So, this morning on my way to prayer there was road construction everywhere. Road construction is inconvenient. There are holes in the pavement and nothing looks right and there are people in the way. And He said to me “But what happens after the road construction?” The roads are better. The path is smoother. And Pastor Ray just said “It’s restored.”
When there is a lot of road construction going on, we can trust Him. And even when it hurts and you are like “What are you doing?” It’s all for our good.

I like that. There is always construction going on. It’s called restoration. But God…
Ms. Annie, when you were singing about the rain, something reminded me about this scripture.
(6) And He raised us up together with Him and made us sit down together [giving us joint seating with Him] in the heavenly sphere [by virtue of our being] in Christ Jesus (the Messiah, the Anointed One). Ephesians 2:6 (AMPC)
Doesn’t that give you a picture of glory? Before that it says:
(4) But God—so rich is He in His mercy! Because of and in order to satisfy the great and wonderful and intense love with which He loved us,
(5) Even when we were dead (slain) by [our own] shortcomings and trespasses, He made us alive together in fellowship and in union with Christ; [He gave us the very life of Christ Himself, the same new life with which He quickened Him, for] it is by grace (His favor and mercy which you did not deserve) that you are saved (delivered from judgment and made partakers of Christ’s salvation).
(6) And He raised us up together with Him and made us sit down together
The way that says that… it’s like “here, sit down.” He raised us up and then he sat us down together.

The song is from the seventh chapter of Hosea which is prophesying Ephesians Two. Hosea was prophesying that He will raise us up to live before Him. That’s Old Testament understanding because in Ephesians, we are seated with Him. Whoa!

This morning while we are lifting and being lifted, I just have this coming up to pray over steps. At the beginning when Ms. Jeani said that about construction, we are being constructed or reconstructed, being made new, and we have individually, we have steps that we have to take corporately, steps that we must take.
And I want to pray over the steps for our country, the steps politically speaking, the steps for our leaders to take, the steps for our schools to take. I just, when you kept singing that about the rain, I saw us just making sure we get in it. I don’t know how to describe it. Have you ever gone out purposefully in the rain naturally, just to get wet? That we would move out and receive and see the increase of God’s rain upon us and the steps. We know they are ordered but we know we must see or even hear the steps, see them, hear them, walk them out. And so, it’s individually, its’ corporately together like I said, steps for our pastors to take and make, steps for our church, this church, all of the body of Christ, steps that the church must take in these days.
Father, we lift these steps up. And by the precious blood of the Lamb we plead the blood on behalf of all of us. I plead the precious holy blood of Jesus over steps that are ordained from heaven, heaven steps, not baby steps but steps that are ordained, taking ourselves, moving ourselves continually in the rain of the Spirit, being directed by You and by Your precious Holy Spirit in us moving through us. Thank You that You made a place for us in heaven above and we purpose this morning to take that place. We take our place. We take the position that You have given each one of us to walk out our race. We know that in that race there is a pace. There is time to take a step, a time to stay on that step, fulfill what we needed to fulfill on that step. Then there is a predestine time.
So, time, the times are moving more quickly than ever before. And as we get closer and as we close in on the last of the last days, steps or the pace or the time is being quickened. It’s moving more quickly than ever before. So, we watch as we pray. We pray over the steps for our country. First of all praying for those in authority. We pray over the steps, things would be lined up, right on time.
Steps, lining the things up, getting those in the position that they need to be into, rearranging, changing, reconstructing, renewing, making whole. Praying over President Trump’s steps in Jesus’ name. We declare the right steps at the right time going in the right way. Gate, gates, gates, doors, opportunities, ways through, gates that needed to be opened, opening up the gates, opening up the ways, opening up the steps in Jesus’ name.
And things that were still broken up or broken away or not right, be made right, be restored. Many, many, many new steps, many more steps, many more right steps, things that were broken be made whole in Jesus’ name. While we are here, we take authority and hold that precious blood against every LIE of the enemy! Deceptive ways, untruths be rendered inoperative in Jesus’ name! Restored, the right steps, the new steps, answers, answers, help!
The Church, the Church, for alinement, lining up to the Word, lining up to the steps, lining up in the rain. Word, word, words spoken, words that must be declared, words! We pull up the stakes right now and we push them way out there for a great expansion for the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ from nation to nation to nation all over the globe, an expansion of the Church, an increase of the Church, momentum in the Church, a perseverance in the Church.
Yes, okay, thank You, Lord, a great awakening in the name of Jesus! Bend the Church Lord! Bend the Church Lord for a spirit of prayer to be loosed in the church of the Lord Jesus Christ. For a call in Jesus’ name, putting a stop to some things that held us back, putting a stop using that precious blood this morning, and applying that blood over situations that have held the church back, held the church down, stopped the church from moving in the right plans or right ways in Jesus’ name. So, we are demanding the enemy to take His hands off and we are commanding Ooooohhh by the blood of the Lamb, declaring this morning “Increase!” Hallelujah, thank You, Lord.
Increase, increase for the Church, not man’s ways but the ways of heaven, authority from heaven, heaven sent authority in Jesus’ name.
I am trying to get over to schools, not just Christian school but schools where there are teachers that know what Your Word has said, know what’s right and what’s wrong. Lord, we lift up the steps of those that know the right way, Your plan, and Your purpose in these days. Schools, classrooms where teachers would begin to stand up! for Your will and for Your plan. Oh, my, my, my, my! A change, a paradigm shift so to speak in Jesus’ name, it’s like an awakening to what God really wants to take place. Colleges! Oh, for an awakening in our universities, an awakening to the plan and the purpose of God almighty! A turnaround, a turnaround, beginning to turn it around, beginning to shift it over into a different way. Oh my!
We dig up those wells so to speak, those platforms that many of these universities were founded upon. Let the bells begin to ring again! Let the Word begin to be declared again! Let there be a turnaround! Let there be a transition, a restoration – be made right, be made whole, be restored in Jesus’ name! Oooohhh! We sound the alarm! It’s time for change!

The price has been paid for every Ivy League school.
The price has already been paid for you.
The foundation has already been laid for you.
The ransom has already been paid for you.
Be the school you were called to be and do it now.
Father, we thank You now for a holy sense of urgency in the schools, not tomorrow. Those that have been thinking to rise up, those that have heard Your voice and said “tomorrow I will stand.” No! Stand today, stand now! The time is now to stand!
The urgency of the Spirit like a river that is spread forth flowing through the schools speaking out of the teachers. Holy Spirit, You flow out of the mouths of the teachers! They teach freedom. We thank You today that they only teach freedom! We shut the mouth of bondage. We forbid bondage to be taught any longer! Thank You for the urgency of the Spirit. Rise up! Rise up now!

It’s by the Spirit of God. It’s through the Spirit of the Living God. An open heaven over every school.

So in the end, the Word says that we will see Satan and think “it was you?”
Anything that has kept people from rising up. Let us look at that thing and say “It was you?”
Open our eyes Daddy! You are the Father that knows how to speak to Your children and the earth is crying out for us to show up! I thank You right now that we have eyes to see and a mouth to say “it was you?” The thing that would hold you back is nothing! It is nothing because the greater One lives in you! He not only lives in you, He’s alive in you!
And I would speak over the Church right now and say “You can do it! You can do it!” So, do it.
Father, we thank You right now that fear has no place in the schools, that fear that comes in disguised as political correctness or tolerance or being cool. Thank You, that truth is cool! Let them experience freedom and let them want more of it. Let freedom be exposed! Let freedom have its place! And let a greater hunger for freedom come! let there be freedom protests! Let the students come together and demand freedom and let it shake hell! And let it shake hell! And let it shake hell.

There is no sense in going back. There is no sense in rehashing what the enemy tried to do to you. There is no sense in going over it and going over it and going over it. It’s time for a new step. It’s time to lock the door on the past and see the door opened into the future and see it as He sees it – Bright! Light! Overcoming! Victorious Breakthroughs whenever they are necessary and a way through that only He will do! And He did it and it’s done and it’s finished and it’s over! So walk into the new! Step up! Step out! Step forward and March! Take the steps!
Hallelujah! Lord we do, we will, we get it, it’s over! It’s done! Oh, thank You for the new, new days, even this day, today. We’ve not been here, this day, before. It’s a new day, a new time, new ways, new words, new concepts, new ideas, new revelations of the authority, new receptivity to the reign of the Spirit. Hallelujah! Glory! Thank You Lord.

We are yielding to it, receiving it, Your fire, the rain, the holy oil of Your precious Holy Spirit, the wind that brings absolute heaven’s change.
Thank You, Lord, that today we are filled. Today, we are loosed. Today, we are on fire! Today, we’ve been refilled and restored! We’ve gone through the construction zone and we’ve been restored and made new! And our words create because when they are based on Your Words, they make things new.
We thank You for these new steps, new doors of opportunity, new favor, and new plans. Today, we thank You for it and give You glory and honor in Jesus’ name. Amen.
