Annie led group in worship…

Pastor Ray…

It’s His joy within us when we totally are free of all the debris. Just thirsty, hungry, desiring more of Him. It’s His plan for us to completely be so saturated with His freedom.

It’s joy unspeakable. The rhema word that becomes so true in me and you… hallelujah! Thank You, Lord… You’re worthy…

I had this thought when we were lifting Him up; I went back to about 30 years ago here at Living Word. I remember Pastor Lynne telling a group of us in a prayer meeting… we were praying and then she stopped and said, “All of you that are in here right now, it’s not always going to be like this. It’s not going to stay the same.” We were like, “What?” We had prayed together for a long time. “What do you mean it’s not going to be the same?” She said, “People come, people go.” Basically, she said it’s not going to stay the same. But the one thing we can count on is that He is always the same. He’s such a good God, good friend and leader. But I had thought same thought come to me when Annie was lifting Him up… that we not waste any time in His presence that make sure that we enter in because the times we’re in right now, it won’t always be this way. Things are always changing. We need to make the most of our time when we enter in like this. We must not waste a second. No daydreaming or fearing wondering about what will happen, asking questions… just enter into Him.

I’m not saying “you’re leaving” or “I’m leaving.” I’m just saying things always change. But thank God, we know that looking back over the years that You are always faithful and good. Your Word is true. You said You’d never leave us. You haven’t left us. And you will not leave us.

I had some scriptures that I want to go through. I want to share this one because it goes along with that we’re been singing about. This is Psalm 1:36, Message:

1-3 Thank God! He deserves your thanks.
His love never quits.
Thank the God of all gods,
His love never quits.
Thank the Lord of all lords.
His love never quits.

4-22 Thank the miracle-working God,
His love never quits.

Are you getting the message? His love never quits!

The God whose skill formed the cosmos,
His love never quits.
The God who laid out earth on ocean foundations,
His love never quits.
The God who filled the skies with light,
His love never quits.
The sun to watch over the day,
His love never quits. …
Split the Red Sea right in half,
His love never quits.
Led Israel right through the middle,
His love never quits.
Pastor Ray continued…

I’m reminded of this right now. In Isaiah 60 it says, “Arise [from the depression and prostration in which circumstances have kept you—rise to a new life]! Shine (be radiant with the glory of the Lord), for your light has come, and the glory of the Lord has risen upon you!” So when the enemy keeps bringing up stuff, we rise up from it and we can speak it forth over our nation. We’re going into 2020 and we’re not going to give up. Our commission is to continually declare for the enemy to stop, to keep pushing him back. You know we can overdose on news and it can being us to a place of depression. But the good news lifts us up so we’ll continually do what He’s called us to do.

Let’s look at Isaiah 59. I love this scripture. We can see it happening in our nation… all the things we look at or listen to where the enemy seems to be making a mess. Isaiah 59:19 says, “So [as the result of the Messiah’s intervention] they shall [reverently] fear the name of the Lord from the west, and His glory from the rising of the sun. When the enemy shall come in like a flood…” It doesn’t say “if” he comes. It says “when.” “When the enemy shall come in like a flood, the Spirit of the Lord will lift up a standard against him and put him to flight [for He will come like a rushing stream which the breath of the Lord drives].”

Doesn’t that give you a good picture? It’s like God almighty is blowing that rushing stream against the enemy. That’s why we can say the enemy is defeated. He’s under our feet. We’re not so depressed by what we see in the natural. Instead, we’re encouraged by what we see in the supernatural.

I wanted to pray just one, maybe four verses of Psalm 91.

Thank You, Lord… rich. That’s a word that just came up in my spirit. Rich! I mean wealthy! The richness of God almighty from heaven above coming to us and through us, He’s called us to be rich. Wealthy in every area. It’s spirit wealth. You know, prosperity—spirit, soul, and body. When we think about what He’s done for us, what He’s doing for us, what He will continually do for us, we can’t help but know that we’re rich. We serve a powerful almighty God. A good God. A faithful Father. Thank You, thank You, thank You, Lord. Annie, let’s sing in other tongues for a little bit.

♪ Oh, My Word is like a hammer… it breaks the hardest rock… My Word is like a fire… it’s like a fire… so use it when you talk… use My Word when you talk… open your mouth wide and I will fill it… you shall decide and decree a thing… and it will be established unto you… so open your mouth wide and I will fill it… with My words that are like a hammer… they break the hardest rock… My words are like a fire, like a fire… so use them when you talk… use my words when you talk… and you shall decide and decree my words… over every situation… and My words will be established for you… and My life will shine upon your pathway… oh hallelujah… have I not said to you, no word of Mine is devoid of power… it’s quick… it’s sharp, sharper than a two-edged sword… so open your mouth wide and I will fill it… I said I’ll fill it with My words… for My words, they are like a hammer and they break the hardest rock… they’re like a fire… so use My words when you talk… glory to the Lamb of God… slain for us… ♪

Pastor Ray…

Thank You for Your Word… it’s a hammer… breaks those things that would try to hold us back… it breaks lack… it breaks away depression… Your words are so powerful… thank You for it. For he who dwells in the secret place of the Most High shall remain stable, fixed, under the shadow of the Almighty whose power no foe can withstand… I will say of  the Lord He is my refuge and my fortress, my God.. On Him I lean and rely and in him I constantly trust… For then he will deliver you from the snare of the fowler and from the deadly pestilence… and then He will cover you with His pinions and under His wing shall you trust and find refuge. His truth and faithfulness are a shield. It is good and delightful thing to give thanks to the Lord to sing praises with music to Your name, O Most High… to show forth Your loving kindness. In the morning. And your faithfulness by night beyond compromisingly righteous shall flourish like the Palm tree… be long lived, stately, upright, useful and fruitful. They shall grow like a cedar in Lebanon, majestic, stable, durable and incorruptible… that’s us. Planted in the house of the Lord, they shall flourish in the courts of our God, growing in grace, they shall still bring forth fruit in old age. They shall be full of sap or spiritual vitality and rich in trust and love and contentment. They are living memorials to show that the Lord is upright and faithful to His word. He is my rock and there is no unrighteousness in Him. O come let us sing to the Lord, let us make a joyful noise to the rock of our salvation. Let us come before His presence with thanksgiving. Let us make a joyful noise to Him with songs of praise… for the Lord is a great God. And a great king above all gods. In His hand are the deep places of the earth and the heights. The strength of the hills are His also. The sea is His for He made it. And His hands formed the dry land. O come, let us worship and bow down. Let us kneel before the Lord our maker in reverent praise and supplication for He is our God and we are the people of His pasture and the sheep. Today if you will hear His voice, sing to the Lord a new song. Sing to the Lord all the earth. Sing to the Lord, blessed, affectionately praise His name… show forth His salvation from day to day. Declare His glory among the nations. His marvelous works among the peoples. Miracles and signs and supernatural happenings. For great is the Lord and greatly to be praised. He is to be reverently feared and worshiped above all so-called gods… for all the gods of the nations are lifeless idols. But the Lord made the heavens. Honor and majesty are before Him. Strength and beauty are in His sanctuary. Ascribe to the Lord glory and strength. Hallelujah.

Annie, let’s sing “God, You’re so good.”

Pastor Ray…

You might be thinking right now, “I thought I came to a prayer meeting.” This is a prayer meeting! This is prayer. And the more we lift Him up with all of our hearts, the more the words we say and the prayers that we pray, they’ll come to pass. I keep hearing this inside me so I’m just going to say it. Someone either in this room or out over the Internet, God has given you a plan and you can see some things clearly. But a lot of other things, you can’t see. And maybe you’ve questioned whether you’ll ever get to the victory or get to the place that you feel He’s called you to. But I believe when Annie sang, “He’s always faithful, He doesn’t quit,” I want to declare this over whoever that is. Maybe it’s more than one person. Don’t stop and don’t quit believing what He’s put within your heart. Because you don’t know all the things that He’s already lined up… connections, relationships. For His plan will come to pass. They are coming to pass. So take that word this morning and the song that we were singing and do not quit before the victory comes. Speak it. Declare it forth. See it with the eyes of your heart. This is actually to all of us. I’m speaking to myself too. Do not stop. Do not quit before the victory comes. Many have stopped and pulled over to the side before victory day was about to come forth. So do not step aside. Do not step back or go back or turn around. But stay steadfast and contend with every fiber of your being and with all of your heart and continually contend for the plan and the fullness of what God has given to each one of us. We’re not quitting.

It’s not common. It’s not normal. It’s not the way it was. It’ll never be. So more is at stake than you ever thought it was. Many other names are depending on you and what you do.

Pastor Folu…

As Pastor Ray was speaking, the Lord reminded me about our senior Pastor Mac and how he yielded to the Spirit of God many years ago. I’m talking about the supernatural. And this man by the spirit of God, as most of you saw in a video, he jumped up on the pulpit and ended up in the flower bed. You know what the Spirit of God said saints? Like Pastor Ray was saying, that man yielded. He was obedient to the Spirit of God and the Lord said that, that night it was the beginning for this ministry of the supernatural. And because this man yielded to the Spirit of God and did something that was very unconventional, saints, that’s the days we’re in. Doing the unconventional. Doing things that the Spirit of God has revealed to you and you stepping out. And because of this man’s obedience, all the revival we had in the 90s, all the supernatural things that have been happening hinged on that. He didn’t know it back them, that what “I’m about to do” that it would launch this ministry into the realm of the supernatural. And it did. So just like he said, there might be some things that Lord is showing you in your spirit so just step out. Step out.
