Morning Prayer Summary for Tuesday, November 19, 2019

The Following excerpt was taken from Billye Brim Ministries Blog:

An action taken by the U. S. and announced today by Secretary of State Mike Pompeo must not be lost in the “fluff” happening in Washington D. C. I rejoiced when I saw the announcement on Fox News. Here is how the Wall Street Journal reported it:

Trump Administration Says Israeli Settlements Aren’t Illegal
Secretary of State Mike Pompeo lays out shift in decades of U.S. policy on West Bank settlements.

Secretary of State Mike Pompeo said Monday that the U.S. no longer will consider Israeli settlements to be illegal under international law, a move that formalizes the Trump administration’s treatment of the West Bank and shifts decades of U.S. policy.

United States policy is now in line with the revealed will of God! We are living in the time when God is bringing home the Jews and restoring their Promised Land just like He said He would! In the prophecies of their return, He said the waste cities would be restored.

All the following are on what the world calls the west bank, but the Lord calls Shomron (Samaria, Ephraim) and Judea. The Bible-believing Jews who understand this and have gone to their ancient cities and rebuilt have been ridiculed by all except those who have a deep and close understanding of the Bible.

The Mountains of Israel correspond almost exactly with what the world calls the west bank. Read the wonderful prophey of Ezekiel 36. Read the entire chapter, but consider these verses:

Ezekiel 36:8 KJV
8 But ye, O mountains of Israel, ye shall shoot forth your branches, and yield your fruit to my people of Israel; for they are at hand to come. 9 For, behold, I am for you, and I will turn unto you, and ye shall be tilled and sown: 10 And I will multiply men upon you, all the house of Israel,[both the Northern and the Southern tribes] even all of it: and the cities shall be inhabited, and the wastes shall be builded: 11 And I will multiply upon you man and beast; and they shall increase and bring fruit: and I will settle you after your old estates, and will do better unto you than at your beginnings: and ye shall know that I am the LORD. [My comments in brackets.]

Read all of chapters 30 and 31 in Jeremiah.
Ephraim is one of Joseph’s sons; their inheritance is Samaria. It symbolizes the northern kingdom. Judah is the southern. Most of Samaria and Judea is considered the west bank. But God specifically tells them He will bring them back, forgive them, and the cities are to be rebuilt.

Jer. 30:1 The word that came to Jeremiah from the LORD, saying,
2 Thus speaketh the LORD God of Israel, saying, Write thee all the words that I have spoken unto thee in a book.
3 For, lo, the days come, saith the LORD, that I will bring again the captivity of my people Israel and Judah, saith the LORD: and I will cause them to return to the land that I gave to their fathers, and they shall possess it…

Jer. 31:4-6
4 Again I will build thee, and thou shalt be built, O virgin of Israel: thou shalt again be adorned with thy tabrets, and shalt go forth in the dances of them that make merry.
5 Thou shalt yet plant vines upon the mountains of Samaria: the planters shall plant, and shall eat them as common things.
6 For there shall be a day, that the watchmen upon the mount Ephraim shall cry, Arise ye, and let us go up to Zion unto the LORD our God.

Jer. 31:10 Hear the word of the LORD, O ye nations, and declare it in the isles afar off, and say, He that scattered Israel will gather him, and keep him, as a shepherd doth his flock.

Jer 31:21
Set thee up waymarks, make thee high heaps: set thine heart toward the highway, even the way which thou wentest: turn again, O virgin of Israel, turn again to these thy cities.

Jer 31:23, 24
23 Thus saith the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel; As yet they shall use this speech in the land of Judah and in the cities thereof, when I shall bring again their captivity;
The LORD bless thee, O habitation of justice, and mountain of holiness. 24 And there shall dwell in Judah itself, and in all the cities thereof together,

How my heart wept at the terrible declaration out of the mouth of then Secretary of State James Baker. I believe he was a Christian, but like so many Christians, he was ignorant of the Word of God regarding the restoration of Israel according to the written will of God.
I was in Israel when he did this.

Sometime thereafter I wrote the following:

U.S. Secretary of State James Baker called the West Bank Settlements the greatest threat to world peace in a shuttle diplomacy aimed at bringing Israel and the Middle East into the new world order. Using the loan guarantees as a lever the State Department forced Israel to sit at the Madrid Peace Conference with hostile nations with a foot in Israel’s back to make territorial concessions—land for peace. (See Joel 3:1-3). Thus began a terrible path through the Oslo Accords and now the Road to Peace.

A New Day!!!
Today’s announcement by Secretary of State Mike Pompeo (and it couldn’t have been made without President Trump’s approval) places the United States even more solidly in compliance with Genesis 12:3. The correct translation of which reads, “and all the families of the earth shall bless themselves by you.”

Today, November 18, the United States blessed themselves by aligning with God’s will for Israel.

Pastor Ray…

That’s a good time to do it too, when all the fluff is going on in Washington DC.

Ms. Annie will lead us in worship and then I would like to go over “Rules for Radicals” (which we are not going by) by Saul Alinski. Before President Trump, maybe it was the year leading up to the election, we were looking at these because they were brought up. So, I asked Ms. Annie to take these thirteen rules and turn them around and make a declaration. I guess we could call it the “Rules for Radical Believers” to speak forth the right things about America and see them come to pass.

Who knows how many people prayed over all this time for Israel and even some times, like we said yesterday, a short prayer that you might think “is that going to do anything?” But even by declaring a shift, paradigm shift, a turnaround, and keep lifting and declaring, and then… that’s such an answer from prayer.

We’re going to do one song, I am going to read these rules, and then Ms. Annie is going to go through 10 pages of what God gave her. When Ms. Annie gets going, she gets going! That’s awesome. She was led by the Spirit.

Ms. Annie led us in worship

The following is “Rules for Radicals” by Saul Alinsky:

1. “Power is not only what you have, but what the enemy thinks you have.” Power is derived from 2 main sources – money and people. “Have-Nots” must build power from flesh and blood.
2. “Never go outside the expertise of your people.” It results in confusion, fear and retreat. Feeling secure adds to the backbone of anyone.
3. “Whenever possible, go outside the expertise of the enemy.” Look for ways to increase insecurity, anxiety and uncertainty.
4. “Make the enemy live up to its own book of rules.” If the rule is that every letter gets a reply, send 30,000 letters. You can kill them with this because no one can possibly obey all of their own rules.
5. “Ridicule is man’s most potent weapon.” There is no defense. It’s irrational. It’s infuriating. It also works as a key pressure point to force the enemy into concessions.
6. “A good tactic is one your people enjoy.” They’ll keep doing it without urging and come back to do more. They’re doing their thing, and will even suggest better ones.
7. “A tactic that drags on too long becomes a drag.” Don’t become old news.
8. “Keep the pressure on. Never let up.” Keep trying new things to keep the opposition off balance. As the opposition masters one approach, hit them from the flank with something new.
9. “The threat is usually more terrifying than the thing itself.” Imagination and ego can dream up many more consequences than any activist.
10. “The major premise for tactics is the development of operations that will maintain a constant pressure upon the opposition.” It is this unceasing pressure that results in the reactions from the opposition that are essential for the success of the campaign.
11. “If you push a negative hard enough, it will push through and become a positive.” Violence from the other side can win the public to your side because the public sympathizes with the underdog.
12. “The price of a successful attack is a constructive alternative.” Never let the enemy score points because you’re caught without a solution to the problem.
13. “Pick the target, freeze it, personalize it, and polarize it.” Cut off the support network and isolate the target from sympathy. Go after people and not institutions; people hurt faster than institutions.

The following is “Rules for Radical Christians” by Ms. Annie:

Lord, the heathen peoples, those outside of covenant with You, have thronged tumultuously together. They have plotted a vain and empty thing against You, Lord, and against Your Anointed. But You, Lord, have said that the plots and plans of the wicked shall come to nothing. We believe Your Word, Lord, so we do not fear them, for by Your power and Anointing they are bread for us. Their defense and shadow of protection has departed from them; but You, our God, are with us, and we are well able to go up and take the Promised Land, which You have destined for Your Blessing. You, Lord, have covered our heads in the day of battle, and you do not grant the desires of the wicked. You allow the evil of their own lips to cover them, and You do not allow a slanderer to be established in the earth. Our eyes are upon You, oh God the Lord, and in You we take refuge. You keep us from the snares they have laid for us, and from the traps of the workers of iniquity. You let the wicked fall into their own nets, while Your people escape safely. You set a guard, Oh Lord, over our mouths and keep us from practicing wicked works with men who work iniquity. We refuse to eat of their so-called “delicacies” or to take part in their counsel.

We make no friendships with angry men, and we do not learn their ways. We do not envy the violent, and we choose none of their ways. For the way of the wicked is as deep darkness, and they do not know at what they stumble. But the path of the just is as the shining light, that grows brighter and brighter; and by Your Word our path is well-lit, plain and straight before us. We will set nothing wicked before our eyes. We hate the work of those who fall away from Your ways and Your Word, and it shall not cling to us. A perverse heart will depart from us, and we refuse to know or be acquainted with wickedness. We choose to behave wisely in a perfect way, in Your perfect way, oh God. When will You come to us?

We learn Your ways, Father God, and we choose Your thoughts. For Your ways are higher than our ways, and Your thoughts are higher than our thoughts. We choose Your wisdom and Your words. For the so-called “wisdom” of this world is vanishing away and coming to nothing, but the Word of our God will stand forever. We do not walk in the counsel of the ungodly, nor do we stand in the way of sinners, nor do we sit in the seat of the mockers. We delight ourselves in You and Your Word, Father, and in Your Laws we do meditate day and night. For You, Father, watch over the way of the godly, but the way of the wicked will vanish and come to nothing. Righteous Father, the foolish things that You have chosen are wiser than the wisest wisdom of this world. And the weak things that You have chosen are stronger than the strongest things of this world. Your gentle, two-edged tongue of Truth will break a bone. You break the shields of the wicked and You cause the wars they incite to cease. Your Word, oh Lord, is settled forever in the heavens. There is none who can deliver out of Your hand, Lord, for You will work, and who will reverse it? So, Lord, we decide and decree the things You have declared in Your Word, and those things will be established for us. Your light will shine upon our pathway.

Now, Lord, look on the threats of those who oppose Your ways, and grant unto us, Your servants, boldness; that with all boldness we may speak Your Word; that we may declare Your Word boldly, as we ought to do. For Your Word runs swiftly through the earth, and Your Word is not chained. It will not return to You void, but it will prosper in the thing to which it is sent. Shall not the righteous God avenge His own elect who cry out to Him day and night? Yes, He shall avenge them speedily! And when the Son of Man returns, we desire that He would find faith in us, His people! Yes, Lord, may You find faith in us!

Lord, the boastful shall not stand in Your sight, but You shall destroy those who speak falsehood. Let them fall by their own counsels, for they have rebelled against You. Let the wickedness of the wicked come to an end, but establish the just. The wicked have made a pit and dug it out, but they have fallen into the ditch they have made, and their trouble will return upon their own heads. Their violent dealings will come down upon their own crown. They have sunk into the pit which they have made, and in the net which they hid for others, their own feet are caught. The wicked who oppose Your righteous ways, oh Lord, are snared in the work of their own hands. Arise, oh Lord, and do not let them prevail, but put them in fear, oh Lord, that they may know themselves to be but men. In the very thing in which they behave proudly against You, You show Yourself to be above them. The way of the wicked You turn upside down!

The wicked in his pride persecutes the poor and renounces You, oh God. Let them be caught in the very plots which they have devised. For You have seen, oh Lord, and You observe trouble and grief, to repay it by Your hand. You break the arm of the wicked and evil plotters, and You deliver the fatherless and the oppressed, that the man of the earth may terrify them no more. You, Lord, will cut off the flattering lips and the tongues that speak proud things against You and against Your righteous ways. For the oppression of the poor, and for the sighing of the needy, You will now arise, oh Lord. You will set Your people in the safety for which they yearn; the safety that comes from walking and dwelling in Your ways and in Your Truth. Let the lying lips be put to silence, Lord, which speak insolent things proudly and contemptuously against the righteous God.

Your Words, Lord, are pure Words, and You will keep us and preserve us from this generation forever. Concerning the works of men, the Word of Your lips keeps us from the path of the destroyer. Now arise, Lord, and confront those who oppose Your righteous ways. Confront them and cast them down.

With the merciful you will show Yourself merciful and with the pure You will show Yourself pure, but with the devious You will show Yourself shrewd, oh God the Lord. You will save the humble people, but You will bring down the haughty looks. They intended evil against You, Lord, but they have devised a plot which they are not able to perform. Therefore You will make them turn their back. They will gnash with their teeth and be grieved, and they will melt away. Because they do not regard Your work, oh Lord, nor the operation of Your hands, You will destroy their plans and not build them up. You, Lord, bring the counsel of the ungodly to nothing, and You make the plans of the peoples of no effect. But Your counsel, oh Lord, stands forever, and the plans of Your heart stand for all generations. We, Your people, are blessed; for our God is the Lord, and we are the people You have chosen for Your inheritance, by the holy, precious Blood of Your Son, Jesus, the Anointed One.

Lord, plead our cause with those who strive against You. Fight against those who fight against You, Lord God. Let them be brought to shame and dishonor, let them be turned back and brought to confusion who plot hurt against Your ways and Your Truth. For without cause they have hidden a net in a pit against Your plans. Let destruction come suddenly upon their plans, and let them be caught in the very net they have hidden against You, Lord. Into that very destruction they had planned, into that let them fall.

We do not fret because of evildoers, Lord, and we are not envious of the workers of iniquity. But we trust in You, Lord, and do good. We dwell in the land, and we feed on Your faithfulness. The wicked may have drawn their bows to slay those of upright conduct, but their swords shall enter their own hearts, and their bows shall be broken. For the arms of the wicked shall be broken, but You, Lord, uphold the righteous. The transgressors against God shall be destroyed forever, and the future of the wicked shall be cut off. But our salvation comes from You, Lord, and You are our strength in the time of trouble.

You will help Your people and deliver them from the wicked. You will save Your people because Your people trust in You. For it was not by our own abilities or righteousness that we inherited Your promised Blessings, nor did our own arm save us. But it was Your right hand, Your arm, and the light of Your countenance, because You favored us, loved us, redeemed us, and desired to take a people to Yourself. You are our King, oh God! Command victories for Your people! It is through You and Your Name that we will push down Your enemies. In You, our God, we boast all the day long, and we praise Your Name forever! You make the wars to cease and You break the bow. You cut the spear and burn the chariots with fire. You will be exalted in all the earth!

Though the mighty man may boast in evil, love lying, and devise destruction with his tongue, the goodness of our God endures continually. Our God will take the wicked plotters away and uproot them from the land of the living. God will hear our voice. He has redeemed our souls in peace from the battle that was against us. Our God awakens to help us, and He shall laugh at them, and have them in derision. He scatters them by His power and He brings them down. For the sin of their mouths, and the words of their lips, He allows them be to taken in their own pride, and for the cursing and lying which they have spoken. They have loved cursing, so He allows them to wear it as a garment. But He will bless His people. He has given a banner to those who fear Him, that it may be displayed because of the Truth.

Our God gives us help from trouble, and through our God we will do valiantly. For the help of man is useless; but our God is He who will tread down our enemies. Our God hides us from the secret plots of the wicked, and from the rebellion of the workers of iniquity. He will shoot at them with an arrow of His Word, and they shall suddenly be wounded by His Truth. He will make them stumble over their own tongue. All men shall fear and declare the work of our God, for they shall wisely consider His doing. It is good for us to draw near to God. We have put our trust in the Lord God, that we may declare all His works to this generation.

Lord, remember how the enemy has reproached You, and how a foolish people have blasphemed Your Name. Do not forget the life of Your poor, Lord, but have respect and regard to Your covenant sworn in the Blood of Jesus. For the dark places of the earth are filled with the habitations of cruelty. So arise, oh Lord, and plead Your own cause, the cause of righteousness, justice, mercy, truth and love. You are good, and Your hesed endures forever. Let the groaning of the prisoners come before You, Lord, and preserve those appointed to die. Return sevenfold the reproach of those who reproach You. And we will show forth Your praise to all generations.

Do not keep silent, oh God! Do not hold Your peace and do not be still! For Your enemies make an uproar, and those who hate You have exalted themselves. They have taken crafty counsel against Your people and consulted together against those You who live under Your covering Blood. Let them be confounded and dismayed, let be put to shame, that they may seek Your Name, oh Lord; that they may know that You, whose Name alone is the Lord, are the Most High over all the earth.

Shall the throne of iniquity, which devises evil by law, have fellowship with You, our God? It is time for You to act, oh God, for they have regarded Your Law as void. They gather together against the life of the righteous and condemn innocent blood. But the Lord our God has brought on them their own iniquity, and He shall cut them off.

Let Your righteous judgments be in the earth, oh God, for when Your judgments are in the earth, the inhabitants of the earth will learn righteousness. Judgment will return to Your Holy righteousness, Lord, and all the upright in heart will follow it. The horn of Your Holy Anointed One will be exalted with honor. The wicked will see it and be grieved. They will gnash with their teeth and melt away, for their desires against the Mighty God will come to nothing and perish. For the scepter of wickedness will not rest upon the land allotted to the righteous, lest the righteous put forth their hands to iniquity.

Stretch forth Your hand from above, Lord, and rescue us out of great waters, out of the hands of those hostile to You, whose mouths speak lying words, and whose right hands are hands of falsehood. You execute justice for the oppressed, Father God. You open the eyes of the blind. You raise up those who are bowed down. But the way of the wicked You turn upside down! The way of the wicked is as deep darkness, and they do not know what causes them to stumble. They are caught in the cords of their own sin, and their own folly causes them to go astray, and thwarts their plans. Your righteous children are delivered out of trouble, and it comes to the wicked instead. The hypocrites with their mouths seek to destroy. But the righteous, through knowledge of You, God, will be delivered. Those who oppose your righteous cause, oh Lord are troubling their own house, and they will inherit the wind. But our tongues, the tongues of the righteous, are healing tongues, and our tongues promote health and wholeness. We put away from us a forward mouth, and we put contrary, unbelieving lips far from us.

The wicked, who oppose God’s ways, are ensnared by the transgression of their own lips. So we go from the presence of a foolish man, and we learn none of his ways. For the plans of the wicked will be overthrown, but the tent of the righteous will flourish. In the revenue of the wicked there is trouble; but in the house of the righteous, those who serve the living God, there is great treasure. Though the proud in heart join forces together, none will go unpunished; and all those who speak lies will perish.

The wise man scales the city walls of the mighty and brings down the stronghold in which they trust. So we take up the weapons of our warfare, which are mighty through God for the pulling down of strongholds. In the Name of Jesus, we scale the city walls of the mighty, and we pull down the strongholds of the enemy in which they trust. We demolish every argument and imagination that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, in this people and in this nation, by the Blood of Jesus and in His Holy Name.

There is no wisdom or undertanding or counsel that can stand against the Lord. Their horses may be prepared for a battle, but our deliverance and our victory comes from the Lord. For the Lord overthrows the words of the faithless, and their words hang limp, lame, and devoid of power to affect anything. When the enemies of God dig a pit, they fall into it themselves. When the enemies of God roll a stone, it rolls back upon them. For nothing is hidden that will not be revealed. And the things that they have spoken in the dark will be shouted from the housetops. They scoff and seek to set cities aflame, but through the prayer of the wise wrath is turned away.

Now the voice of rejoicing and salvation is in our tents, oh Lord God. For Your right hand, oh Lord, has done valiantly. Your right hand, oh Lord, is exalted. You are the Lord, and You have given us light!

Pastor Ray…

I love that! It’s just the Word, the Word, the Word, the Word. That’s a lot of Word (ha, ha, ha).

Ms. Annie…

Six hundred years before Jesus physically manifested in the earth, the prophet Micah said a baby would be born in Bethlehem. I’ve heard Brother Copeland teach on this. There is so much in that because if you look at what happened in those 600 years: they were invaded, the Syrian’s set up their idol in the Temple and there was all kinds of stuff that went on. It looked like God’s plan would never come to pass. But when God says something, it’s going out there and it can never come back. It’s working! It’s working! It’s working!

So, when we say His Words, they are working, they’re working, they’re working, they’re working! And it could look like the world’s falling down around us but we know, no matter what’s happening…. Right! His Word is working, working, working, working! Hallelujah.

Pastor Ray…

I saw a headline and I don’t remember where I saw it but you mentioned the Temple. The third Temple is right on the verge of being built. It’s all Word and we know that’s going to happen.
