Ms. Annie led us singing By His Word I Have No Fear in Me

Pastor Ray…

It’s the truth. What a beautiful name and the truth of the Word. Good morning. It’s good to be back.

We just got back from vacation in Sarasota, Florida. It is originally where the Ringling Brother’s circus started. Close to where we were staying, behind a mall there is an open area and that’s where the Volindas train. The Volindas are a family of wire walkers. We were watching Nick Volinda and his sister practicing last week. And last Sunday, he walked with his sister eleven stories up at Times Square. If you want to get your hands sweaty, just watch them.

The family, a lot of them, fell off the wire two years ago while they were practicing. Several people were standing on the wire and then there’s people on top of them and another couple people on top of them and then there is somebody up there sitting on a chair. Then something happened where everyone fell. Some of them caught the wire but others fell like 3 or 4 stories to the floor. Nick’s sister was one of them that fell. The only thing that saved her really from being killed was someone ran out before she hit the floor and pushed her sideways so she wouldn’t fall on her head.

Two years of restoration, two years of training, two years to get back up and actually walk on the wire again. But her big desire and Nick’s big desire was to walk the wire at Time Square. It took seven years to get that okayed but it all worked out.

She was an example of somebody who fell and such fear came on her about it for month after month after month. She couldn’t get back up do it again because of the spirit of fear. But then through the name of Jesus, through prayer, and faith in the Word, she was delivered and set free. And she said that one night when she woke up, the fear was gone. She was delivered from it so that she then could get up and go do what she desired to do.  And their performance was to walk out to the center of this wire, she sits down on the wire and he steps over her eleven stories up and then he continues on and she gets up.

Their focus is their faith in the Lord. When we were watching them practice, Christian music was always playing and his sister would be singing along on the wire and confessing Jesus. But their plan is to show, there is nothing that you can’t do.

Nick’s thing is, he always trusts in the wire. The wire is about the size of a quarter. He puts his trust in the wire and then he does everything he can do to prepare. I am kind of paraphrasing some things. Their trust is of course in Him. But he made the statement that there is never a problem with the wire. There is only a problem with the people walking on the wire. It’s not the wire’s fault.

After seeing that, a couple mornings after when I woke up, I just had one word “documents.” That just came up really big in me. And yesterday, I had some more light about that word.

If we read the Word, believe the Word, the Word is true. And we can use a lot of different scriptures to back that up. One that we are very familiar with is 2 Timothy 3:16-17 “All scripture is God breathed, given by His inspiration and profitable for instruction, for reproof, and conviction of sin, for correctness of error and disciple and obedience and for training in righteousness, in holy living, in conformity to God’s will in thought, purpose, and action. So that the man of God (we could say the man and woman) may be complete and proficient, well fitted, and thoroughly equipped for every good work.”

Not just that we say “that’s good” and “that’s great” for us, for our families, but that we would be “equipped to do every good work.”

This is the way I saw it. We can hold up the Bible and in these days, a lot of people don’t even have a Bible. You know how it is, you can go to Church and you don’t need your Bible. But if you brought documents that were somehow stamped to be true and proved that the Word is true, people would be sometimes more open to read the documents about what the Word says.

The following is from BringYourBible.com:

Five Evidences the Bible is True

  1. Documentation:  Thousands of ancient, hand-copied documents—referred to as “manuscripts”— provide proof of the New Testament and Old Testament’s historical consistency. In fact, there is significantly more documentation for the books of the Bible than there are for other historically recognized authors and literature, such as Plato and The Iliad.
  2. Archeological findings:  Excavation sites and artifacts also provide evidence that many of the events, people, and places mentioned in the Bible really existed—such as the city Jericho and its famous walls or the Hittites, a people group once thought by skeptics to be a myth.
  3. The life of Jesus:  The fact that Jesus was a true, historical person is clearly documented by Jewish manuscripts, even before the apostle Paul and the writers of the Gospels provided their eye witness accounts. Other ancient cultural documents also reference his existence. For instance, the Roman leader and historian Tacitus wrote:

“Nero fastened the guilt and inflicted the most exquisite tortures on a class hated for their abominations, called Christians by the populace. Christus, from whom the name had its origin, suffered the extreme penalty during the reign of Tiberius at the hands of one of our procurators, Pontius Pilatus …”

  1. Fulfilled prophecies:  The Bible contains hundreds, even thousands, of prophecies that have been fulfilled, including detailed descriptions of events that would later happen to the Jewish people and surrounding nations, as well as prophecies about the life and death of Christ.
  2. Redeemed lives:  The Bible speaks to the condition of the human soul in a way that has life-changing impact on individuals from all cultures, nations, and walks of life. Just to name a few:

-C.S. Lewis, a former atheist who became one of the world’s most influential Christian apologists

-John Newton, a slave-ship master who converted to Christianity and later wrote the famous hymn, “Amazing Grace”

-Norma McCorvey, the woman at the heart of the U.S. Supreme Court case that resulted in nationwide legalized abortion, Roe v. Wade. She now speaks for the right of the preborn to live.

Pastor Ray…

Those are just examples. We are examples. We’ve all had different lives we came through. And we know that because we’ve been taught the truth, we can read the truth in the Word, and we know the truth in our hearts. We’ve seen lives changed including like I said, our own lives.

When this man of God, when he trusts in that wire… Well, we trust in the ultimate wire, which is the Word of God which is absolutely true. We put all of our trust in it.

We know there are other examples in the Bible, like the rich young ruler. His one main thing, he didn’t trust in the Lord. Remember, Jesus asked him to sell everything, come follow Him but he didn’t totally trust that that would be the truth. So he left, he didn’t follow Him.

For us, when we lift things up here in this room and we are in agreement which I believe we are always in agreement. When we pray for our country, when we pray over our leaders, when we pray for Landen, whatever it is the Holy Spirit would direct us to pray for, we believe it shall come to pass.

And like Nick’s sister had fear that would hold her back from doing what she felt she was called to do, she got delivered from the fear first. And then she was able to do what God really had called her to do, be a witness in front of the world that Jesus Christ is true, the Word is true, that Jesus is Lord.

Pastor Ray…

Thank You, Lord. You are worthy of all of the honor and praise, all glory.

A Word of the Lord came forth:

In my heart I keep hearing this, “Hold fast to the things that you know in your life will continually bring about a great show. And it will not be you that will create the show but it will be My Word working through you that will bring about great changes for others that you know.

So, if you prayed prayers, declarations, called things that are not as though they were but you have not seen it yet, you shall see it because My Word is true. So, hold fast and it will come through you. So, lift up, look up, reach up, reach out, move ahead, take the steps of faith or we could say belief, and believe what I’ve said is true and it shall come to pass.

It is coming to pass. Turns, changes, doorways, steps, moves, it’s heaven’s glory. It’s My glory working in you, changing you, renewing you, and equipping you to do, today, what I have commissioned you to do on this earth, in these hours, in this time, and go all the way through.

It is new. There are new things, new days, new ways, new plans but hold fast to the truth that you know and they shall and they will and they are coming forth in Jesus’ name.

Some that you know that have not yet taken the steps that they must take. But they will, sayeth the Lord, if you will hold fast, if you will continually contend, hold fast to what you know is true, declare only that that is true, these lives will come forth, come in. It’s not over, sayeth the Lord. It’s not done. It will never be done! For the power of the Son, the power from heaven, the power of the blood has effected change for you.”

A Word of the Lord came forth:

The double, the double, things are doubling up. A double dose of healing is coming up. A double dose of wealth is coming through. A double dose of revelation inside of you, My Church is doubling up. Money, a double, a double (ha, ha, ha).

Continued Praying…

We speak it, call it forth, a double dose of wholeness, a double dose of wealth, prosperity in Jesus’ name.

We move and walk right into Landen’s room this morning and bring with us a double dose of healing power from heaven to continually turn it around, bring it up, restore it up, make it right! Oooohhh! We hold fast for it. We bring a supply.

Double wholeness by the blood of the Lamb, the name that is above every other name. Doubt, get out in Jesus’ name. Fear, be gone in Jesus’ name. A spirit of faith, a spirit of belief that the Word is totally, completely true! Every member of that family we hold up, lift up, plead the blood over and say “Continue! Contend!” The Word is with you. The Word backs you up. The power of the blood is over the situation. There is one way – God’s way! The healing way, the restoration way! Oh, all the way through victory, victory!

There is victory in this place, in this chapel, there is victory in this ministry, Living Word Christian Center, the St. Paul Ministry, Rogers Ministry. There is victory for the future. The future is bright and things are adding up and they will be right!

Victory in our nation, in the President, in the family of the President, in those that are around him, in positions of leadership this morning – victory politically speaking, spiritually speaking!

Victory in pastors, all five-fold ministry gifts, an abundance, overflow! Some things will be shaken but My body shall not be shaken. Some things will be shaken off and you will be shaken free! But you must contend and call those things forth as though they actually truly are and they shall be.

Miracles, by the power of the Holy Spirit – we welcome You. Oh, miracles, signs, and wonders, supernatural changes, a turnaround, a paradigm shift. We dedicate ourselves, humble ourselves, bow at Your feet, give You our lives, give You it all, Lord.

♪ Thank You, Lord, for what you do, for what You’ve done, for what is new. Hallelujah ♪

I want to thank Him before we actually stand in it, even in many ways before we actually receive it in the realm of the natural, have a thankful heart.

Pastor Ray…

Thank You, Lord. All things in You and through You – new. We lift them up this morning. Thank You for the changes, heaven sent, that we will be where we have to be, that we will speak what we must speak, that our hearts will be truly, completely, totally unreserved trusting in You, trusting in what You said and knowing that You are the same, You’ve not changed.

Things change, days change, weeks change, but Your Word is still true and it will always be the same.

Thank You that You have made us to be overcomers in every area, that no weapon formed against us will prosper but that the blood of Jesus protects our steps this day, where we go, what we say, the things that are new, we believe to walk in them and see things we haven’t seen before because they come from You.

We give all of it, all of the glory, all of the thanksgiving, and all of the honor and all of the praise to You, our heavenly Father. Thank You for the equipment, the changes, and for the new in Jesus’ name, Amen.
