Morning Prayer Summary for Friday, June 11, 2021

Peg led group in worship…
Pastor Ray…

I just Googled that about God’s goodness. Well, first of all, I love that it’s running after us. It says that God is good. Just not just what He does, it’s who He is. And who He is never changes. And Psalm 46, the Psalmist says, “God is our refuge, our strength, a present help in times of trouble.” And this is why we can say with absolute confidence that God is good. God is good. He is abundant in mercy. His righteousness goes before us. And we’re just singing about it right now. He’s running after us too. His righteousness goes before us. His mercy is endless. His goodness is so plentiful. He stores it up for us.

All right! That means He’s more than enough. All right. Just do that song a little bit more.

Peg continued singing “of the goodness of God”…
Dar shared word…

You see well, this morning, my children. I am good. I am your good God. Your great and mighty God. Your faithful God. Your God of love and might and power. But always remember that I am your good God. It is because of My goodness that you can trust Me. It’s because of My goodness today, I never failed that you can lean and rely on Me. It’s because of My goodness you have greater faith. It’s because of My goodness you can walk through your day, knowing that I am with you, knowing that I have answers, knowing that I have wisdom and truth. It is because of My goodness that you walk in joy and My peace that gives you strength. My goodness never fails. My presence never fails. My great faithfulness never fails. I am truly your good and great God. My goodness is ministered to to you in a mighty way. By My mighty Holy Spirit, that it’s not just for you, but to be filled to overflowing with My goodness and share it with those around you, that they would know that the goodness in you is the goodness of your God. It’s a goodness in Me that has great anointing that can bring great increase to My kingdom. If you are aware and alert to remember always that I am a good God, I never fail. And My love never fails. It is important and vital in your calling to live for Me because of My goodness to speak for Me because of My goodness. And to share with others who do not know of the goodness of God. They will bring life and faith and hope to them, lift them out of depression and discouragement and troubles of this world. It’s My goodness that is great that flows into you through you and out to those around you. I say, open your heart, open your heart, and let it flow. Let My goodness flow out of you like a river of life. And know that I never fail. There is power in My sense, and there is power and healing and revival and restoration in My great goodness, says your God.

Woman shared…

This morning driving in, I was in prayer and I saw a band of oppression around people. I just saw a band of oppression that was squeezing the life out of their walk with God. And they couldn’t see His goodness. And they couldn’t feel His goodness and they couldn’t feel His presence anymore because this band of depression had settled on them and was squeezing them. And so I prayed about that, but I knew I had to come to prayer this morning. So, Father, in Jesus’ name. Your goodness is bigger than any band of oppression, any filthy lying demon that would come on people and cause oppression, depression, discouragement, despair. We bind you now in Jesus’ name and we tell you to leave. Thank you, Lord. Father, I just ask in Jesus’ name. Holy Spirit. Holy Spirit. Come. Holy Spirit. Come, come, free freeing, freeing … (tongues)

If that thing has been on you, reach up and take it off by faith. Sometimes an act in faith, taking this off… (tongues) Oh, He is a good God. Those lies of the enemy… So what is a lie? It is the opposite of the truth. If you’re hearing lies right now, it is the opposite of the truth. So then what is the truth? The truth is that He is good, that He is working on your behalf, that He is behind the scenes and He is causing you to excel. He’s causing the problems to be fixed. He is there and behind the scenes. You may not see Him. And that does not matter. Just because you can’t always see the sun because it’s cloudy, doesn’t mean that the sun is not there. So Father, I thank you in Jesus’ name that you are freeing these brothers and sisters that I saw that were oppressed. (tongues)

Is there anybody here right now that needs a little extra prayer? Father, we thank you, that you are doing the work… that you are good… that you’re trustworthy… that you’re faithful… that you’re powerful. Oh my goodness. You’re so much more powerful than any words anyone could ever say around us. We are not moved by what people say or what people think of us. No, because we have the living God on our side and He is filling us. He is fixing our issues, our problems, because He is good. He is trustworthy. You can trust Him. He is there. He is taking care of your situation in Jesus’ name.

Pastor Ray…

Hallelujah. The goodness of God… The way I heard it was… we kept singing and Ms. Peg is singing about it, Dar declared… What I heard was “you’re good.” I’ve heard it before when we say, “I love you. I love you. I love you, Lord.” He says back, “I love you.” And I heard it the same way. “You’re good. I only see you as good because I look through the blood of the cross and you are good.” So those bands that seemingly bound you from participating in the fullness of My glory, My presence, My plans for you, those things are gone because I’m good. And I only see you as good, whole, healthy, restored, and made brand new!

Oh, thank you, Lord. Thank you, Lord.

Pastor Ray…

We’re going to worship a little bit more in just a minute. I wanted to read this to you. This goes along with it. From 1st John one.

The Living Expression

1 We saw him with our very own eyes.
We gazed upon him and heard him speak.
    Our hands actually touched him,
the one who was from the beginning,
    the Living Expression of God.
2

This Life-Giver was made visible
    and we have seen him.
    We testify to this truth:
    the eternal Life-Giver
    lived face-to-face with the Father
and has now dawned upon us.
3
So we proclaim to you
what we have seen and heard
    about this Life-Giver
so that we may share and enjoy
    this life together.
For truly our fellowship is with the Father
and with his Son, Jesus, the Anointed One.
4 We are writing these things to you because we want to release to you our fullness of joy.

And that’s the joy that is our strength right now in these days! And then just over in 1st John two.

The Power of the Truth

22 Who is the real liar but the one who denies that Jesus is the Christ. He is the real antichrist, the one who denies the Father and the Son. 23 Whoever rejects the Son rejects the Father. Whoever embraces the Son embraces the Father also. 24 So you must be sure to keep the message burning in your hearts; that is, the message of life you heard from the beginning. If you do, you will always be living in close fellowship with the Son and with the Father. 25 And he himself has promised us the never-ending life of the ages to come!
26 I’ve written these things about those who are attempting to lead you astray. 27 But the wonderful anointing you have received from God is so much greater than their deception and now lives in you. There’s no need for anyone to keep teaching you. His anointing teaches you all that you need to know, for it will lead you into truth, not a counterfeit. So just as the anointing has taught you, remain in him.
28 And now, dear children, remain in him, so that when he is revealed we may have joyful confidence and not be ashamed when we stand before him at his appearing.
29 If you know that he is righteous, you may be sure that everyone who lives in righteousness has been divinely fathered by him.

I just wanted to share this when Kay was up. God’s good cause He wants us to have freedom. And as Christians, we need to be declaring with our voice, using our voice more to declare freedom over this world, over this nation. And God is good cause He wants freedom. So I just saw Braveheart running and screaming “freedom” and we need to use our voices as Christians to declare more and to see it happen. So let’s just sing that.

Pastor Ray…

What’s standing out to me right now. And I don’t know how many times you’ve said it, but children, children, the children. The Bible makes it clear we train them up in the way that they should go. And even if they should depart and go in another way, they shall return to God’s ways. We stand on it this morning. We call back those that have gone another way. Been deceived by the enemy’s plans or his worldly ways… we call back those children. We call them back in from the north, from the south, from the east, from the west. Open up the eyes. Open up their ears to hear. We pray over the laborers that will go. Words that will be spoken, the anointing of God for the things that have bound them, they shall be broken. Hallelujah! Just like those bands of oppression had to go back to the enemy where it came from. The world’s ways broken off in Jesus’ name. Freedom, freedom, freedom. freedom today.

I just kept hearing that especially children, but they could be young adults. Anybody’s children, which includes all of us. That there was this hesitancy for them to feel like God loved them. Like Pastor Ray said, that He loves them just the way they are. He loves your personality. He loves everything about you. He created you with those quirks, with those crazy little idioms that people laugh at, that makes you, you. He loves that about you and He wants all of Him in all of you. He doesn’t want you to disappear. And then Him just to be there. No, He created you as a perfect vessel for Him to flow into. He wants to just … all of Him in all of you. He made you. You are accepted in the beloved. You’re precious in His sight. Just let what other people think of you go. Just let it go! Just let His presence fill you just the way you are in the condition you’re in right now. Let Him just wash over. Waterfalls of grace, just cleansing, cleansing… just washing it all away. Thank you, Lord. Because He made you just the way He wanted you. He’s got it. He’s got it. He’s got it.

Receiving all of Him, all of Him and all of you. (tongues) and sometimes you just have to say it. Sometimes you just have to say it. “I’m good. I’m good.” How about we all just say, “He’s good with me. He’s good with me. He likes me. He loves me. I’m good. I’m good. I have a good personality.”

Sometimes, the world has taken this and they’ve taken the Spirit of God out of it, but the principles are right. But you add the Spirit of God in it. And when you say “I’m good, He’s good with me” a power that created this earth flows in and it destroys darkness. When you put His principles by saying what He says about you, you put that out of your mouth and you couple that with the power of the Holy Ghost and the power of the Godhead, it literally transforms things and breaks darkness. And it breaks darkness, not just stuff off of you, but all the way around you. Because when His presence is inside of you and you walk into a room, it has the power to break off those bands of oppression from anyone that’s in that room. It’s Him, all of Him in all of you. (tongues)

Pastor Ray…

May the Lord answer you in the day of trouble, may the name of the God of Jacob set you up high and defend you, send you help from the sanctuary, support, refresh and strengthen you from Zion. May He grant you according to your heart’s desire and fulfill all your plans. We will shout and triumph at your salvation and victory in the name of our God, we will set up our banners. May the Lord fulfill all your petitions. Now I know that the Lord saves His anointed. He will answer you from His holy heaven and with the saving strength of His right hand. Some, you know, is going to trust and boast of chariots and some of horses, but we will trust in and boast of the name of the Lord our God. They are bowed down and fallen, but we are risen and we stand upright. Lord, give victory, let the king answer us when we call. We’re declaring that we believe the Word and it is true.
