Draw your own conclusions: When we drink the cup of blessing, aren’t we taking into ourselves the blood, the very life, of Christ? And isn’t it the same with the loaf of bread we break and eat? Don’t we take into ourselves the body, the very life, of Christ? Because there is one loaf, our many-ness becomes one-ness—Christ doesn’t become fragmented in us. Rather, we become unified in him. We don’t reduce Christ to what we are; he raises us to what he is. That’s basically what happened even in old Israel—those who ate the sacrifices offered on God’s altar entered into God’s action at the altar.”
(1 Corinthians 10:14–18 MSG)

(23) “For I received from the Lord Himself that which I passed on to you [it was given to me personally], that the Lord Jesus on the night when He was treacherously delivered up and while His betrayal was in progress took bread, (24) And when He had given thanks, He broke [it] and said, Take, eat. This is My body, which is broken for you. Do this to call Me [affectionately] to remembrance. (25) Similarly when supper was ended, He took the cup also, saying, This cup is the new covenant [ratified and established] in My blood. Do this, as often as you drink [it], to call Me [affectionately] to remembrance.” (26) “For every time you eat this bread and drink this cup, you are representing and signifying and proclaiming the fact of the Lord’s death until He comes [again]. (27) So then whoever eats the bread or drinks the cup of the Lord in a way that is unworthy [of Him] will be guilty of [profaning and sinning against] the body and blood of the Lord. (28) Let a man [thoroughly] examine himself, and [only when he has done] so should he eat of the bread and drink of the cup.”
(1 Corinthians 11:23–28 Amp.)

We worship and magnify who You are in us
Thank You for Your Word and Your presence in our lives
You are worthy of all glory, honor, and praise
We will continually enter in to the fullness of You, today!
The blood of Jesus is cleansing us and making all things new
We bring to our remembrance all that You have done for us, Lord
You are so faithful, Father
Thank You, Lord, for a furtherance of Your will in our lives, today
We declare that the victory is ours!
Father, we ask You for wholeness in the body of Christ, nothing missing and nothing broken
That we would step on over into new days of strength and new days of joy
Stepping out of the old and into the new
We will not walk in defeat but will always walk and move ahead
Calling those things that be not as though they were
Lifting You up, for You are so wonderful and You never change
Spirit of the living God, fall afresh on us today!
We call those things that were cracked and broken, to be restored in Jesus’ name!
Better days and better ways are still yet to come!
Limitations, we call you down in the name of Jesus!
Covering the body of Christ with the blood of Jesus today!
Pleading the blood of Jesus over every plan and every detail
That every leader and every decision would be covered in that precious blood
Calling for help from heaven today!
Hindrances, be cleared up and cleared out in Jesus’ name!
It is all about You, Lord
We will not take the credit for the things that take place, but we give You all the credit, Father!
Reveal to us Your will, Lord, and we will continually wait and trust in You
There is joy, strength, and peace in Your presence
Things are being rearranged because of Your presence, Lord God
We humble ourselves before You, and give every care, anxiety, and fear to You, Lord
You are so merciful, kind and gracious, and we give You all the glory
Thank You for the continual leading of Your Holy Spirit
Lifting up the President and every branch of the military before You, Lord
Covering every decision that needs to be made with the blood of Jesus
Those things that need to be uncovered and revealed will be uncovered today!
Thank You that today is blessed, and that Your favor goes before us and prepares a way
You give us the strength to take our place and to finish our race
Glory to the Lamb of God!
