Romans 12:2 says, “Do not be conformed to this world or age…” this is the Amplified. “Do not be conformed to this world (this age), [fashioned after and adapted to its external, superficial customs], but be transformed (changed) by the [entire] renewal of your mind [by its new ideals and its new attitude], so that you may prove [for yourselves] what is the good and acceptable and perfect will of God, even the thing which is good and acceptable and perfect [in His sight for you]. For by the grace (unmerited favor of God) given to me I warn everyone among you not to estimate and think of himself more highly than he ought [not to have an exaggerated opinion of his own importance], but to rate his ability with sober judgment, each according to the degree of faith apportioned by God to him.”
In this days, in all the things that are shaking around the world, we believers must stay here. We have to be in our hearts. We never want to be out of or away from our hearts and move into some sort of religious way where we sound good, act right, but it’s not coming from our hearts. Nothing will come from it. It has to be a heart cry.
I was reminded of something that happened 25 or more years ago. We had meetings in our other building. Patsy Cameneti who at that time was Patsy Behrman. She came to do meeting. We were in the sanctuary and the sanctuary was needed for something else, so we moved to one of the children’s areas. She was going to finish the first part and then we would go to this other room. I don’t remember what she said. I remember she was wearing white. That’s all I can remember! Something she said… Have you ever heard someone say, “I heard you say that etc., etc.” And you go, “I don’t ever remember saying that.” But you heard that. Many times we receive by the Spirit things that maybe the speaker didn’t even say! Something happened. The presence of God, for me, it didn’t seem like it affected anyone else that I could see. She finished speaking the first part. Now we were going to the other room. Everyone got up, including my wife, Sandy. Everybody left. I couldn’t leave. All I could do was weep. Uncontrollably! Embarrassing. I had to stay in there until I could leave. I could not leave then just to go to another room because I was already “in another room.” Get it? What the presence of God did was open up my heart wider. Throw the door open. Whatever He has by the Spirit, the door swings open. We’ll make decisions that we didn’t even know we were supposed to make, didn’t even know we had a choice. I remember making a decision to enter more into prayer. I didn’t know what it all meant, but I knew to receive it and do the best I could to move more into the ministry of prayer. When His presence comes, you will obey. You’ll say “yes,” because your heart has been opened. When Mary stopped singing and we all paused for a while, it wasn’t awkward. It was a time for us to open up.
I want to go over a couple things. We must continue to pray for the President and our leaders. I have a petition here. I want to read a couple pages from it. It’s a different way of praying. It’s a petition. The Bible says to remind Him of His Word.
Prayer of petition…
Lord, the heathen peoples, those that are outside of covenant with You, have thronged tumultuously together. They’ve plotted a vain and empty thing against You and against Your anointed. But You, Lord, have said that the plots and the plans of the wicked shall come to nothing.
No plan, no plot against this ministry, Living Word Christian Center, against our Pastors Mac and Lynne, against the plan and purpose, the vision that God has given to this church shall come to pass. It shall not. Those plans of the enemy shall come to nothing.
We believe Your Word, Lord, so we do not fear them. For by Your power and anointing, they are bread for us. Their defense and shadow of protection has departed from them. But You are with us and we are well able to go up and take the promise and take the Promised Land, which You have destined for our blessing. You, Lord, have covered our heads in the day of battle and You do not grant the desires of the wicked. You allow the evil of their own lips to cover them and You do not allow a slanderer to be established in the earth. Our eyes are upon You, O God, and in You we take refuge. You keep us from the snares that they have laid for us and from the traps of the workers of iniquity. You let the wicked fall into their own nets while Your people escape safely. You set a guard, Lord, over their mouths and keep us from practicing wicked works with man who work iniquity. We refuse to eat of their so called delicacies. Or to take part in their counsel. We make no friendships with angry men and we do not learn their ways. We do not envy the violent and we choose none of their ways. For the way of the wicked is as deep darkness and they do not know at what they stumble, but the path of the just is as a shining light that grows brighter and brighter. And by Your Word, our path is well lit, plain and straight, right out before us. We will set nothing wicked before our eyes. We hate the work of those who fall away from Your ways and Your Word and it shall not cling to us. A perverse heart will depart from us and we refuse to know or be acquainted with wickedness. We choose to behave wisely in Your perfect way, O God.
When will You come to us? We learn Your ways, Father God, and we choose Your thoughts. For Your ways are higher than Our ways and Your thoughts are higher than our thoughts. We choose Your wisdom and Your words for the so called wisdom of this world is vanishing away and coming to nothing. But the Word of God stands forever. We do not walk in the counsel of the ungodly, nor do we stand in the ways of the sinners, nor do we sit in the seat of mockers. We delight ourselves in You and in Your Word, Father, and in Your laws. And we do meditate day and night, for You watch over the way of the godly but the way of the wicked will vanish and come to nothing. Righteous Father, the foolish things that You’ve chosen are wiser than the wisest wisdom of this world. And the weak things that You’ve chosen are stronger than the strongest things of this world. Your gentle two-edged tongue of truth will break a bone. You break the shields of the wicked and You cause the wars they incite to cease, stop. Your Word, O Lord, is settled forever in the heavens. There is none who can deliver out of Your hand, Lord. For You will work and who will reverse it? So, Lord, we decide and decree things You’ve declared in Your Word and those things will be established for us. Your light will shine upon our pathway.
Now, Lord, look on the threats of those who oppose Your ways and grant unto us, Your Servants, boldness, that with all boldness we may speak Your Word, that we may declare Your Word boldly as we ought to do. For Your Word runs swiftly through the earth, and Your Word is not chained. It will not return to You void, but it will prosper in the thing to which it is sent. Shall not the righteous God avenge His own elect who cry out to Him day and night? Yes, He shall avenge them speedily! And when the Son of Man returns, we desire that He would find faith in us, His people! Yes, Lord, may You find faith in us. Your words, Lord, are pure words, and You will keep us and preserve us from this generation forever. Concerning the works of men, the word of Your lips keeps us from the path of the destroyer. Now arise, Lord, and confront those who oppose Your righteous ways. Confront them and cast them down.
With the merciful, you will show Yourself merciful, and with the pure, You will show Yourself pure. But with the devious, You will show Yourself shrewd, O God, the Lord. You will save the humble people, but You will bring down the haughty looks. They intended evil against You, Lord; they have devised a plot which they are not able to perform. Therefore, You will make them turn their backs. They will gnash with their teeth and be grieved, and they will melt away. Because they do not regard Your work, O Lord, nor the operation of Your hands, You will destroy their plans and not build them up. You, Lord, bring the counsel of the ungodly to nothing, and you make the plans of the peoples of no effect. But Your counsel, O Lord, stands forever, and the plans of Your heart stand for all generations. We, Your people, are blessed, for our God is the Lord, and we are the people You have chosen for Your inheritance, by the holy, precious blood of Your Sin. Jesus, the anointed one.

We thank You that the blood speaks today… it keeps the destroyer back… it’s alive and working today… we plead that blood over the confirmation hearing of Justice Kavanagh… we declare no weapon, strategy, plot, conspiracy of the enemy shall stand… by Your mercy and grace and power, you expedite that confirmation… none shall gainsay it in Jesus’ name… not one shall stop the plan… we thank You for it… we receive it in Jesus’ name… we plead the blood over all the staff of our President… we declare no weapon, no lies, no harassing demon powers shall prosper… we stand and release our faith and love toward each and every one of them, that they would receive that strength… that they know they are called of God… this is their mission ordained by You… that they would keep their eye on the prize… the restoration of this nation… strengthen them and surround them with godly men and women who will encourage and exhort them… let them know with a surely they are on the right track … we loose angels to assist and work on their behalf… no, it’s not time to quit… or to back down… or move away… we ask for a resurgence and energizing in each and every one of them… let them glimpse into the future… let them see it and know it by Your Spirit… receive strength today… that they walk together… thank You for the anointing on our President… it’s establishing order all across this nation… bringing change to every state… we thank You for it… a great transformation… it’s going to look like she’s ordained to look… the Church is participating in that transformation… she takes her place… she wakes up and says, “I know my place. I know what I’m to do.”… change and transformation in every realm of society… this nation is being changed… thank You for revelation… ears and eyes open… demon powers, you are bound… change in the education system of this nation… to affect the next generation… family structure cohesiveness… guardians educate the young about this nation… they said it couldn’t happen before but it happened… we’re looking for a great sweep again of this nation… in these midterms turning to the right… the rightness of God… thinking and doing… greater cooperation among the nation… laying aside things that don’t matter… major on the major… Jesus…

I got a word for us. Continue! Then I heard Gail behind me say the same thing. Continue on in the things you’ve already started. Continue on as pray-ers. Continue in the realm of prayer. Continue lifting your voice and declare the things that are to come. Continue on in the things you know and the things God has already given unto you. Continue in those things because no the other side there are bigger and greater things. So continue, saith the Lord.
