Morning Prayer Summary for Monday, May 1, 2023

God is up to something good today. We get to align ourselves in prayer with Heaven. Heaven isn’t just a place but a flow. The Lord allows us to participate in the powers of a coming age, experience joy from the resources of another realm – Heaven.

He is watching over His Word in your life to perform it, the promise we hold up in prayer. Our greatest need is to let our hearts be informed with a Heavenly perspective.

24/7 Holy Spirit is speaking to encourage and direct us in our lives. Jesus, our High Priest and Intercessor – working beyond the veil of this realm to always turn things in the right direction.

Let our hearts be informed that He is a good God and He is watching over everything in our lives. Our part is to daily to inform ourselves of all the new things we have in Christ. We live and move and have our being in Him.

Are we being more captivated by who we are in Christ? We must give time and attention and space to the realities of our redemption.

As He is, so are we in this world. This is our new reality. Today is a new day. His grace and mercy is flowing toward those that believe. Let’s stir ourselves up to who we are in Him.

Thank You, Father. This morning we find ourselves not in a problem but in You! You have equipped us with divine assets to do what You have called us to do. We have been redeemed. We died with You and we have been raised with You and seated with You ruling and reigning. We live by believing what Your Word says about us.

Clothed in a robe of rightness. Your face is shining on us. We are accepted, beloved, made right in every way. Thank You that today is a new day. Your graces and mercies are flowing our way. Lord, do what You will in us. Whatever it is You want, the work within and without. Let it be in Jesus’ name.

We give you all cares, worries, distractions, inconsistencies, sickness – we refuse to take the care of those things. We choose to turn to You and worship and bless You! Wonderful Father, Gracious Lord.

Ms. Annie led us in worship

Thank You, Father. Let us never lose sight of Your goodness. Bless You, worship and honor You.

We are living in a day of opportunity. In the midst of turmoil and insufficiency in this world, make no mistake, it is a time of great opportunity as the Church. If you ever studied people of success, one of their greatest secrets is they became successful when everyone else was seeing turmoil, adversity, insufficiency, they saw opportunity. In fact, they took advantage of winter seasons to leverage it for their success. We are placed here for such a time as this.

We are in a season of taking ground.  We don’t have to acquiesce to what surrounds us, we don’t have to be limited by our past experiences. Don’t let the enemy use your history or present circumstances to disqualify you or dismiss you from what God has already made yours. Amen.

“For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek. For in the gospel the righteousness of God is revealed—a righteousness that is by faith from first to last, just as it is written: “The righteous will live by faith.” Romans 1:16

It’s good news! There is eternal life always flowing from the gospel. We have been inserted into time and space to make a difference. Our faith and prayer make a connection to the source of salvation, the need in our world. We are a garden hose as someone once said. Our prayers and our faith connect to the spicket to deliver salvation where it is needed in this world.

For in it the rightness or the beauty of redemption of God is revealed from faith to faith…

16) I refuse to be ashamed of the wonderful message of God’s liberating power unleashed in us through Christ! For I am thrilled to preach that everyone who believes is saved—the Jew first, and then people everywhere! 17) This gospel unveils a continual revelation of God’s righteousness—a perfect righteousness given to us when we believe. And it moves us from receiving life through faith, to the power of living by faith. This is what the Scripture means when it says:

We are right with God through life-giving faith! Romans 1:16-17 (TPT)

Amen. Hallelujah. There is always more. There is ground to be taken.  It’s an hour of opportunity. There is only promotion ahead of you. Don’t get mixed up.

One thing I have learned, I can always school myself and pray myself into victory, a new place in God… What do you mean by that Ken? I can always take time and school myself in the Word or a good faith-based book and pray. It can bring me to a new level of understanding, a new level of freedom in my emotions.

Faith and Prayer make a connection with the source. The word of God and the opportunity to pray are really supernatural navigation tools that have been put in your hands. You have them, you have the answer. You have your breakthrough. You have all things in him. Will you take hold of the simplicity of faith, the simplicity of his word, and school yourself into it?

That’s why the early church learned the secrets of continuance. They continued in the word, they continued in prayer, they continued in the breaking of bread and fellowship day by day. The simplicity of faith, the simplicity of journeying with Jesus. And oftentimes I think that’s what we need to get back to, just reset and recalibrate ourselves to the simplicity of what Jesus has called us to. Which isn’t all this big repertoire of works that we need to engage in and all these things we need to do and things we shouldn’t do – these five lists of this and five lists of that, no.

Let’s get back to what it means to know God, which is to follow Him, to be with Him. You have no greater work today than to be alone with Jesus. Amen. It doesn’t get any more complex than that.

So your opportunity to believe and to have faith and to school yourself in the Word is your opportunity to take ground, your opportunity to grow on the inside. Your opportunity to be prepared for promotion, increase emotionally, relationally, financially, and in your prayer assignments. God has much ground for us that he wants to take through us in this world, in these final days. Amen.

While the enemy is trying to capture our attention and get us to think that it’s all over, in some way, Jesus is cheering the Church on and saying, no, this is your finest hour, your finest day. I’m pressing down on My accelerator of purpose and the miraculous and revival and awakening. Will you be ready for it? Will you be in position for it?

God intends to use you. If you have life in your lungs and a stride in your step, then you are qualified. You are appointed. You are called. You are receiving a summons this morning from Almighty God. He has use for you. He has need for you. There’s much opportunity to take ground for yourself personally, but also for the kingdom and for your future reality in heaven. Glory to God. Thank you, Father. Come on now. Thank you, Jesus.

Let me read something to you that I came across last night. It’s from a little publication called Harold of Is Coming. It’s kind of an old-school newspaper published monthly or bimonthly. It’s actually free. You can probably Google “Herald of His Coming” and just subscribe to it. It has teachings from many well-known teachers like Charles Spurgeon and many others.

Stand In the Gap for America by Sarah Foulkes Moore (1890-1973)

America stands at the crossroads! It is either revival or the dissolving of the church, the home and the government.

History records that in times of crisis in America in the past, God has moved to avert catastrophe overtaking His people. In such crisis hours, He has found some who would work with Him in bringing new mercies to His people. In every national crisis in the past God has found some who would stand in the gap and make up the hedge against the adversary. Upon them God has moved by arousing them to a deep sense of need, which in tum has moved them to intercede for His intervention.

The world and the church are in a mighty conflict. The spiritual warfare is intensifying. The powers of darkness are massing for the last awful struggle. The church has a powerful weapon with which to fight If she will but take to her knees she will be victorious.

The need is for godly intercessors in every church and in every American home and community. More than any other need is that for men and women of prayer and faith who will stand in the gap and stay the frightful spirits of lawlessness, immorality, infidelity and corruption which are swarming over the land.

”I sought for a man among them, that should make up the hedge, and stand in the gap before Me for the land, that I should not destroy it, ” declares the Lord to Ezekiel, “but /found none” (Ezek. 22:30).

This was the pitiful condition in Israel. No one could be found to stand in the gap for the land, hence it was destroyed. Can it be in this hour of chaos and crisis more dire, that there is no man or woman in your community or in your church who will stand in the gap? Is there no man or woman who, seeing the peril, will give himself or herself continually to wrestling by prayer against principalities, against the rulers of darkness, against spiritual wickedness in high places? (Eph. 6:12).

The greatest need in every church, in every community, and in every home, is for a prayer leadership that will stir the people of God to prayer. Talking about the conditions, bewailing the need of America for a spiritual awakening is not enough. The most difficult thing to do is• to get men and women to pray: This is not a day when people readily pray. Few men and women will actually pray. The greatest spiritual need in America is for a praying leadership who will bring the preachers and the church back to prayer.

True Prayer Is Warfare!

True prayer means the expenditures of serious devotion of time, heart and soul that the flesh does not like. To get under the burden of prayer is too strenuous a labor for our present-day, pleasure-loving, ease-indulging membership and ministry. Too much hardship is involved. The children of Zion today do not like the “solemn feast garments” of weeping, mourning and fasting that enables Zion to bring forth.

“Woe, ” pronounced the prophet, “to them that are at ease in Zion” (Amos 6: 1 ).

God help Zion to travail at this crisis end-of-the-age hour! God h lp us to see the need and necessity of prayer and God help us to meet conditions! The allimportant need is for men and women whose hearts are right with God to make prayer a supreme passion of the hour – men and women whose supreme labor for God and country is to cry, “Spare Thy people, 0 Lord, and give not Thine heritage to reproach… (Joel 2: 17).

Summon the Prayer Forces!

There are plenty of preachers and writers who deal eloquently with the need of revival, but not many there are who will at this catastrophic hour give themselves to the necessity of prayer. The church must mobilize on her knees. Christians everywhere must be put to praying.

Revival comes as an answer to the heart cries of God’s people, the most insistent and urgent pleas. The most fervent exhortation need to be sounded forth at this hour to put the saints everywhere to praying. Amen.

Thank you, Father. Thank you, Lord Jesus. Hallelujah. Hallelujah. Hallelujah.

Lord, let that just be planted in us this morning. Let our hearts be softened to receive the seed of what you’re saying. You’re calling us to our knees. You’re calling us to a greater surrender. You’re saying to us, church, come to me, church. Give yourself over to Me. So, Lord, let your cry, your invitation, your summons, as it were, let it be planted in us. Let it be planted deeply in our church. We pray, Lord, that it would be planted in the body of Christ across our nation and around the world this morning. Let there come a new sense of urgency, a new sense of destiny, a new sense of a cry and call from the spirit to cooperate and to engage with you, Lord, like never before.

I pray that now over households this morning that are with us online in this chapel, in our church and churches this morning. I pray, Lord, for prayer leaders to be raised up. We pray and we agree, Lord, for stirring now, for a getting of attention in the hearts of your people that their attention would be captivated to what you’re saying now for leaders – spiritual leaders, prayer leaders, people who will make it their business to pray, make it their business to stand up in the midst of their household. Even just one or two, a remnant who will stand up in the church in this hour, stand up right now in the midst of our state and our nation and be accounted for and be available and be wholly given over to God to intercede at the midnight hour, to fast in inconvenient days and moments, to be a voice and a mouthpiece to the realm of the spirit, to be a sharp threshing instrument, as the scripture reads, to take down and take out demonic entities in places of darkness, in places of the spirit realm. It’s time. It’s time. It’s time.

We pray that you would help us now, Lord, as the church, as prayer leaders, as individuals, as followers of Jesus now to take hold of the mantle of prayer like we have never done so in the past, to take hold of our place before you, Lord, to take hold of your words, to grow and advance in spiritual skillfulness, to grow in advance in the spirit operations. in your purposes.

We pray for a raising up now of a whole new crop of prayers. a raising up now of hungry hearts to the things of God, to the things of the spirit, araising up of men and women and children now who will come in now into the fight, come into their place of destiny, into their place of a usefulness in the kingdom.

Opening, openings, now openings. Lord, let there be openings now and entrances now into those places you’ve called us to, Lord. Steer us Father, steer us forward. Now. Steer us onward. Steer us upward. Steer us where we must go now as a church here at Living Word, as a church at large around America, and around the world today. We pray for a supernatural steering and a supernatural preparation.

Elevate. Elevated. Elevated, now elevated to a new place and a new rung, a new plateau, a new place of awareness, a new place of sensitivity and calling once again, elevated up, up, up, up, up. we call the church up now! We call the church up now, we call our brothers and sisters out of mediocrity, out of living out of low places and up into the place God is inviting us to now.

Receive it. Receive it. I’m just going to say this to you right now online and in this chapel, Receive it this morning! The Holy Spirit is transmitting, transmitting some new assignments, some new promotions, some new positions, some new equipping, some new preparations, some new perceptions now some new assignments. I want to say that again, Receive it!

Open up and receive it. Say yes to him. Say, yes, Lord, I’m here. I’m willing. I will go. I will do. I will collaborate with you. Oh, yes, yes, yes, yes. Lord. We say yes in Jesus’ name.

Take us up higher, Lord. Take us where you may Lord in Jesus’ name.

I hear this phrase, overturn Lord. Oh, being overturning, a turning around, a turnaround in an overturning now of unholy alters. An overturning of unholy alliances, unholy legislation, an overturning now of evil intentions, turned over, turned over, turned over. Even as the alters to the prophets of Baal were turned over and destroyed.  We pray, Lord, for a targeting now of every unholy altars and unholy alliance.

Every weapon and strategy and assignment that’s been set in motion against the church, against us as an individual, perhaps against our households. We say, be turned over in the name of Jesus. We stop you in the tracks and we say you will not progress any further in this land. You will not progress any further in our homes, in our church, in our life. For today, we raise up the banner of the name of Jesus, the risen one, seated on high and presented his blood to the Holy of Holies. In the Holy of Holies. We raise up a standard of the name of Jesus and the blood of Jesus over America today, over our church today, over the body of Christ today, over our households and families and callings today. We say the blood of Jesus be lifted up.

We pray, Father, for a doubling. A doubling of angelic assignments. We dispatch angels and ministering spirits – angel ranks now to be released, to go on assignment, to run swiftly in the spirit dimension across our land, to work and to facilitate the plan of God in the way that you intend it to be facilitate, to overturn and to reroute situations in Jesus’ name.

We pray now, Father, that there would be an outpouring of your presence and your spirit and your power and your holy fire now on the church in America, on the church in your nation today, wherever you might be. We stand in the gap. We build up the hedge, we pray, Father, and we agree, Lord, for a release of what is needed in the church now.

Oh, it’s time. It’s time to shift. It’s time to shift our position now. It’s time to move over now.  God forbid that we would stay even another day beyond where we’re at right now. We pray for a shifting now of the church. A shifting now, a dislodging of what’s stuck and what’s rooted in the past and what’s rooted in self-concern and rooted in religion, and rooted in limitation and rooted in trauma, rooted in indifference and Luke warmness.

We speak to those particular points where things are stuck and we command a dislodging and an uprooting today – an uprooting in our spiritual state. Uprooted. Uprooted now. Upended now in a good God ordained way. Free, free, free. Lord!

We target those churches and those individuals, Lord, who are lost in darkness, who are stuck somewhere in their spirituality, who are deceived, perhaps, who have gone away from Father’s House, who have left their first love, who are mired in mediocrity. We target them now with our prayers this morning, both individuals and churches and families, in households and individuals, some we may know, some we may not know, Lord. We target them with our prayers. We assign anointing, we assign burden removing yolk, destroying power anointing to visit their lives today to dislodge them from that deception. Devil, you can’t have them! We say, no, no, no. You will not have that church. You will not have that individual. You’ll not have that leader. You’ll not have that worshiper or prayer. We say, no, you’ll not have that household or that family that’s called. No, no, no, no.

We stand up and we make a connection this morning between heaven’s intent and flow and that need. Oh, gushing. Yes, Lord. Let there come a gushing now from the east to the west, a gushing from the north to the south. Heaven’s gushing.  Heaven’s overflow. Prayers drawn up. Drawn up. There’s a well of prayer inside of you. Drawn up. Drawn up with your heavenly language drawn up.  The Lord wants to use you. Operations. Operations now. Operations of and by the spirit.

Advancement now, changes now, breakthroughs now, salvations now. I declare mercy, mercy, and grace to America today. Mercy and grace to our land, mercy and grace to your nation and your land and your city today, mercy in Jesus’ name.
