Morning Prayer Notes for Thursday, October 7, 2021

Pastor Ken shared…

I feel like the Lord in this moment wants us to be intentional in casting our cares, to roll anything that’s burdened you or weighed you down to just release it to Him this morning. Make an altar wherever you are right now. If you’re at home, at work, in your car, make your dashboard an altar, whatever the case may be. And just release that to Him.

Jesus ever lives to minister to us. He ever lives to receive and take from us what we’re not supposed to bear, what weighs us down, what burdens us, what wears us out and causes us to be frustrated and concerned. Whether it’s the past or present or the future, some of us just wear ourselves out trying to process the future when we don’t realize that’s none of our business. The Lord’s taken care of that. Our business is to release to Him. The Bible says to cast all your care over on to Him, for He wants to care for you. He wants to take care of that. So do that this morning. Make an intentional decision to do that, and then shift into faith.

Brother Kenneth Hagin used to teach us that we must go from a place of just hope and even just faith to a place where we believe we receive, where we profess and declare it as reality in our lives. Sometimes a really good thing to do is just declare freedom over your home. If you’re at home, walk through your house and begin to declare freedom. If America is on your heart, if your nation is on your heart, or a particular situation is on your heart today, if you’re thinking about it, begin to declare freedom. Begin to declare wholeness. Declare healing. Declare the Word of God over that situation. It doesn’t matter how you feel. It doesn’t matter that nothing has changed. It doesn’t matter that the days look dark. What matters is that we are the children of the most high God, that God has sent to this earth for this time in this generation with the understanding and the revelation of His Word in our hearts, so that we can declare it.

There is a prayer that declares! Your words carry weight. Your words inject faith and power and change into the realm of the spirit. And all change happens, firstly, in the realm of the spirit, and then it shows up slowly in the natural arena. So whatever that is for your situation, for your household, or your business, for your nation, declare those words that come up in your heart, even if it’s simply freedom over your soul today! Peace over your soul today! Encouragement over your soul today!

Your words matter. Your words release life. And they release faith. And they release strength. The last time I checked, when I read my Bible, it says let the weak say I am strong. Let the poor say I am rich. Let the downtrodden and the discouraged and the oppressed declare that greater is He that is in me than he that is in the world.

We’ve got to stir ourselves up by way of remembrance, by declaration! Joshua 1:8 says this Book of the law, this Word of Christ, this Word of God, I shall meditate on it day and night. That I may observe to do according to all that is written therein in the Word. For then I shall prosper and then I shall have success. And then I will make my way toward the beautiful future God has prepared for me.

But it says meditate day and night. That word meditate literally in the original Hebrew means “to mutter or to speak softly to oneself.” You can speak softly, but if you have it in you, you can speak it loudly. If you’re at home or wherever you are because that’s how you make your way forward in life. That’s how you prosper. That’s how you find success. Let this Word of God be in you as it was in Christ Jesus. Let it be in you richly. And let it be spoken through you. For the same word that was spoken to you was destined and designed and created to be spoken through you. And the same weightiness and import and power that Jesus expressed that word with can be expressed through you as well. So just do that. As Peg sings that song again, let’s declare those things over our lives. Maybe it’s physical healing. Maybe you just need to speak change to a situation. Peace to a problem. Declare answers. Declare freedom. And expect change is happening from this moment forward. The Bible says when you pray, believe that you receive and you shall have it.

Peg shared and then led in worship…

So as we sing this about our freedom reigning, just give your burdens up to God. And as you give them up to God, I just saw just His grace raining down on you.

Pastor Ken led prayer…

Father, we pray that that would be said of the Church in this hour that we would grow stronger today. I declare strength. I declare encouragement. I declare divine sustenance and supply over this community, over our churches today, over the house of God today, a supply of refreshing rain from heaven, a supply of sustenance of divine hope and vision and encouragement.

We declare no weapon formed against us or the church shall prosper. We declare the gates of hell will not prosper. We declare the churches on the rise…on the move…

We declare we are on the rise. That momentum is growing. That we’re picking up the pace with the help of the Holy Ghost and moving into some new things and some new places and some new assignments in prayer.

We declare a divine outpouring of God that we’ve not seen before in Jesus’ name.

We declare that your glory is filling and rising in the earth. We declare your glory is filling our hearts, filling our churches, our nations, the Church and the movements of God throughout the earth.

Whether it’s a house church in China or a mega church gathering in Minnesota or a missions outreach in Europe, whatever the case is, we declare and we release the hand of God and the supply of God and the glory of God.

We pray today, Father, for a rising in the Church, in our faithfulness, in our determination, in our resolve, in our strength of commitment…

Father, we pray today that you would help us, anoint us in this generation in this time, those of us on the earth, in the Church right now that you would give us a fresh set of glasses, so to speak, a fresh set of lenses or eyes… Lord, anoint the eyes of the Church now to see, to discern, to perceive what you’re doing…

Help us to pick up on what you’re doing, to catch our cues.

That we would begin to move and flow with you in Jesus’ name.

We declare that those things that are wrong, those situations, those sets of circumstances, those people that have been wronged, we declare a turning around of those situations today and for the wrongs to be righted.

We declare in Jesus’ name restoration in the various arenas of our lives and the situations …

We declare unity in Jesus’ name over the Church…

We declare and decree and we pray cooperation in the political arenas today, around the world… where you’ve raised up and installed and called certain people, believers that occupy offices, places of influence, to write policy, to give influence and information …

People who are on the inside today, Father, we speak empowerment to them. We pray a fresh and heavenly supply down into their hearts, down into their offices, into their personal lives, into their assignments today. Lord, give them eyes to see, help them. And bring the correctness and righteousness and restoration through them to our nation and nations and to situations here and around the world in Jesus’ name…
