Morning Prayer Summary for Friday, May 24, 2019

Pastor Ray…

We know that the Holy Spirit shows us that we will see things that are to come. I’m looking to see some things that need to come, but they are coming. For us just to see that new. This morning we receive heaven-sent and heaven sense… Holy Spirit, thank You for Your presence. We open up our hearts and yield to you. To receive the new. Thank You that we can move out of the old and into the new. That there even is a “new.” New days. Different times and seasons. Thank You, Lord. We are blessed. You promised us more in Your Word. Your Word shows us things that we can do in You. Thank You for the new. We believe to step into it. We believe to see things we have never seen before. We believe to walk through those doors. It seems like some things were locked and then suddenly they’re open. So we believe to walk through the openings. And it’s increase. Not decrease. There’s nothing in Your Word that tells us to decrease. We’re to rise up and receive and partake of what You’ve given to each one of us. Fall fresh on us this morning. Refreshing and encouragement. Ideas. New ideas. Creative steps and ways. Father, we know that based on what we see in the natural, You are a creative Father. Your Word created it all. Thank You that what we need has already been provided. Again, we magnify the blood and the name that is above every other name. Thank You for the cross, Jesus.

Dave…

Things are connected in the spirit. Each joint supplies. When one leads, others follow. It’s important for us to take heed to what the Holy Spirit was leading brother Ray to say. But to add to one of the things the Lord spoke to me before Ray started ministering that there were some things that had not moved for a while, that had been in place for a long period of time. Visions that have been in the hearts of believers who have had that vision, holding onto that vision. But they have not seen things happen for a while on that issue. I saw things just starting to move out of the way. These big barriers that keeps these visions from coming to pass are moving out of the way. The words of your mouth are helping that process go. So I see them moving very slowly. But I see them moving faster as you speak. God’s already got a plan. He hasn’t changed His mind about you and your plan. It’s part of the bigger picture. He’s moving things out, but your words cause those things to move quickly. So connect your faith back to that plan. Yes, you’ve been saying things here and there. But when you started you were more diligent about that. You need to put that same diligence in your words about that and start speaking them. Only this time, when you speak them, they’re not going to be out of your head. They’re going to be out of your heart. Because the timing is right. It’s the time for them to move. And now when you speak, they shall move and they will move quickly. As you speed up your talk and you repeat and say the things that I’ve committed to your heart, as I put in your heart in times past, you will start seeing them move. The changes will be gradual at first but you’ll see as you speak, they’ll increase in frequency. You’ll see more and more to the point where you will see it no more. That was for somebody.

Pastor Ray…

Driving on the way here every morning, I have certain turns I make, stopping at certain stoplights, and they are reminders to me to speak some things that I haven’t seen come to pass yet. I don’t know why that is. There are certain areas when I drive through, the Holy Spirit reminds me to speak those things. But like what you were saying, not from my brain, not because I just think that. But speak it from the heart. And keep speaking it. Not getting “religious” about it. Just do it from the heart and know it’s coming to pass.

When you said that, I thought of Pastor Mac and Lynne. When the church was 15 people over 36 or 38 years ago. He spoke the vision for this church. I know because my mother-in-law was there. But he spoke out the vision. There are parts of that vision that have never come to pass. Yet. So they have held fast to it. I’ve never heard them say, “It’s not going to happen.” I’ve never heard them say, “Maybe I missed it back there.” Many of the things have come to pass. And, obviously, we’re witnesses of it. We’re sitting in a chapel that didn’t exist. Many lives have been changed because of this ministry and the vision that was put in them.

Thank You, Father, for the blood over them. Their minds and hearts. The vision that You put within them. We lift them up this morning and we see them standing strong knowing that what God said years ago those things will come to pass. In the year 2019, there will be some suddenlies and some changes and some things that will begin to come forth that had been blocked by the enemy. Hindrances in the way. But in Jesus’ name… these things are beginning to move out. This church is beginning to move into territory and areas of influence that we’ve never been in to this point. His power and strength moving through us and bringing change.

Thank You, Father. Maybe it’s part of “opening up the windows,” beginning to see bigger than we’ve seen before. Lining up our words with what we’re seeing, not what we’re thinking. We’re seeing things out of our hearts, more than before. Confessing and declaring that “It will come to pass.” We’re not quitting.

The Holy Spirit gave Pastor Mac that scripture, “If you don’t quit, you win.” We have a room full of non-quitters. We’re not quitting. We’re not giving up. We’re stirred up and believing for greater. We’re declaring greater. More. Increase. Momentum.

Brother Dave, take the mike and begin confessing things about increase and vision and furtherance.

Dave…

Father, we thank You for the vision You’ve given us… Thank You that You increase us in our hearts… not in our minds but in our hearts where it becomes so big that our words and actions and sight is focused about these things… that You’ve called us to do… You’re called us for such a time as this… I know that it’s part of the bigger picture, the big plan You have… and each joint supplying the needs… to one it’s a vision of finance… to another it’s a vision of missions… to another a vision of pastoring… to another a vision of reaching the lost… in all these things, You’ve led us into these places and called us by Your name that You might complete the work You’ve planned from the beginning of time… when You saw before we were born in our mother’s womb, Lord, You saw and communicated that it would be this way for each one of us… that Your blood would be spilled for this one and that one… that this one would come out of the darkness and give the light… this one would be the light bearer and be the salt of the earth… this one would communicate… each gift You’ve placed in this earth, we receive it for such a time as this… we receive the vision … we don’t cast down those things You put within our hearts… we embrace them… for they are our very own… we were called for this very thing, Lord God… it is the only thing that will bring satisfaction to our souls… when You were on this planet, “My need is to do the will of the Father”… we want to do Your plan and purpose, Lord… to complete what You’ve called us to do… not chasing after vanity… ideas of man… there are things You have called us to that we do because this is what we’re called to do… to one it is a pastor… to another an evangelists… to another it’s a teacher and prophet… to another it’s a minister … finances… giving to the poor… lay hands on the blind and sick… all those giftings on display, Father, each one needs to bring to bear… all those needs crying for these gifts to come forth… we agree with You, Father, my life is Your life… I give my life to You… You are my everything… my purpose is Your purpose… I align myself with Your purpose… use me as you will… let my heart be filled with Your promise and purpose… everything else we cast down… obstacles and challenges, we lay them down in the name of Jesus… this is Your plan and purpose… we commit to You… we allow Your plan… in the name of Jesus… Your purpose…

The spirit of the Lord is saying some of us have wrong belief. As we have wrong believing, we confess wrong stuff. When we confess wrong stuff, we don’t see the result. Then we start to say, “Where is God?” Wrong confession. Wrong believing. And God is saying the only cure to wrong confession and believing is obedience. Confess positive. Don’t confess negative. Confess positive. Don’t confess negative. You can pray a thousand years, but if you’re confessing wrong stuff, you will be wasting your time. God is not moved by tears. Did you know that? As long as you confess negative, nothing will be done for you. But if you confess positive and cry unto God, you will receive the answer. Hear the Word and put it in your heart and then confess with your mouth. Your mouth is connected to your heart. When you hear the Word, take it and confess it. Confess right, positive stuff and say “God is with you.” Hallelujah!

Pastor Ray…

I saw this a few years ago. When a young man walked a tightrope across the Grand Canyon, all he had was that cable and balance bar as he walked across. He had no net to catch him. He had to stay the course. To stay in balance to get to the other side. A television network decided to cover the whole thing with video and sound. All the way across, he was confessing the Word! He kept confessing the word “live” over TV. I don’t think they expected that. But they got a full dose of the Holy Ghost. As he was on that rope, he was saying the right things. He wasn’t saying, “I think I’m going to fall. I’m losing my balance.” He was confessing over himself, “Jesus is Lord. Thank You, Jesus. Thank You for Your will. Thank You that I’m getting to the other side. I’m not falling. I’m going all the way through to the other side.” That is for us today. To stay the course. Speak the right things. Two of the worst words we could speak are “I can’t.” Have you ever said that? Or have you ever had someone say to you, “You can’t”? And what do we say to that? “I can do all things through Christ Jesus!”

I had this yesterday and never could get to it. But I have some things we can do. I’m going to go down through these confessions.

  1. You can have the desires of your heart. “Delight thyself also in the Lord; and he shall give thee the desires of thine heart.” (Ps. 37:4).
  2. You can witness in power. “But ye shall receive power after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you and ye shall be witnesses unto me.” (Acts 1:8)
  3. You can love others. Jesus told us “love one another; as I have loved you.” (John 13:34)
  4. You can cast out demons. Jesus said that signs would follow those who believe on Him. “In my name shall they cast out devils… they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover.” (Mark 16:17, 18) You have power to cast out demons and minister healing to the sick in the name of Jesus.
  5. You can do all things through Christ. “I can do all things through Christ which strengthenth me.” (Phil. 4:13) You can do what God says you can do.
  6. You can have divine wisdom. “But of him are ye in Christ Jesus, who of God is made unto us wisdom.” (1 Cor. 1:30) “If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him.” (James 1:5) You can have divine wisdom in every crisis, for every decision for Christ Himself is your wisdom.
  7. You can possess healing and health. “My son, attend to my words; incline thine ear unto my sayings. Let them not depart from thine eyes; keep them in the midst of thine heart. For they are life unto those that find them, and health to all their flesh.” (Pro. 4:20) “By His stripes ye were healed” (1 Peter 2:24). Health and healing can be yours as you claim that which Jesus purchased for you.
  8. You can have boldness. “The righteous are bold as a lion.” (Pro. 28:1) You can be as bold as a lion, for you have been made righteous with His righteousness. (Rom 10:10, 2 Cor. 5:21)
  9. You can do great exploits of faith. “The people that do know their God shall be strong, and do exploits.” (Can. 11:32) You can do great exploits through God who makes you strong.
  10. You can enjoy all things that pertain both to life and godliness. “According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness.” (2 Peter 1:3)

When brother Dave was praying, I saw something about the new steps, the decisions we make and an alignment with the words we speak lining up to the Word. A lot of it has to do with vision. Put one of your hands over your natural eyes. “Father, in Jesus’ name, we pray over our spiritual eyes, that there would be a wholeness, a restoration, healing in our spiritual vision. Thank You that You are reminding us about some things You spoke to each one of us individually. Maybe five years ago. Maybe ten years ago. But in these days that we see what You said and continually speak what You said, declare in alignment with what You’ve shown us to be and know that we are overcomers in every area.

See yourself in a different light. In the natural, we’re all getting older. But inside of us, we’re not getting older. We’re getting stronger. What we see and how we see ourselves and line our words up in line with what we see, we’re getting younger and stronger and we see better and we know what we are to do. We have insight into mysteries, those things are being revealed as we come by the blood and declare by the Spirit… praying in other tongues…

What you were sharing has been speaking to my heart. God woke me up about 2 or 3 o’clock this morning and reminded me of something He put on my heart years ago. It was about music. I grew up with a lot of music in me. I played piano and moved into playing the trumpet. But He put that in my heart. When we joined the church, I gave my trumpet playing over to the Lord and I played in the band for a number of years. And there was some evenings that I just remember the Holy Ghost just taking over and playing the horn. There were times that were so precious to me. But different seasons. Different leadership came in. It just wasn’t right anymore. So I put that down. But that desire never went away. That was still inside. So over the years, God has said, “I’m not done with the music that’s inside you. I put that in you.” I said, “Okay. It’s in Your timing, Lord.” I was reminded last night how I used to come into this… remember when we first built this building and it was just a shell? I used to bring my trumpet over here and I used to play in the shell and play to the Lord. I don’t know what I was playing, but I was playing to the Lord. And He was reminding me of those things that He birthed in my heart over the years and how He doesn’t give you those things just to take them back. So over the years, I’ve come into the chapel and just played before the Lord. I’ve moved over to the keyboard and started playing to the Lord. I would go into the sanctuary and just play to the Lord. Just recently, I came in one morning and He said, “I want you to be playing in here.” So we get into prayer and I just started playing to the Lord. A couple ladies here said, “Hey, do you want to just play for Friday mornings?” I’m like, “That’s actually been something that’s been stirring in me. That’s amazing that you mention that.” So from what you were just sharing, I just thought, Okay, Lord, that’s something I need to share. When God puts something in your heart, it’s never too late. So if you’ve got something that’s stirring in you and you think, “God, when are You going to bring that out?” Trust in the Lord. His timing is always perfect. He will bring it to pass in His timing.

Pastor Ray…

That’s awesome. I didn’t know any of that.

Dave…

One thing about what you just said, this is in reply to that. Obedience. Because your gift is required of other gifts. They’re all connected. Your gift has been given to You by God. But I need your gift. And we need your gift. Then when you give your gift, I can give my gift. Then when I give my gift, they can give their gifts. It’s all connected. That’s why everybody is important. You might think your gift doesn’t matter or it’s not right up in the front or it’s not something you think is important, but it’s needed! And there are people waiting for your gift. There are people that need you. And if you’re feeling like you don’t have a purpose. Well, there is your purpose. Right there.

Barb…

Over the last few weeks, the Lord has been talking to me about everything that I’m believing for, just make sure that, that is God’s will. We know through the Word what is His will, but things specifically for your life that aren’t written down in the Word. Certain direction or the plan He has for you specifically. Whenever you come to Him, just lay it all out before Him. Say, “I’m thinking this,” and He might say, “Nope. Take that off. That’s not for you.” Even if it’s a good thing. It might not be the good thing for you. So just lay it all out before Him and let Him say yes, no, yes, no. Or let’s clear it all off and start over. Just lay it all out. It’s so important right now at this time in the earth. He must hit the mark. We don’t have time to waste.
