Deep calleth unto deep. We know that is in Psalm 42:7. Just a couple different translations. Here is from NIV: “Deep calls to deep in the roar of your waterfalls; all your waves and breakers have swept over me.” English Standard: “Deep calls to deep at the roar of your waterfalls; all your breakers and your waves have gone over me.” There’s one down here further I wanted to get to. “One deep stream calls out to another at the sound of your water falls; all your billows and waves overwhelm me.” International Standard: “Deep waters call out to what is deeper still; at the roar of your waterfalls all your breakers and your waves swirled over me.”
So we’re calling for breakthroughs, when we lift up our country and what is happening in our country. We call for breakthroughs or a breakthrough. Yesterday, a lady had her phone on. I said, “Do you have something?” She said, “Yes, I have Psalm 64. I’ve been using this over and over and over.” I wanted to read it first from the Amplified.
Lord, we know You are the God of the breakthrough. We lift You up and magnify who You are. Those that come against us, they are defeated. We come against the work of the enemy, not against man but against the devil. Based on what Your Word has said, he is a defeated foe. Not only have we overcome, but we’ve overcome through the precious blood of the Lamb and the word of our testimony saying, “We’ve overcome!” So that no weapon formed against us can prosper. But we prosper in what we put our hands to and we prosper in what we put our lips or our mouths to and declare based on what You have said in Your Word. We magnify You and thank You for breaking through in realms that we didn’t even know needed breakthroughs. Thank you for revealing unto us new, changes, more and more of You and Your precious holy presence. Thank You for Your presence. We need more, we open our hearts for more, we yield more than we’ve ever yielded before. We need Your presence to manifest. We believe and trust in Your Word. We are in expectation knowing that we don’t have to work it out. We just declare forth things You’ve already accomplished. Thank You for what was done on the Cross when Jesus said, “It is finished.” As members of Your body, we rise to the occasion always based on what You’ve said.

I keep hearing this in my heart: “If during your day, the 24 hours that each day holds, if we’d pause periodically and do what we’re doing right now, welcome more of My presence, your eyes and internal hearts will know I’m with you and working on your behalf. Things are changing and you will be lifted up when you look up, pause, hear, see, know that I’m with You. There is comfort there. Of course, there’s help, direction, favor. My favor goes before you and it’ll make a way where there is no way. Selah.
So we pause periodically to take a minute and remind ourselves of what You’re doing, that it’s good, and You have our backs. We honor and respect You. We’ve chosen to do the best we can do. Thank You for the comfort and strength and revelation and restoration given by Your Spirit. Thank You for it, Lord.
Now I want to go down Psalm 64. We were just talking about the things that were happening in Washington DC. If I can just put it like this: not every word spoken is a truthful word. We know that’s true. We’re believing for the lies and inaccuracies to be exposed. The devil’s plans and ways to be exposed. So listen to Psalms 64.
Hear my voice, O God, in my complaint; guard and preserve my life from the terror of the enemy.
Pastor Ray interjects… Again, we’re not coming against man. We’re coming against the enemy.
2 Hide me from the secret counsel and conspiracy of the ungodly, from the scheming of evildoers,
Pastor Ray interjects… Does that sound familiar?
3 Who whet their tongues like a sword, who aim venomous words like arrows, 4 Who shoot from ambush at the blameless man; suddenly do they shoot at him, without self-reproach or fear. 5 They encourage themselves in an evil purpose, they talk of laying snares secretly; they say, Who will discover us? 6 They think out acts of injustice and say, We have accomplished a well-devised thing! For the inward thought of each one [is unsearchable] and his heart is deep. 7 But God will shoot an unexpected arrow at them; and suddenly shall they be wounded. 8 And they will be made to stumble, their own tongues turning against them; all who gaze upon them will shake their heads and flee away. 9 And all men shall [reverently] fear and be in awe; and they will declare the work of God, for they will wisely consider and acknowledge that it is His doing. 10 The [uncompromisingly] righteous shall be glad in the Lord and shall trust and take refuge in Him; and all the upright in heart shall glory and offer praise.

Now listen to this in the Passion Translation beginning in verse 7.
But all the while God has his own fire-tipped arrows! Suddenly, without warning, they will be pierced and struck down.
8 Staggering backward they will be destroyed by the very ones they spoke against. All who see this will view them with scorn. 9 Then all will stand awestruck over what God has done, seeing how he vindicated the victims of these crimes. 10
The lovers of God will be glad, rejoicing in the Lord. They will be found in his glorious wrap-around presence, singing songs of praise to God!

Hallelujah! What happens when we praise Him? It stills the enemy. So I want to read this confession. I wanted to go through it, declaring it over our nation and leaders. Brother Hagin talked a lot about the 60s. Not everyone here was around in the 60s. All, excuse me, hell was breaking out in the nation, rebellion. What brother Hagin said is that it would not have happened if the Church had taken its place in prayer. So that’s what we’re doing today.
Petition for America, Elections, and Caravan
Father, in the name of Jesus and according to Your Word, we pray for those in authority in every area of our nation. Firstly, we lift up the workers of righteousness, those who labor tirelessly to uphold Your righteous standard and statues. Crown them with Your wisdom, discernment, strength, courage, favor, and success. And for those other ones, Father, we pray that You’d bless them with the fear of God in their hearts and a Damascus-road experience so that they may turn totally away from darkness and walk in the light and become mighty warriors for Your kingdom.
Prayed… Turning… we declare a turn in the name of Jesus… a shift, a complete shift or turnaround… God breaking through… we pray these things out that we don’t know about… line things up… open up avenues…
As for the wolves in sheep’s clothing and those who are unrepentant, we ask that they’d be quickly removed from their positions of honor so they can mislead Your people no more.
Prayed… Taken out… moved out… away… shut down in the name of Jesus.
We plead the blood of Jesus over President Trump, Vice President Pence, William Bar, over their families, staff, cabinet members, and all who will join hands with him and with You to defend and rebuild this nation. We ask for the 7-fold Spirit to rest upon them right now: Let your Word cling to them and let them not depart from Your plan. Strengthen them with mighty power by Your Spirit to stand against lies, hatred, wickedness, and deception. Guide President Trump’s decisions; let Your light shine upon his path and show him the path of complete reversal of every evil way. We hold the blood of Jesus against the root cause of these evil ways and command it to be uprooted and be removed.
Prayed… We declare this morning that some things, right now, in these present days will absolutely be cut off, never to be heard of again! In Jesus’ name. The blood of Jesus! The blood stops, makes a way… out at the root in Jesus’ name…
We declare as the Church, the legislative body of Christ, that the time is up for those who are corrupt in all areas of society… be they in our educational system, businesses, the arts, entertainment, churches, families, media and all level of government such as the judges, senators, congressmen, governors, mayors, councilmen, those in all levels of our government, the FBI, CIA, DOJ, DOD the State Dept., the Supreme Court, the White House, the law enforcement, the military, the schools, media, entertainment, businesses, and churches, etc.

Yesterday, Annie brought up Acts 13 about Elymas the sorcerer. He was coming against the Word, trying to turn things around. He was trying to take the straight way and make it crooked, the opposite of what we’re to do. When Paul heard what Elymas was doing… I just love this… He looked steadily in the eyes of Elymas. He just stared him down. These are things that have to be broken and that’s why we’re declaring these things today. He said, “You master in every form of deception and recklessness… that’s the devil. He’s coming against the devil working through Elymas. “and wickedness, you son of the devil, you enemy of everything that is upright and good, will you never stop perverting and making crooked the straight paths of the Lord and plotting against His saving purposes?” The bottom line—souls. What he was doing was coming against Sergius Paulus and trying to stop him from coming to the light. Which he did do after Paul said to Elymas, “The hand of the Lord is upon you, and you will be blind, [so blind that you will be] unable to see the sun for a time. …
12 Then the proconsul believed…’ So signs, wonders, supernatural events in these days are happening. They will happen more and more. More souls. That is the bottom line, for souls to come into the kingdom. We’re believing for those that are standing up against the plan and purpose of God for our nation that they can come into the kingdom too… have a shift, a turnaround.
We ask for Your divine justice to fall right now. That would include today with all the grandstanding in congress. We ask for the exposure of all corruption, workers of iniquity, any scheme, any plots, plans against our nation … and justice shall be rendered… We ask for divine justice to fall. We pray for their souls to come into Your kingdom.

But Your divine justice has to be done now in our nation and even throughout the whole earth and Lucifer’s kingdom to come to an end. We decree and declare it is over for the new world order. The army of God is rising up and taking its rightful place. Father, let there be changes in politics, education, family, media, entertainment, businesses, churches, and all areas of our society, in Jesus’ name.
As the legislative body of Christ, we enforce the crumbling of the abortion laws with the shedding of innocent blood in our land. Planned Parenthood and all its demonic inspired influence organizations, businesses, entities and individuals. Lord, continually surround our President with godly people who impart wise counsel to him. We bind any infiltration of Jezebel into his faith council. Father, crown our President with unprecedented unparalleled wisdom and discernment that come only from You. Bless him with supernatural strength, courage, favor and success. Bless him with safety, peace, strong marriage, and family relationships, creative and effective ideas and solutions.
As You had blessed king David with his mighty men, surround President Trump with stalwart and loyal people who’d stand with him to push back darkness and be victorious. Speak to him Yourself, Lord, in dreams and visions and even in an audible voice and the voice of strangers he will not follow.
Cause the way of the wicked to be set to confusion and come to nothing. Deliver us from the traps and snares the enemy has laid for us and let the wicked be caught in their own devices and be brought to shame. Let prideful and lying lips be silenced in Jesus’ name. Slanderers will not be established in America.
Let wisdom from above reign in our nation and be constantly speaking to our leaders—everyone in the Congress, the White House, the Supreme Court, in the board room the CEOs, the university, the chancellors, the regents, the professors, the generals, the sergeants, the policeman, the border agents—and help them to humble themselves and submit to Your will, dear Lord.
We cast down and demolish imaginations and arguments against the knowledge of God and we bring into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ. We bind spirits of deception, division, witchcraft, lewdness, perversion, murder, suicide, violence, hatred, civil wars, tumults, hostility, lawlessness, blasphemy, and fires from hell that have burned in our cities.
We decree and declare and is established that we’ll have victory after victory in Jesus’ name. Father, we ask you’d open spiritual eyes and ears, hearts to be receptive to stand behind Your anointed and appointed, President Trump and Your merciful will for our nation. We hold the blood of Jesus breaking every curse, he, vex, incantation, voodoo, witchcraft of all kinds that ever leveled at our President, every righteous defender and re-builder, their families and everyone who stand in the gap and pray for our President and our country. We bind every spirit of backlash, retaliation, retribution, revenge, hindrance or delay that come against any of us. In Jesus’ name, we loose the judgment of God on all wicked spirits that are tuning in, that come against any of us or our President and his family. In Jesus’ name we dispatch the warrior angels, mighty hosts of heaven coming against any of us or our President and his family.
In Jesus’ name, we dispatch warring angels, mighty hosts of heaven to go and pull down all the strongholds and the platforms the enemy has been operating against our President, our nation and all the righteous defenders and rebuilders. Destroy all the evil plots and plans, lies and slander, snares and blockages. Enforce the boundaries of our nation. Whatever it takes, justice angels – go! Go in Jesus’ name and especially Washington DC to enforce justice, judgment, and vindication. Clear the way for God’s glorious light to break forth mightily in our nation so that righteousness shall rain down from heaven and then salvation shall break forth from the earth to the praise and glory of the Almighty.
We speak grace over America. We pray and believe the voice of truth, salvation, revival, and restoration to be proclaimed and heard and accepted and firmly installed across our land. We pray for a mighty outpouring of Your Spirit with signs, wonders, and miracles that will usher in a great awakening. The harvest of souls, Lord. Father, let Your mighty work in America become a beacon of hope for people everywhere. However, whoever wishes to come into this country shall go through the lawful way. We expect the voices of rejoicing to be heard in our nation for Your goodness, mercy and prosperity in Jesus’ name. Amen.
