Morning Prayer Summary for Friday, May 25, 2018

Pastor Ray shared…

This morning I wanted to read a few scriptures.

Jer. 29:11, For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the LORD, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.

Isa. 41:10, So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.

Ps. 118:17, “I will not die but live, and will proclaim what the Lord has done.”

Phil. 4:13, I can do all this through him who gives me strength.

Matt. 19:26, “With man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.”

Gal. 2:20, I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I now live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.

Rom. 5:10, For if, while we were God’s enemies, we were reconciled to him through the death of his Son, how much more, having been reconciled, shall we be saved through his life!

Rom. 8:1 Therefore, there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus,

Col. 2:10, and in Christ you have been brought to fullness. He is the head over every power and authority.

2 Tim. 1:7, For the Spirit God gave us does not make us timid, but gives us power, love and self-discipline.

Gal. 5:1, It is for freedom that Christ has set us free. Stand firm, then, and do not let yourselves be burdened again by a yoke of slavery.

James 1:17, Every good and perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of the heavenly lights, who does not change like shifting shadows.

Rom. 8:3–4 For what the law was powerless to do because it was weakened by the flesh,[b] God did by sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh to be a sin offering.[c] And so he condemned sin in the flesh, 4 in order that the righteous requirement of the law might be fully met in us, who do not live according to the flesh but according to the Spirit.

Isa. 53:4–5 Surely he took up our pain and bore our suffering, yet we considered him punished by God, stricken by him, and afflicted. But he was pierced for our transgressions, he was crushed for our iniquities; the punishment that brought us peace was on him, and by his wounds we are healed.

Let’s just think about that last one: we’re healed and made whole. Sometimes we could he healed and not be whole. That’s what came to me. We can get a body part healed but we could not be completely made whole if we don’t receive Him.

Prayed…

Thank You for that declaration from Your Word that “by the stripes of Jesus took on the cross, we were healed and we were made whole. We’re righteous. We’re above and not down under. We’re the head and not the tail. We have every need that we have met according to the Lord Jesus Christ. We can do all things as we just read. We have strength to do it. We’re overcomers. Where we put our hands, there’s prosperity there. We walk in victory. What we say comes to pass. When we declare things, they actually take place.

This nation is one nation under God. It shall not be known continually as a divided nation but we declare this morning it’s one nation under You, indivisible. So this morning, we take authority over every divisive way, every divisive word. We declare today people will speak the right things over our country. We destroy with the blood of the lamb and the name of Jesus every lie. Be it a lie that would come against the church, the leaders, or the leaders of our country. We take authority over those things. Lies! Absolute untruths that are spoken day after day. We put a stop to it.

Thank You, Father, steps… steps that we’ve been given to take. We will make. Steps provided for each of us individually to walk out in the light. We believe we walk in the light. Steps that the church has been given to walk above. Steps that are ordered for the church to talk through, we believe we shall walk through. In Jesus’ name, covered in the blood. We overcome by the blood. It is working for us, changing situations, opening doors… we know there is more… we calling for more… may we not back off or turn around… we believe to walk in the high ways of God…

We pray over our cities… thank You for the Word that was spoken at U.S. Bank Stadium and we pray those words went out to the cities and the states… words spoken by the spirit… thank You for the changes… we pray over the words that were spoken… they’re still working… things declared will continually come to pass… we pray over every church in Mpls. and St. Paul… all the churches… we pray for the pastors… we bring them before You, Father… we pray for utterance and hearts to be open to your plan… churches popping up more and more… declaring Your Word… we pray over the new mayors of Mpls and St. Paul… we pray they go the right way… the blood over them… wisdom from heaven… thank You for more souls coming in to the kingdom…
