Barb led in prayer…

Thank You, Jesus, we worship You… You are Holy… You are high and lifted up … there is no one like You, Lord…

great is Your love… great is your compassion… we honor You today… we honor Your name… we exalt You, Jesus…

Thank you, Lord. We are seated with You in heavenly places… Far above … because of you, we are the head and not the tail… because of You, the enemy is under our feet… because of You, we have victory… because of You, all things are possible… thank You, Jesus, that You laid down Your life so we could live victoriously, walking in Your authority and Your power. Hallelujah… We love You, Lord… we turn our hearts and our minds towards You today… You are first love… We turn our hearts to You… we are enamored by You, Lord, and everything of this earth grows strangely dim when we look to You, we look to Your light, we look to Your glory… Nothing compares with You, Lord…. You are so far above… Thank You for your wonderful presence… every single day You are with us… You never leave us… You never forsake us… glory to God… we can always count on You… we can always trust in You. What you said You will do… You are faithful, You are faithful… I thank You, Father, that we’re never behind, but we’re always ahead because of Your Spirit…. Hallelujah…

Sometimes as pray-ers, we can get more enamored with our prayers than with Jesus. We get excited about our prayer projects, and we forget about Him. And He’s our first love. He’s the one that we’re praying all the prayers so that Jesus can be seen in the earth. It’s all about Him. And what came up in my spirit this morning was Second Chronicles 20. And I know most of you will know this story. It’s about Jehosaphat. I’ll start reading in verse two. If you know this story, don’t tune it out just because you’re familiar with it. Let the Holy Spirit minister to you what He wants you to hear in this story. I don’t want to say story, like it’s not real. It’s history, this historical account.

2nd Chronicles 20:1

It happened after this that the people of Moab with the people of Ammon, and others with them besides the Ammonites, came to battle against Jehoshaphat. 2 Then some came and told Jehoshaphat, saying, “A great multitude is coming against you…

Now they just had a big battle and here they are back again and having to deal with another army coming against them.

“…from beyond the sea, from Syria; and they are in Hazazon Tamar” (which is En Gedi). 3 And Jehoshaphat feared, and set himself to seek the Lord, and proclaimed a fast throughout all Judah. 4 So Judah gathered together to ask help from the Lord; and from all the cities of Judah they came to seek the Lord.

5 Then Jehoshaphat stood in the assembly of Judah and Jerusalem, in the house of the Lord, before the new court, 6 and said: “O Lord God of our fathers, are You not God in heaven, and do You not rule over all the kingdoms of the nations, and in Your hand is there not power and might, so that no one is able to withstand You? 7 Are You not our God, who drove out the inhabitants of this land before Your people Israel, and gave it to the descendants of Abraham Your friend forever? 8 And they dwell in it, and have built You a sanctuary in it for Your name, saying, 9 ‘If disaster comes upon us—sword, judgment, pestilence, or famine—we will stand before this temple and in Your presence (for Your name is in this temple), and cry out to You in our affliction, and You will hear and save.’ 10 And now, here are the people of Ammon, Moab, and Mount Seir—whom You would not let Israel invade when they came out of the land of Egypt, but they turned from them and did not destroy them— 11 here they are, rewarding us by coming to throw us out of Your possession which You have given us to inherit. 12 O our God, will You not judge them? For we have no power against this great multitude that is coming against us; nor do we know what to do, but our eyes are upon You.”

13 Now all Judah, with their little ones, their wives, and their children, stood before the Lord.

14 Then the Spirit of the Lord came upon Jahaziel the son of Zechariah, the son of Benaiah, the son of Jeiel, the son of Mattaniah, a Levite of the sons of Asaph, in the midst of the assembly. 15 And he said, “Listen, all you of Judah and you inhabitants of Jerusalem, and you, King Jehoshaphat! Thus says the Lord to you: ‘Do not be afraid nor dismayed because of this great multitude, for the battle is not yours, but God’s. 16 Tomorrow go down against them. They will surely come up by the Ascent of Ziz, and you will find them at the end of the brook before the Wilderness of Jeruel. 17 You will not need to fight in this battle. Position yourselves, stand still and see the salvation of the Lord, who is with you, O Judah and Jerusalem!’ Do not fear or be dismayed; tomorrow go out against them, for the Lord is with you.”

18 And Jehoshaphat bowed his head with his face to the ground, and all Judah and the inhabitants of Jerusalem bowed before the Lord, worshiping the Lord. 19 Then the Levites of the children of the Kohathites and of the children of the Korahites stood up to praise the Lord God of Israel with voices loud and high.

20 So they rose early in the morning and went out into the Wilderness of Tekoa; and as they went out, Jehoshaphat stood and said, “Hear me, O Judah and you inhabitants of Jerusalem: Believe in the Lord your God, and you shall be established; believe His prophets, and you shall prosper.” 21 And when he had consulted with the people, he appointed those who should sing to the Lord, and who should praise the beauty of holiness, as they went out before the army and were saying: “Praise the Lord, For His mercy endures forever.”

22 Now when they began to sing and to praise, the Lord set ambushes against the people of Ammon, Moab, and Mount Seir, who had come against Judah; and they were defeated. 23 For the people of Ammon and Moab stood up against the inhabitants of Mount Seir to utterly kill and destroy them. And when they had made an end of the inhabitants of Seir, they helped to destroy one another.

24 So when Judah came to a place overlooking the wilderness, they looked toward the multitude; and there were their dead bodies, fallen on the earth. No one had escaped.

25 When Jehoshaphat and his people came to take away their spoil, they found among them an abundance of valuables on the dead bodies, and precious jewelry, which they stripped off for themselves, more than they could carry away; and they were three days gathering the spoil because there was so much. 26 And on the fourth day they assembled in the Valley of Berachah, for there they blessed the Lord; therefore the name of that place was called The Valley of Berachah until this day. 27 Then they returned, every man of Judah and Jerusalem, with Jehoshaphat in front of them, to go back to Jerusalem with joy, for the Lord had made them rejoice over their enemies. 28 So they came to Jerusalem, with stringed instruments and harps and trumpets, to the house of the Lord. 29 And the fear of God was on all the kingdoms of those countries when they heard that the Lord had fought against the enemies of Israel. 30 Then the realm of Jehoshaphat was quiet, for his God gave him rest all around.”

Barb continued…

So this is a lot like where we are right now. Right? We’re believing the Word of the prophets and we’ve been praying and God has had us out. We’re not behind. The Holy Ghost always has us out ahead. So if you think, “Oh no, we’re praying to get to catch up with this is going on today.” No! We’ve already prayed about that. We’re way out in advance of these things. Just like God went out ahead of the army. All He said was “Take your positions.” Take your position. And that’s how we’re supposed to do. He’s the one that went ahead and He caused those armies to destroy themselves.

His army didn’t even have to fight the battle.

But one of the things I thought was really interesting about this is that you notice the Lord never told him to put worshipers out in front? That’s interesting. That was their own idea. They thought, “Well, if God’s going to fight this battle, let’s just praise and worship Him because He’s taking care of it and we don’t have to do anything about it.

We just stay in our position.” We stay in our prayer place. We stay in that place of worship, that position that He’s anointed us to be in. Glory to God! So it’s our choice. We choose to praise. We choose to worship because He said He’s given us the victory. Hallelujah! So instead of being enamored with just our prayers and our prayer projects, yes, we pray. But we turn our eyes to Him knowing that He’s the victory. We lift our voices. What did I say? Loud. They were loud. So don’t be afraid to be loud. I know some people don’t like to be loud. I’m not a real loud person, but in the Holy Ghost, I can get pretty loud.

Thank you, Jesus. So we’re just going to take a few more minutes here and we’re going to worship the Lord and then we’ll see where He wants to go.

Peg led group in worship…

This still just keeps coming up inside of me. “We’re not behind. We’re not behind. Nothing is impossible to those who believe.” Glory to God. Nothing is impossible with Him. We’re not behind. And whatever situation you’re dealing with, it’s never too late. If you call upon God, He is able to deliver. He is able to reach into that situation and turn things around. He’s able to change things today. He’s able to turn things today. Don’t limit Him because of your natural thinking, but let Him be the unlimited God that He is. He is far above and exceeding. He exceeds even the highest thing you can think that He could do. He does greater than that greater.

Prayed…

Oh Father, we lift up Your Church, the body of Christ, that their eyes would be opened, that they would see the truth …

that You are able, You are not only able You are well able… You are well able… and You will bring us through to victory… we lay down our own thinking, Father, and we take up Your thoughts… we fill ourselves with Your Word… we meditate on You day and night… so the enemy can’t pull us off course, or manipulate us in our thinking… we yield ourselves to Your Word… we yield ourselves to Your Spirit… we put you first… in the name of Jesus… and we’re bold in our confessions…. we’re bold in the words that we speak about our situations and circumstances… we speak words of life and not death… we speak those words of power…. Your words…

Word…

And some people might think “I’m not hearing the Holy Spirit say anything.” It’s easy enough to change that. Just open the Bible and start reading. Read His Word. That’s Him speaking to you. Honor Him. He is the Word. Honor Him by consuming His Word, feeding on His Word, filling yourself with His Word.

Thank You, Jesus. Thank You, Lord. Let’s lift Him up again. (tongues) Yes, you are the Christ, the anointed one. Hallelujah. Holy Lord.

Group worships…

Go ahead and lean into the Holy Ghost. Hallelujah. Lean into the Holy Ghost. Let Him take you in the river. He wants to refresh you. He wants to strengthen you… (tongues)

Prayer…

Yes, Jesus, we cast down the lies and deception …  for You are the way the truth and light, Lord. You are who You say you are Father… You are just to perform Your Word in each one of our lives, Lord. Over our President Trump, Father, his cabinet, all that is in his group and his abode. Father, we lift them all up to you today. Thank You for the blood that covers and protects that they stay their course. They stay their course, Lord, knowing who they are in Christ Jesus and all the saints, we lift them up all over the nations to pray for the nations… Yes, for America and the other nations, Father. Oh, Lord, we need … (tongues) Yes, Father, a righteous anger, a righteous indignation that comes up with each of us … (tongues) to say enough is enough (tongues) no more lies… no more deceptions…

We stretch our hands to heaven for, we know where our help comes from. It comes from the Lord… out of your belly flows rivers of living water… we let those rivers flow out today… we let those rivers flowing out by the spirit… flow out to our nation,

We let them flow out to everyone around us… healing rivers flow … healing rivers flow into our nation … flow out into our nation… opening up the eyes, opening up their eyes… You’re opening up their eyes to see the truth… Hallelujah… there’s a way… there’s a way made by You… not by man’s hands… not by man’s ways… but there’s a way made by You … we sing the victory… sense of a move on to life… we see victory with faith…

Father, I thank You that You strengthen the body of Christ today, all over the nations, all over the world… and in America, strengthen each individual, Father, spirit, soul, and body… that they’re strong in the Lord in the power of Your might, filled up with God’s love… and covered in the blood, Lord.

Word…

Have I not promised, My children, will I not also perform? Have I not promised and also deliver? Have I not promised and will I not also bring victory? Have I not promised it and will I not also bring increase and freedom? I am the God of glory. I am the God of wisdom and might and power. It is not in the wisdom of man, but in the wisdom of your God. It is not in the wisdom and the intellect and the understanding of man, but it is in the knowledge and the wisdom of God that brings truth. That brings freedom and victory. I am the King of glory. I am the Lord of hosts, the leader and commander for all the angelic armies of heaven. I would say to you that there are more that are with you than are with them. There are more that are with you than are with them. Open your eyes and listen. My strategic plans are greater than man’s on earth. Listen, and hear My voice. Hear My plan. Hear My wisdom. So I say to you, My children, this land is My land. I work and I declare and I set forth My warriors. You are My warriors. And My angelic army are warriors warring with you. Yes, this day and always I come to bring freedom. Your plan is My plan. As you trust in Me. Sometimes you will wait before me and be still. There are times you will run a race that I give you to go to, to achieve a specific plan. There are times when you will declare My Word. There are many times and most times you will praise and worship Me. You will fight My battles with My strategy, saith the Lord. I am coming to bring cleansing, to bring healing, to bring deliverance and victory and freedom. No, My children, this land is My land. And what I have promised, that will I also perform, saith the Lord.

So you can take your position. Hallelujah! And remember, after He wins the battle and after He fights that battle, He brings you back in with joy, just like He did the Israelites. He’s going to bring you back in with joy and victory in your heart, victory in your mouth, a song on your lips. Glory to God. Thank You, Jesus.
