Morning Prayer Summary for Wednesday, August 29, 2018

Pastor Ray…

We have a friend that is Greek. She was raised in Greece and knows the Greek language even more than Rick Renner. My son and daughter-in-law were visiting her and she told them she was driving along in her car a few weeks ago and all of a sudden it was like “Wait a minute. In Greek there is no word for faith. It’s believe.”

It’s just interesting sometimes if you are muddied up about “Well, do I have enough faith?” When you think of it in that way, believe, sometimes it’s maybe easier to even get the gist of it. Do we believe? Yes, we are believers.

She said she had never thought of that before. Just like that, boom, while she was driving the car. So, she uses believe or belief instead of the word faith now because it’s not in the Greek. Anyway that’s just a little something to think about.

The following prophecy was given by Rev. Kenneth E. Hagin on January 24, 1988:

Maintaining the Glow

For He is high, and He is holy, and you cannot worship Him with man’s means. Yea, you dare not come into His presence in your own holiness or righteousness. But you must come into His presence robed in His righteousness. Come into His presence clean and holy, but thou canst not make thyself clean, neither can thou make thyself holy. For man alone is an utter failure. But you can come into His presence because His blood cleanseth you from all sin. You can come into His presence because His blood has atoned for your sins and all are washed away. And you are made unto your God kings and priests. So, put on your robe of righteousness and enter into His presence with thanksgiving and allow the Holy Spirit, who dwells in your spirit to teach you to be reverent. Yea come not with the clamorings of the flesh. There shall come a time, in fact, the day has now arrived, that you will learn to worship me, saith the Lord of Hosts, on a different level in which you have worshiped. Even learn to praise me on a different level in which you have learned to praise. For so much of that which has been in that manifestation among you has only been in the flesh. But now you will come into the broad place of the Spirit. Come with a reverence. Come with a humility. Come with a desire to fellowship with me. Come not in arrogance. Come not in the energy of the flesh. But rather come with a humble spirit. Crucifying the flesh. Not letting it dominate you or even endeavor to worship me as such. But come in a spirit and oh that can only be as you respond unto to the Holy Spirit. For the Holy Spirit knoweth the mind of God, and He will lead you in the way even in worship as the Father would have you to worship Him. For He is high and He is holy. And you come not unto Him as you would come unto man. And you give not Him applause as you would man. For you must not bring Him down on the level of man, but you must come up on the level where He is in holiness and reverence. Worshiping Him and Him alone. And then shall the Spirit of God descend upon you like mighty rain from heaven. Mighty rivers shall flow out of you and ye shall be known as a reverent worshipful people. And ye shall be known as a supernatural people. For the supernatural will be ordinary with you. And it shall be said of you as it was said of those in days gone by they that have turned the world upside down and come hither also. Hallelujah.

The following excerpt was taken from Maintain the Glow: Timeless Teachings of Kenneth E. Hagin:

Many Christians struggle, wondering what the will of God is for their lives. God does impart specific direction to His people concerning His plans and purposes for them. But even when God doesn’t seem to be saying anything specific to them about His plan, believers can know and do the will of God in their everyday lives simply by being doers of the Word.

Paul wrote in Ephesians, “Be ye not unwise, but UNDERSTANDING WHAT THE WILL OF THE LORD IS. And be not drunk with wine, wherein is excess; but BE FILLED WITH THE SPIRIT” (Eph. 5:17–18). These verses tell us that it is possible to know what the will of the Lord is for our lives. For one thing, God’s will is that believers be filled to overflowing with His Spirit.

How can you tell if a person is filled with the Holy Ghost? Someone said, “I’m filled with the Holy Ghost because I spoke with tongues years ago.”

But Greek scholars tell us that in Ephesians 5:18, the Greek words for “be filled with the Spirit” mean be being filled with the Holy Spirit. In other words, we are to maintain a constant experience of being filled with the Holy Spirit. It’s a continual, ongoing action, not something that occurred once sometime in the past. The will of God for our lives is that we be filled to overflowing with the Holy Spirit.

Maintaining a Spirit-filled life is as much a part of following God’s plan for your life as receiving specific direction from the Lord about something He wants you to do.

How does that work? When we are filled with the Holy Spirit, we’ll hear and we’ll see and we’ll know what to do. That’s how it works.

Maintaining a Spirit-filled life is as much a part of following God’s plan for your life as receiving specific direction from the Lord about something He wants you to do. For example, you could receive specific direction from God about part of His plan for you, and you could obey it. But if you obeyed His direction strictly from a sense of duty, it still wouldn’t be God’s best for your life. There would be no fervency of spirit or glow about it, and it would be tough sledding! God’s will for your life would be difficult to fulfil.

No, God wants you to be filled to overflowing with His Spirit and maintain the glow!

According to Ephesians 5:18–21, being filled with the Spirit or being fervent in spirit is recognizable. If it weren’t, you wouldn’t know whether you were aglow with the Holy Spirit. Certain characteristics accompany the Spirit-filled life.

The first characteristic is “Speaking to yourselves in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord” (Eph. 5:19). If you’re filled with the Spirit and maintaining the glow, you will have a song in your heart. And if you do, you can’t help but speak it out, because “out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks” (Matt. 12:34; Luke 6:45). Speaking by the unction of the Holy Spirit in psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs is something you do from your own heart, to yourself and to God.

If you are filled with the Spirit, there will be a song in your heart whether you’re at church, at home, or on the job—wherever you might be.

Another characteristic of a Spirit-filled life is a heart full of thanksgiving. Ephesians 5:20 says, “Giving thanks always for all things unto God and the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.” It’s easy to shout, jump, and dance in a church service. But when you’re really filled with the Holy Spirit, you’re motivated by Him, and you’re fervent in spirit and aglow with God all the time. And you can thank God in the midst of any and all circumstances.

If you’re going through a test or trial, you’re not thanking God because of the test. But you can thank Him because you have another opportunity to exercise and develop your faith and to prove Him faithful to deliver you.

A third characteristic of a Spirit-filled life is humility. Ephesians 5:21 says, “Submitting yourselves one to another in the fear of God.” The word submit simply means “to give in to one another.” Some people have a difficult time submitting to others. But when we’re aglow with the Holy Spirit, it’s easy, because a fervent spirit makes it easier to keep the flesh under the dominion of our spirit.

We need to maintain a teachable attitude. Without humility and a teachable spirit, we hinder ourselves spiritually from fulfilling the plan of God.

God’s will—His purpose—for our lives is for us to be continually aglow with His Spirit. Because He knows that when we do that, it will be much easier for us to successfully follow His plan for our lives.

Pastor Ray…

So, we’re doers of the Word. We stick with the Word, what the Word says. We’re joyful whenever, wherever, all the time we rejoice in Him. And then we stay in close fellowship with Him like we do here every day. We stay in fellowship with the Father and through the power of the Holy Spirit, we speak, we receive, we listen, we have ears to hear, we listen to see and to hear. We listen to hear what He’s saying and we look to see what He is showing us that we should do. We never should be away from the perfect plan or the perfect will the Father has for us individually but He has a whole big plan for us corporately together. What is our piece? Where do we fit? Do we fit? Yes, we fit. We should be fitting in. But we should be fit into, compacted together as members of the same body. Hallelujah.

Glory, thank You, Father
Thank You, Jesus

Someone was just telling me that there was someone they were dealing with. This particular person missed it; he had the wrong take on something, wrong perspective of something, he was deceived. And when they came to him with the Word of the Lord… You know how sometimes that can be received like “What?” You know you could get your feathers ruffled. But he just went “Awh, I am so sorry. I repent.” That’s the heart. That’s humility in our hearts where we are quick to receive a word. Maybe somebody else has a word for us, you know. I’ve had that happen, believe me (ha, ha, ha).

The Word of God or the Words by the Spirit, prophecies, should always do what? Lift us up, lift up the body, lift up the Church, Amen. And if it’s a Word of correction, what do we do with that? Get corrected (ha, ha, ha). Hallelujah. We should be open to that. We are open to that. We’re open to the full Word of God, the Book. Hallelujah.

Prayed…

Thank You, Lord
Father, we worship You, honor You, magnify You
Thank You today that we can be being filled right now, right this second
On time, in time so we can do what You want us to do all the time
We ask You together, we yield ourselves to You Holy Spirit this morning
We want more, we are hungry for more
We know there is more, we know there is greater, we know there is increase
We are not on a road of decrease – we are on the road of increase!
Not walking down and down and down but we are walking up, we are stepping up, we are taking our place
Taking our places because of Your power and Your strength within each one of us
This nation is taking its place, our president is taking his place
We declare it, we believe it, we pray over them!
“Our leaders are taking their positions and their places to do what this nation has been called to do in Jesus’ name!”
Where some need to be out, they’ll be out
Where some need to be brought in, they’ll be brought in
When it comes to our nation, we take authority over every lie, over every deceptive way, over every plan that the enemy has tried to work his way and do within our country
We take the authority because we’ve been given the authority
And we have the authority over every evil work!
Confusion, deception, lies, inaccuracies, strife – get out! Leave in Jesus’ name
Thank You, Father

We pray over churches all over America
Lifting up ministries, pastors, the churches in all of the different cities and smaller towns
We lift up these ministries that are lifting You up, that have called on You from heaven, that know that Jesus is Lord, that have received Him
Thank You, Father – we hold them up, pray over them
Pray for encouragement today in Jesus’ name
Pray for freedom of utterance in the name of Jesus
We lift up pastors – Glory! Glory! Glory!
We thank You that they are moving out! They are on the increase!
They are not getting down, they are getting up
They are going somewhere to happen, they are moving with You
Thank You for the move of Your Spirit all across America in Jesus’ name
Revivals popping up and breaking out everywhere in the name of Jesus
We declare this morning “No weapon formed against the Church will prosper!”
No devil from hell can derail the Church!
The Church is not decreasing; the Church is on the increase!
Prayers are working, our prayers are WORKING!
I said “Our Prayers ARE WORKING!”
Our commands are working! Our declarations are working!
We are being filled and filled and filled to overflowing!
We are maintaining the glow of Your Spirit – Hallelujah!
We do believe, we do receive, we do walk by faith and not by sight
Those things that we’ve not been able to see yet, we declare they are coming to pass!
Oooooohhhh! Hooooo!

Some things have to stop – so we put a stop to those in Jesus’ name
What are they? We don’t know what they all are
We just know there are some things that need to stop!
So we declare this morning a stoppage in Jesus’ name
The things that would hinder the plan of God! The things that would try to derail the plan of God
The things that would try to get the Church off in a wrong way, we say “Stop it in Jesus name”
Desist in your plans and your operations and in your maneuvers
We declare “Confusion!” there in Jesus’ name
We believe not only to maintain the glow but we believe for more!
We believe for greater! For a greater glow!
For more light! For more illumination!
For greater revelation! For more insight!
Progress, okay! Thank You for progress! Thank You for progress!
Thank You for progress! Things that were just changing a little bit, they are progressing!
They are changing more, there is a greater change! There is a greater rearranging in Jesus’ name
Thank You, Lord, thank You, Lord

No, no, no, no… we take our seat, WE take our seat
We are seated in heavenly places high above
And we speak to things that would try and come up and we declare them “Gone, Out and Away!”
Shrink! Shrink! Shrink! Be removed in Jesus’ name
Hindrances, attacks from the enemy, disease of every kind, inaccuracies, lies from the Devil about this is how it will be
No that’s a LIE! That is a lie!
By the stripes of Jesus, we are healed and we are remaining HEALED!
A turnaround, a turnaround, turning it around, completely turned around!
Ooooh no, no, no, no, we are not going in that way
We will not step in that way, we will not turn in that way
We are moving in God’s way! We plead the blood
We come by the blood but we use that blood today
And plead it over the ways, the days, the weeks and the months that are to come
Hallelujah!
On target, right on time, in the right way, in the right plans, every day
Some things that were broken up, some things that were cracked up
Some things that were not right – we declare to be restored!
Be restored! Be restored! Be restored! Be restored! Be Ye Restored! In Jesus’ name!
An end to that and a beginning of the new!

Ms. Constance prayed and laid hands on the sick

(Tongues) People are carrying un-forgiveness
Un-forgiveness causes cancer, causes arthritis, causes confusion
My God, My heavenly Father! It’s not me who is laying hands, it’s You!
Father, it’s not by power, it’s not by might, but by Your Spirit!
I am calling the Spirit of God right now! Right now!
And I am calling Michael, the arch angel right now – come down with the host of angels
Come and join us in the prayer (tongues), come and join us in the part
In Jesus’ name thank You

Pastor Ray…

Today, in your eyes I saw a change. I saw something different. I saw a glimmer of light. I saw hope. I saw belief. And this prayer and these prayers today are putting you over onto the other side which is victory, victory, victory. Up above in your heavenly position or seated with Him high above and these changes will continually be on the increase for you. For there will be a new bounce in your step. There will be a new glimmer even greater in your eyes and what you see will be what He said not what you’ve seen in the natural but what He said. And you’ll begin to see it in the supernatural, by the Spirit in Jesus’ name.

Ms. Jeani…

I saw you and as you were walking in the love of the Father, I saw you say, “Hindrance and delay get out of the way for the Lord, my Father has cause me to go prosperously on my way.” And your way is His way and as you went every delay… It was like a wrecking ball but it was a supernatural force and everything was just getting out of the way. As you dwell in the love of the Father, that love is getting everything out of the way. All you have to do is keep moving. That’s it. We declare over your soul it’s whole, free today, free already, free in every way in the name of Jesus.

Father, we thank You for that for the Church right now
Her soul is whole everywhere she goes
The Church needs every member to be whole
That is who we are – a whole body

The days are upon you, when you say to the enemy “You are as bread to me.” You go in the land that God has already told you to go in and you say to those that are with you “let’s go in! They are as bread to us!” You walk out of here completely changed. Those things, the cries of your heart are coming to pass today! They are coming to pass right now, bubbling up inside of you. You will not recognize yourself any longer because the enemy is now as bread to you! It’s breakfast! It’s lunch! It’s snack time! It’s dinner! Because the BOSS! the Lion lives inside you!

Scripture focus…

(1) He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High shall remain stable and fixed under the shadow of the Almighty [Whose power no foe can withstand].
(2) I will say of the Lord, He is my Refuge and my Fortress, my God; on Him I lean and rely, and in Him I [confidently] trust!
(3) For [then] He will deliver you from the snare of the fowler and from the deadly pestilence.
(4) [Then] He will cover you with His pinions, and under His wings shall you trust and find refuge; His truth and His faithfulness are a shield and a buckler. Psalm 91:1-4 (AMPC)

(12) The [uncompromisingly] righteous shall flourish like the palm tree [be long-lived, stately, upright, useful, and fruitful]; they shall grow like a cedar in Lebanon [majestic, stable, durable, and incorruptible].
(13) Planted in the house of the Lord, they shall flourish in the courts of our God.
(14) [Growing in grace] they shall still bring forth fruit in old age; they shall be full of sap [of spiritual vitality] and [rich in the] verdure [of trust, love, and contentment].
(15) [They are living memorials] to show that the Lord is upright and faithful to His promises; He is my Rock, and there is no unrighteousness in Him. Psalm 92:12-15 (AMPC)

Continued praying…

He is our Rock, He is our help
He is our strength; He makes us to be overcomers
He has given unto us the blood of His dear Son
And in that blood and by declaring it today, we can say “We have overcome!”
And we have won because the blood did it then and it’s doing for us today!
So we say, “We Are OVERCOMERS!”
We are victorious, thank You for it! Hallelujah!

Thank You, Father, for the freedom and the power of Your precious Holy Spirit
Thank You for the wisdom from heaven – as it is in heaven, it is here on this earth
We have overcome and we’re continually overcoming because the blood is working
Because the name of Jesus is above every other name!
There is no name above the NAME!
And in that name every single one of us have overcome
We will overcome, we continually overcome
We are blessed going out, we are blessed coming in
What we put our hands unto – there is prosperity there!
Spirit, soul, and body – we thank You for it

The Church is going somewhere, the Church is rising up
This body right here is rising up!
For we have laid hands on some things we didn’t even know about!
We’ve laid hands on some abundance we didn’t even know about!
But it is coming to pass sayeth GOD ALMIGHTY!
Hallelujah! We take it! We receive it! We believe it and we’ll walk in it in Jesus’ name
Hallelujah! And everybody said “AMEN!” That means “So be it!”
Thank you for coming today
