Morning Prayer Summary for Friday, May 15, 2020

Pastor Ray…

Good morning. Thank you for joining us today. Hopefully, you’re not getting tired of joining up together, because it’s not time to get tired. It’s time to be re-fired with greater desire than ever before.

Father, we thank You so much for the power of agreement. You set it up for us to walk through these days in agreement with our brothers and sisters, all the members of the body, joined together. There’s force and strength in that. Thank You.

These are better days. We’re not going to keep saying “they’re on the way.” We’re going to start saying, “They’re here today.”

This morning I wanted to go over a word that Pastor Mac had on the weekend. The title of it is “A Watched Pot Never Boils.” That’s was news to me. I never heard that. But I’m from Iowa, so… anyway. He said…

A Watched Pot Never Boils
Mac Hammond
05/09/20

The Lord has a word for some of you that are listening right now. The way the Lord speaks to me is, He’ll use colloquialisms a lot of times. And He said to me, “A watched pot never boils.” And the immediate sense I had was the frustration that many are feeling, that this is dragging on and on and on. We had believed that it would be over weeks ago and it’s still here. And the Lord said, “A watched pot never boils.” Get your eyes on the truth of His graduating your life to another level of experience, another level of blessing. Because He says He’ll do that.

Pastor Ray interjected…

That is a much better picture than what the world is presenting these days. Get our eyes on the truth that He’s graduating our lives upward to another level of experience, experiencing Him, experiencing the things He’s created for us. Another level of blessing. He said He would do that. He did. He says it in His Word. Above all things I want you to prosper and be in health.

Word continues…

“I say,” saith the Lord, “I will work this for your good. If you’ll look to me instead of how long this is taking for the new ideas and witty inventions and things you can do in your family, with your kids, in your vocational pursuit. Open your heart to Me now, and I’ll begin planting things within you. The next thing you know, you’ll turn around and this pandemic is history. So, don’t watch the pot. It won’t ever boil. Get your eyes on Me and allow Me,” saith the Lord, “to plant My ideas, My desires within your heart. And this thing will be something you look back on some day and say, ‘My goodness, how faithful the Lord is.’”

Amen. That’s a word for many of you out there this morning.

Pastor Ray continues…

So before we worship the Lord for a while this morning, I had it in my heart to pray through Psalm 20 first and then I have a couple things I wanted to declare.

Psalm 20: “May the Lord answer you in the day of trouble! May the name of the God of Jacob set you up on high [and defend you]; 2 Send you help from the sanctuary and support, refresh, and strengthen you from Zion; 3 Remember all your offerings and accept your burnt sacrifice. Selah [pause, and think of that]! 4 May He grant you according to your heart’s desire and fulfill all your plans. 5 We will [shout in] triumph at your salvation and victory, and in the name of our God we will set up our banners. May the Lord fulfill all your petitions. 6 Now I know that the Lord saves His anointed; He will answer him from His holy heaven with the saving strength of His right hand. 7 Some trust in and boast of chariots and some of horses, but we will trust in and boast of the name of the Lord our God. 8 They are bowed down and fallen, but we are risen and stand upright. 9 O Lord, give victory; let the King answer us when we call.”

In Psalm 22:3 says “Thou art holy O Lord that inhabits the praises of Israel.” In other words, He inhabits the praises, the worship, of His people. That’s us. I like the way the Passion translation says it: “Yet I know that you are most holy. It’s indisputable that you are God enthroned surrounded with songs, living among the shouts of praise and Your princely people.” In other words, it paints a picture that God actually inhabits… the manifested presence begins to come. And many times, we’ve sensed it. We absolutely know it, that His presence is manifested. And it changes the very atmosphere.

As an example, Kathryn Kuhlman would not do anything in her services until she got all the people together, almost like one voice, lifting Him up and magnifying the name that’s above every other name. And that presence would be like an electrical sense in the atmosphere. Then she’d begin to declare healings, changes. People would come out of wheelchairs. It was awesome. But it wasn’t Kathryn Kuhlman. It was the presence of the Holy Spirit coming onto people. We’re going to expect that this morning as we worship Him.

First of all, I just want to declare this. I’m over-the-top tired of the media trying to present being locked up and locked in as a good thing. It’s not a good thing. It’s kind of a devilish thing, really. We’ve declared this and prayed this and we sing about it… it’s almost our theme song: Every day is better. We believed for that and we don’t believe just to go back to where we were. We’ve moving into the new. Better days. I thought I would declare how it will be, or now. I want us to get a picture of how things that are not will be.

Churches will be overflowing. There will be more people than ever before. There won’t be enough room for people to park. Overflowing. The presence and power of God will be so strong on the people.
All the parks and every playground will be opened.
Restaurants will be opened.
The United States will shine brighter from shore to shore, from the north to the south, from the east to the west. Every day is getting better!
Revivals will begin to break out all over America. There will be an increase of everything good and everything God. New and better days. We’re not going back to the old days and old ways because we’ve moved on and God is turning these things around. Hallelujah!

The schools will be opened.
There will be many more salvations. A Holy Spirit move across this nation and men, women, and children too will begin to turn their faces upward toward God. It doesn’t matter what stream of ministry they were in. They’ll be in the Holy Spirit, God ordained stream from heaven.
God’s love will be exhibited everywhere. There will be more of His love, recognized. We’ll be able to lay hands on the sick and we’ll see them be restored and recovered.
Let’s keep the vision before us, better than it was before, better days for us in Minneapolis/St. Paul, Minnesota. For the Lord is good and His mercy endures forever! Thank You, Lord. All right, Pastor Tim.

Pastor Tim…

For the Lord is good and His mercy endures forever… Our God is good… he’s got new mercies for you and for me… they will endure

The goodness and the mercy of the Lord will outlast every trial, every challenging situation that you’re facing right now. There’s a turning… there’s a shaking… there’s a breaking. This thing that you’re facing or going through is not going to last forever. This sickness cannot stay. It has no right. If you’re facing a challenging financial situation, if you just believe God, take Him at His Word, your situation is going to change. There’s a breaking… a shifting. Whatever it is you’re facing, a relationships challenge, if you’re dealing with anxiety and fear of any kind, it can’t stay. It’s got to go. Because God has not given us a spirit of fear or worry or anxiety or fear of man or fear of dread or fear of evil and rejection… fear of any kind, that’s not of God. He’s not given us that. He’s given us the spirit of power, love, and a sound mind. So that fear has to go in Jesus’ name.

There’s a breaking in your favor… come on… there’s a shifting in your direction… I’m telling you it’s happening right now… there’s a breaking in your favor as you praise… come on, praise Him for His goodness… declare the goodness of the Lord… His mercy endures forever… ♪

Just be encouraged this morning. Let faith arise in your heart. Just call those things that are not as though they were. Speak to that mountain this morning.

Thank You, Lord… things are shaking… moving… rearranging… God’s working behind the scenes… He’s opening doors… He’s taking what the enemy meant for evil and turning it around… thank You, Lord… all things are working for your good… ♪

Pastor Ray…

Pastor Tim, Psalm 23, of course, verse 6… let me go down through this for a picture of what actually is happening.

“The Lord is my Shepherd [to feed, guide, and shield me], I shall not lack. 2 He makes me lie down in [fresh, tender] green pastures; He leads me beside the still and restful waters. 3 He refreshes and restores my life (myself); He leads me in the paths of righteousness [uprightness and right standing with Him—not for my earning it, but] for His name’s sake. 4 Yes, though I walk through the [deep, sunless] valley of the shadow of death, I will fear or dread no evil, for You are with me; Your rod [to protect] and Your staff [to guide], they comfort me. 5 You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies.”

Pastor Ray interjects…

No matter what the enemy has tried to do… There is something, Tim, when you were singing about a “breaking.” There’s a breaking. Today! Things are breaking loose. So that table that is set before us in the presence of our enemies, wow.

Psalm 23 continued…

“You anoint my head with oil; my [brimming] cup runs over. 6 Surely or only goodness, mercy, and unfailing love shall follow me all the days of my life, and through the length of my days the house of the Lord [and His presence] shall be my dwelling place.”

We’re dwelling in that place today and things are breaking! Maybe you should sing about that a little bit more… a breaking. It seemed like they were locked up… they could not for whatever reason be loosed. Couldn’t get free of it. Couldn’t break out of it, whatever that was. We’re declaring this in faith: the anointing is on that, a breaking out or a breaking through into these new and absolutely better days and ways. When we sing “Every day is sweeter,” to me that’s more of His presence.

Pastor Tim…

Every day is getting better… we expect it’s going to get sweeter… gonna get better…  ♪

Pastor Ray…

I just had this in my spirit: broken bones are being restored today. Bones that were broken. And the healing that the doctor said would take so long, so long will not take that long because those bones are being healed or restored and they’ll be better than they were before. Other situations, there is restoration of health, and of wealth. Prosperity that we’ve been promised in the Word—spirit, soul, and body. I pray over minds in Jesus’ name… allowing right thoughts and speaking the Word over yourself… restored to better than it was before… better than you thought it could be… (tongues) keys, keys… the keys to the miraculous power of the living God… tumors, you have to go!… be healed… by the stripes of Jesus, we were healed… a breaking loose of those things… restored, seven times greater… America, things are getting better… a breaking loose… it’s already begun… it will move quicker and increase in momentum… things will begin to pick up… it’ll be better… a broad new way, new plan… patterns of increase… great expectation and momentum… a new march… new steps… (singing in the spirit)

I keep hearing “We’ve turned the corner.” So we’ll stay steadfast and on track. We’ll stay in our places and speak to things in the natural and say “this is the way it’s going to be.” so steady, steady, strong, equipped, anointed, on track, online and on time… there’s that breaking again… breaking out of that… free from that…

Pastor Tim…

  ♪ There’s a breaking in our favor… it’s happening right now… there’s a shaking, a shifting in our direction… there’s a breakthrough in our favor… as we pray… there’s a breakthrough in our favor… there’s a shifting… ♪

Pastor Ray…

Remember 2nd Chronicles 7:14, “If My people, who are called by My name, shall humble themselves, pray, seek, crave, and require of necessity My face and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven, forgive their sin, and heal their land.” We’re declaring that this morning over this whole country. A breaking loose. Breakthroughs. Breaking open. Breaking loose from the binding of the enemy. Verse 15 says, “Now My eyes will be open and My ears attentive to prayer offered in this place. 16 For I have chosen and sanctified (set apart for holy use) this house, that My Name may be here forever, and My eyes and My heart will be here perpetually.”

Pastor Tim…

There’s a breaking… in our favor… there’s a shifting right now in my direction… ♪
